Saco River vacation rentals

Scott's place was perfect for our small family's ski trip! It was exactly as pictured, had everything we needed for our stay, and was so close to Sunday River (~10 minutes) and right down the road from restaurants in Bethel Village. We would love to stay again on our next ski trip!

Out of the Airbnbs I’ve stayed at, this one has been my favorite! Sharon was very accommodating, left the best personal touches, and was so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for you & your loved ones

Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

We had an amazing time, perfect unit, location was just WOW and Karen was so kind and helpful. Will be back for sure!!

Enjoyable stay, close to Saddleback and all that Rangeley has to offer.

The home itself was excellent. Our only complaint was the distance to town and Saddleback.

This place is within walking distance to the beach, miniature golf, restaurants, an amusement park and a place that will steam lobsters for you. We went to the lobster place twice to bring these large beauties home. 1 bathroom was upstair with the bedrooms, and 1 downstairs. There is a picnic table for outdoor dining. Our family of 4 adults and 2 children had a great vacation with weather in the 70s and being from Texas where the temperature was 100+, it was heaven.

I would like to highly recommend a stay at Cecile’s cabin in northern Vermont! It’s conveniently located just off route 91 north and very easy and fast to find. There are great dining options nearby in Lyndon and St Johnsbury including Estella’s, the Wildflower Inn, and Prohibition Kitchen. We dined at all three and can highly recommend. The cabin is on such beautiful pristine land and even has great views and excellent privacy. If you’re looking to get away, this is the spot. The cabin itself feels new and well maintained. It was warm and had so many options for extra blankets. It’s a fully working home with a full kitchen, bathroom, shower, and wifi and 4 beds. I have seen apartments in cities that have felt less complete than the cabin. I highly recommend a stay a Cecile’s cabin for your next Vermont getaway. You’ll feel like you’re right at home inside and outside you’ll feel the beauty of Vermont’s nature. Enjoy!

Larry and Lisa were so nice and friendly! The property was cozy and peaceful and the perfect place to relax. Any questions we had, Larry was available to answer almost immediately. Loved seeing the deer at night too. Thank you for a great stay!

We just loved this Airbnb and the wonderful location on the stream. You could fall asleep to the roaring stream, sip coffee and other beverages on the deck overlooking the stream. The cabin has a Maine woods decor- which we loved. Shawn was very responsive and had great recommendations. We plan to come back at some point

My husband and I went to Ossipee to celebrate our anniversary. The cabin was cute, cozy, and exceptionally clean, with every amenity you could possibly need. Michele was a wonderful host, attentive to every detail and offering great suggestions for things to do in the area. She made our anniversary extra special. We will definitely be back—we loved it! This was, by far, the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. The hosts were the loveliest people, and even made sure to check in to see that my partner and I got home safely from our trip. The cabin itself was lovely. Cozy, clean, private, and felt right at home. The thoughtfulness that the hosts made to making this stay as welcoming as ever were impeccable- from little notes/gift upon check in, themed decor (Valentine’s Day), to a huge binder with every recommendation for food/activity you can imagine. I could not recommend this place more! 10/10 would absolutely stay here again!

Nathan’s cottage was wonderfully cozy and perfect for a weekend getaway! The kitchen was fully supplied with all sorts of pots and pans and plenty of different cups and even a cocktail shaker! We were very excited to stay in one night to cook dinner and stir up some drinks! The fire was awesome, too, and warmed up the place nicely as we came in from the cold. Beyond the kitchen, we took full advantage of the DVD player and deck of cards and board games. Nathan gave us wonderful recommendations for nearby stores and trails to check out as he dropped us off fresh scones each morning. It was everything we could have asked for and more! Beautiful location! Loved having access to a quiet lake. Perfect spot to relax with our two kids. Great games and coloring options inside. We enjoyed having a movie night with one of the many dvds available too! The cottage is cosy and cute and we had just the right space for our family! Thank you!

The cabin was as described. Very clean and ready for guests. Kitchen is adequate for light cooking. They provide enough ground coffee for 2 pots and filters, as well as sugar, salt and pepper. They also provide dish soap, hand soap and a small amount of shampoo and body wash. There are a few books, board games and a deck of cards, in addition to 2 tvs. Other rooms are cozy and perfect for 2. Shower stall is made for 1, as well as the corner jacuzzi tub. My husband and I are tall and did not fit comfortably in the tub, together. It's fine for just 1 person. Our visit was in early April and it rained the entire time and we LOVED it. We had beautiful views of the woods, a cozy cabin with an electric fireplace and a hot tub, with gray skies and rain; LIFE IS GOOD! Every other month we find a small cabin and enjoy a 2-4 night mini-vacation. We will definitely come back to this property.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said. This place is a gem. We were the last to book for the year and Tim and Megan made sure that everything was perfect for when we got there. Upon arriving we immediately took the canoe on the lake and caught the last bits of sun. Although it rained for a good portion of our short trip there’s still something magical about having a cup of coffee on the back porch as the rain drops hit the water. 100 percent would come back. Thank you both for sharing this piece of paradise!

We have been going to Sandpond every year for as long as I can remember. We love the lake and the area. Claudia's cabins provide us the ability to join our family there and have our own space. We absolutely love it and are already looking forward to next year!!
