Nice and clean place although the building is old. The instructions to check in could have been better but I found my way. The place was clean and enjoyable. Lovely interiors. The host was responsive. There is a McDonalds as well as 7/11 which is walking distance from the location. All in all a great stay especially since the rest of our team was staying @ HolidayInn Express City Hotel which is stones throw from the location.

Great Family Stay! We had an amazing time staying at this apartment! It was perfect for our big family. The space was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The best part was how walkable the area was—shops, cafes, and even a few attractions were just below the apartment, which made everything so convenient. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, always available to answer questions or provide recommendations. We felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. We’re already looking forward to staying here again in the future!

A charming little place with plenty of photograph worthy spots throughout the apartment. The thoughtful welcoming gift was a lovely touch, and the host was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the beautiful rustic décor that gave the space so much character, as well as the bathtub, which was perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this cosy retreat!

It is a great place to stay if you are looking to unwind and enjoy the beautiful stunning view of the mountain. We love the balcony area where we could sit outside to enjoy the view and cooling weather. Place is clean and well kept. The owner took great care to provide all necessary amenities (hair dryer, iron, ambi air freshener, basic kitchen utensils etc). Loved Japanese theme and vibe which was an added value. Highly recommend! The only drawback is the road condition leading to the property. (many potholes )

The place is wonderful and loving the vibe inside exactly like pictured. Although the pool is a bit loud at times especially morning if you are a late morning person. We are just delighted that the place is very new and clean. However the toilet drain is not a valve drain and the gas from the drain can be a bit smelly. Suggest that this needs to be rectify and change. Overall I still give a 5 star for the place because it really worth that rating. Will stay again with Queenie.

Thien is very friendly and she response very fast. Manage to let us early check in as we have kids together. The unit provides everything we need. Gave us 2 carparks and access card. Very convenient in and out the building. Will come back and stay again if we come Sandakan.

My family had a fun staycation here! The house was clean and comfortable. Lots of thing can be done in the building. Host also provides netflix. My family have no complaints. I am so glad they had fun! Love to stay here again!

Shirley gave specific detailed instructions and it really helped for the check in and check out process. It really was helpful. The accommodation is the normal condo type and actually the 2nd bedroom is an addition and it is closed using a folding door. The place was quite spacious without clutter and had a TV box for chilling. Parking spot was a bit far from the elevator but manageable as it is private parking for residents only and quite empty. All in all, would love to come and stay again at this unit.

would definitely come back here. house is very clean. my kids are very enjoy staying here. pool have water slide. got playground and playroom for kids. below the building got a lot of convenient store and restaurants. host is very friendly & responsive. highly recommended.

Pinky is a nice,easy going and flexible host. She always try her best to reply promptly, extra thanks for letting us a late check out due to pm flight. The apartment is spacious with a wonderful view of Shaba. Wi-Fi is strong and can enjoy many nice movies in Cinemax. Location is perfect, walking distance to IMAGO in a minute, with food court and many nice restaurants. My family enjoyed the time staying in the apartment, thanks Pinky!

Location is great, close to shopping mall. Staff is friendly and helpful. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff although it was late. Acceptable cleanliness and tidy place. The unit were well maintained, spacious and comfortable. I would definitely want to come back and recommend this to others.

Nice apartment that suited our family for our extended stay in Sabah. Small issue with the AC was quickly sorted with minimal fuss. Apartment was well equipped. Imago mall downstairs has everything a family needs and Grab got us around efficiently and affordably. Very much recommended.

It’s accessible anywhere in the city. The host is great and responsive to our inquiries. However, the nearest ATM is located inside Imago Mall and is only available until 10 PM.
