We had an emergency, so we booked the earliest flight possible. The host was very kind for letting us to checked in early. We also did alot of changes in our reservations, which the host respond to positively. We are very thankful for that. When we arrived, the host was already waiting for us infront of the guard house, makes the check in even easier than i thought. The unit itself is amazing. Very clean and cozy. The view from the bedroom is one of the best thing in the unit. The household appliances are complete and well maintain. Food delivery is also delivered right infront of lobby which is plus for people who like to stay in the unit. The elevator is always available too. Definitely would come again! Thank you for the amazing stay chin♡.

My family had a fun staycation here! The house was clean and comfortable. Lots of thing can be done in the building. Host also provides netflix. My family have no complaints. I am so glad they had fun! Love to stay here again!

It's good place to stay and easier for me to walk around KK

It is very close to the internet sunset beach, you can walk to it, and the infinity pool on the rooftop is also very nice!It was a great trip.

Near to city centre, cozy and equipped for family stay and entertainment, got nature view, host is readily available for help. Road access is steep but still can be accessed with all types of personal vehicles. Host also provide guides for travelling in Kota Kinabalu which is helpful for new travellers.😎👍

No 5 star review can give this magical place justice!! From the minute we checked in Reed and Nor went above and beyond to accommodate our family. The house is absolutely stunning and the views are spectacular! Nothing was too much and Reed and Nor who set the bar high to make sure all of our bucket wish list was met! We experienced the most magical snorkeling, swimming with over 50 turtles on a majestic wall outcrop. My 10 year old son swam, played and fished with the local children. The home cooked food and company was incredible, making the whole experience feel like Christmas. I cannot recommend this place enough as you are guaranteed not only to stay in an incredible water front house, meet incredible locals, experience incredible adventures but create amazing memories with amazing people to last a lifetime. A massive big fat thank you to Reed and Nor for taking care our us and for making us feel like part of the family x

Our stay was perfect for our needs. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood and only a short grab ride away from the town centre and other places of interest. The place was clean and comfortable, and the air on excellent. Marc was very helpful and communicative from the start, and also provided useful tips about local places of interest. We were also able to check in early which was great for us after several hours of travelling. Although a few more cups/glasses would be useful it wasn’t a problem for us as we were out exploring for most of the time. I would absolutely recommend Marc’s place and wouldn’t hesitate to go back there if I was in the area again.

Had a splendid stay for a few days. The place was really nice and clean. It has that comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped too and it looks the same as they've shown in the photo. Had no problem at all while staying there.

Lovely and cosy home. Host is incredibly accommodating. Additional mattress and towels were provided when requested. At night, we informed that the water heater is not working. The staff immediately came down to rectify the issue by changing the socket. There were christmas decorations too to live up the holiday spirit. Recommended place !

Eilvane's place was so clean and spacious. Modern furniture setting and clean makes our stay so comfortable in KK. We will definitely return to this place next time visit KK again. Thanks for great hosting!

The place is great. and the host is friendly too..

Near to the airport, right above the mall. Easy to check-in and instructions given by host were clear. Came with 3 huge room and a good size balcony, totally recommend this place!

Owner is helpful and friendly

Nice and clean place although the building is old. The instructions to check in could have been better but I found my way. The place was clean and enjoyable. Lovely interiors. The host was responsive. There is a McDonalds as well as 7/11 which is walking distance from the location. All in all a great stay especially since the rest of our team was staying @ HolidayInn Express City Hotel which is stones throw from the location.

The apartment is located in the city center, making it convenient to visit all the attractions. There is a seafood market right downstairs, a Filipino market next door, and the durian market under the overpass is just a stone’s throw away. It’s very convenient to go anywhere. However, it’s worth noting that you need to be patient when taking a taxi because the area is quite congested. It is recommended to call a taxi in advance.
