A real gem with nostalgic charm! We really enjoyed our stay in this old mill. Anyone who appreciates a cozy, authentic atmosphere in a modernized old building will immediately feel comfortable. The house exudes a special charm that is reminiscent of bygone times and offers everything you need for a relaxing break. We were particularly impressed by the location: Right outside the front door there are beautiful hiking trails, ideal for nature lovers ;-). In winter, the Lofer and Steinplatte ski resorts are easily accessible. Smaller ski resorts are very close. The furnishings are suitable for the building, older, clean and very well maintained. The outdoor area is large and invites you to relax and play. All in all, a great place for anyone looking for something special. We will be happy to come back! 😊

Jakob's big place is super cozy and there is something to marvel at in every corner. In the large garden you can barbecue and the surroundings are wonderful for hiking. Jakob is always quickly accessible and friendly. You feel very comfortable there and can enjoy relaxing evenings by the fireplace. The bathroom doors could be replaced or a new lock installed, otherwise you have to get a little creative. Otherwise, everything was great.

We stayed for a ski trip as a family of 4 with kids aged 11 and 9. It’s about a 10 min walk to the ski lifts but we were able to leave our skis and boots at the hire shop so very easy. Plenty of room and a well equipped place with the amazing gym deserving a special mention.

We had a lovely time in Brem. The property exudes Bavarian coziness and is close to several hiking trails. Contact with Thomas (via messages) and Peter (on site) worked smoothly and was always very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was very well equipped. We especially liked having two ponies as direct neighbors. The Achental is always worth a trip. We would definitely come back.

We had a great time in Abtenau. The place was very large and beautifully renovated. Everything was very clean and tidy. Hans took care of us very courteously and everything was very flexible. Highly recommend :)

We loved our stay in this lovely home! The owners were flexible with our arrival time which was an immense help. They also spent quite a bit of time researching an activity request I had which I really appreciated! It’s a fairly easy walk to the tram or train, though it does take about 10 minutes, so while this location is doable without a car, some might find it easier with. The house had everything we needed, was nicely decorated and felt very clean. The Spar grocery store was easy access and we had a lovely walk up to Maria Plein. 10/10 and I would stay here again!

We arrived with our baby for two nights and were very warmly welcomed by Magdalena and Dominik. The place was very nice, clean and cozy. The farm is perfect for families and offers a lot. Very clear recommendation we would book again and again for a longer stay

Haus Wildbach is perfectly located for skiing, as you can walk to the gondola on the Winklmoosalm in two minutes. The property offers a well-equipped ski room. The associated garden is huge and is right by a stream. The seating and the fire pit continue to enhance the garden. We highly recommend Andrea's house and will be back.

A perfect retreat for ski enthusiasts! The location on the mountain allowed for effortless access to the slopes. Rooms were excellently equipped, and the panoramic view of the snowy landscape was breathtaking. An unforgettable stay for anyone looking for the perfect mix of coziness and skiing fun. The ski ins and ski-out for the slopes could only be partially used due to bad weather. But that was not a problem as there is a ski bus that runs in the morning and evening. We'd love to come back! :)

We had a great time and felt very comfortable in this cozy, furnished accommodation with a lot of love for detail. In Mittersill you get everything you need and the list of things to do for families is long. We will be back for sure. Thank you for a wonderful getaway.

Large apartment divided into a sleeping area (equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed) and a very well-stocked kitchen. The area is spectacular and very quiet, comfortable in Salzburg. Annemarie welcomed us warmly and we found the place super clean. If being in a fully underground floor doesn't bother you at all, this is the perfect apartment for you!

It’s was great place to stay. We felt like home. Slopes were very close and even with no snow in the town we could nearly ski in and out. Away from crowds but close enough to town. Great equipment apartment and little touches like , spices , tea available was much appreciated.

Beatutiful scenery, clean place, easily accessible. Multiple apartmans with little soundproofing, but overall good place for the money.

Near the Alpine, a lot of attractions near the Alpine, it's a good place to stay and enjoy the beauty of the neighborhood. This time, it's a pity to stay for a day, otherwise you'll love this place more... It's very close to the city's supermarket. It's easy to get up in the morning and you can hear the sound of the water and the birds. It's even better.

The cabin is really wonderful! Quaint and at the same time very comfortable. You'll find everything you need. We were warmly welcomed and brought up on site. Thank you for this great experience and the break on the mountain- we will be happy to come back!

We had a fantastic stay with Daniela and her family.... The cabin is about a 10-15 minute walk from the farm, but can also be reached by car, but snow chains are recommended in winter. We were traveling with our 3-year-old son who loved the stay. The cottage is lovingly decorated, everything is available for self-catering. The living room is heated with an oven, which has given us great pleasure. The area is worthwhile for excursions of all kinds, rowing, ice skating, etc. Also good restaurants are nearby (10-15 min drive). The farm stables were freely accessible, there is fresh milk and very trustworthy cats. A special thank you goes to Grandpa Friedel, who also took great care of us. Lastly, a hot bath under the clear starry sky was really great. We will be back :-)

Apart from the gorgeous and spotless living space, the hosts were extremely welcoming and outgoing. We were shown around the farm and invited to visit and pet their adorable animals. If you love hiking and a peaceful environment I’d definitely recommend booking this place as just a bit far off from the farm there is a great hiking trail offering views of Zell Am See right below. Supermarkets are within walking distance, as well as Zell Am See itself

Upon arrival at the ederhof, we were immediately warmly welcomed by Peter and his wife, they are very sweet and nice people who are also very helpful. The accommodation was perfect exactly as described in the listing for a week in the mountains, 🏔️ but the city of lienz is also a stone's throw away where to experience is so all in all a top vacation! We will definitely be back! Peter&Andrea thank you for the great time on your farm!

Really a very nice location with a lovely view. The cabin is equipped with everything you need. Even sharp knives ;-). We liked to use the barrel sauna, even if the sauna stove cost us a few nerves. Host was quick to answer any questions and extremely friendly. Since we were in the cabin in the fall, it was quite cool. Warm blankets are plentiful and the house gets warm quite quickly due to the oven in the kitchen. The farmed neighboring farm can hardly be perceived by the grounds and offers the advantage of warm kitchen, a playground for the children, as well as 3 cute pigs. I would highly recommend this home.

We had booked the cabin for our ski vacation with five of us and loved it. The cabin is incredibly beautiful, cozy, well equipped, comfortable beds, enough blankets/ pillows/ towels/electricity heaters and spacious. We initially had some trouble getting there, but I had also read through the instructions sent by Gregor with information on site. In winter you should have snow chains for the car or at least top winter tires because the hut is located in the forest on private land (= forest path). This has the advantage, above all, that you have absolute peace and privacy. The view is also amazing and you can take great walks. Gregor was also always available and helped us with everything. I highly recommend, we were all thrilled!!
