We were super satisfied, everything as described. The apartment was super clean and the communication was without problems.

Beautiful house with everything you need. Also the garden with terrace was very nice for grilling and sitting outside. We were completely satisfied!

Rahel's cottage is beautifully located, in the middle of the countryside. We really enjoyed being able to walk directly in the forest from here. Due to the open design of the house, a lot of light comes in. At the large dining table you can sit wonderfully in large groups and play board games and let the stoves warm you through in autumn or winter. The cottage was very lovingly and cozily furnished and we didn't miss anything. Rahel was always available for questions and gave us valuable excursion tips. It may be important to mention that the house is only within walking distance and you have to carry your luggage about 50 to 100 meters. But you will be rewarded with a fantastic location.

there were two of us in the Klaus cottage and we felt completely comfortable. Everything was very lovingly decorated, there was absolutely nothing missing. In addition, everything was tiptop clean, so the stay was just totally beautiful. Gladly again :-)

We felt very comfortable at the place. The house is really totally cozy and lovingly furnished. It has everything you need, soap everywhere, enough toilet paper, etc. Astrid even provided the small additional apartment for us, so we had more space. Thank you! The location is also great, you are super fast in Bamberg (also by bus) and in the immediate vicinity are bakery and supermarket. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed for the second time in the apartment with Rosa and had a very great extended weekend. Even after the really easy and flexible check-in, we felt very comfortable again. The apartment is spacious and also offers enough space for a large family (we were 8 adults and 2 children). The kitchen is very good, equipped with everything needed. The house is simply super cozy and very lovingly furnished, especially now during the Advent season. We slept heavenly in the cozy beds after our excursions. Rosa responded promptly to inquiries or requests in a friendly and extremely courteous manner. She was always there for us. We will be back for sure. Thank you for the time. I was at Rolf & Sebastian´s place with my family, we liked their place very much. It was well-located, very spacious and the process to get in was so easy. Totally recommendable.

Beautiful, not so small, apartment in the heart of Bamberg, but still quiet. Everything within walking distance. The heating is not so easy to regulate. In the neighborhood only resident parking. However, there are parking garages in the immediate vicinity. Recommendation: Parking garage center North. 55€ a week. Excellent communication with Stefan.

The little pearl is perfectly located: light rail, parking and shopping. The amenities are extremely extensive, we didn't miss anything. We were on site in the fall - nice that the apartment is well heated and has really hot water.

We had a great week at Jana's place. The apartment was very clean and practically furnished, it had everything you needed. We only missed a coffee machine or did not understand that it does not exist, because Jana had actually written everything in great detail in advance, which is available. The kids loved the playroom, and the ski cellar was extremely convenient too. We were there in the off season and the weather was a bit mixed so the place was very extinct. But there's more going on in the season.... Thank you for the great week!

Fully equipped beautiful apartment in a central yet quiet location. Within walking distance are all shops serving daily needs, public Easy access to transportation and green areas. Katja welcomed us in a very friendly way. The restaurant on the ground floor is highly recommended. Noises or smells of the restaurant are not perceptible in the apartment.

We would like to thank Doris for the beautiful stay in your house and can only recommend the apartment. Cleanliness and amenities were perfect and the location is ideal for city visits to Coburg, Bamberg, Kulmbach, Bayreuth and excursions to the Franconian and Thuringian forests.
