NW Wichita Spacious Home/ 10 min from ICT Airport!

Update:AT&T Fiber internet! What I love about our 3BR home is that it’s in a nice & quiet neighborhood, with a great location. Grocery store, gas station, restaurants, & even a brewery, are all within a mile of the house! The airport is about a 10 min drive away. Minutes away from all major highways (235, 400, & K-96). Close access to a lot of amenities is such a plus. This house is great for the business traveler, or a large family wanting a lot of space. It’s a safe, established neighborhood.

A large loft in a historic 1929 building. Fully appointed with all the items to enjoy a weekend or long term stay. Full Kitchen with all the cooking equipment as well as a wet bar. The 1929 refurbished loft has foosball table, shuffleboard, steel tip dart board and a baby grand piano! Two large smart TV's and a great view of the city. Located right above Bite Me BBQ, across the street from Norton's Brewery, and step out front turn left and you can see Intrust Bank Arena just a block away!
