This house has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. Their guide book is one of the best I've ever seen and includes tons of food, recreation, and tourism recommendations -- so give it a look! The back porch over the water is where I spent most of my time watching birds, fish, crabs, and even a friendly neighborhood dolphin that swam by looking for food. At night, fish and baby crabs can be seen in the green illuminated water beneath the house and it makes for a really magical evening watching the waves and stars. The bar in this house is also a fun little touch that provides a place to eat, drink, and watch TV at the same time. The bed is REALLY great quality, and super comfy which helped us sleep like babies. If you're concerned at all about whether or not this AirBNB will be well stocked...DO NOT WORRY...they have got you covered honey! Just bring a smile and a good attitude, and they have literally got the rest!

This place is "THE" Place to stay when in Rockport or Aransas. Plenty of room for multiple people to stay comfortably. Plenty of room for eating and gathering for lots of people.

our family had a wonderful time staying here. we were centrally located to our family wewere visiting. The house was beautiful and well kept. All the snacks and coffee were awesome and Lindsey felt like a text away if we needed anything which we didn't but the communication was awesome. We will probably be back, loved it.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Neal's place. We did not have any issues. The condo complex was very quiet even on the weekend was never overly crowded or noisy. Overall a very nice place to stay, I would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying there again on a future visit to Rockport.

Great as always, only thing I would change is a bigger bed but definitely still worth the price, and the location is on point. Thank you Nora 🙂

Had a nice relaxing time at Barbara's! Sat outside on the back porch and enjoyed the sunset and cool breeze. Plenty of room downstairs and upstairs the beds were comfortable . We will be back again!

The house was awesome! Had lots of extras, lots of games, beach stuff to use, game tables in garage. Had just about everything and anything you could need in kitchen. It is a beautiful home with a big yard. The host was very responsive. It was so nice to be able to use the fireplace inside. We had a wonderful weekend filled with precious family memories. Our trip was about coming down and having a place for all of us to stay to spend time with my grandma because she lives here and isn’t doing well and the house definitely kept us entertained on our “week in”. Will be using this house again!

Excellent location. Like 9 minutes away from heb and Walmart and an 11 minute drive from the beach. The place itself is spotless and very spacious. My family was very comfortable here. Phillip is a very kind and attentive host. He even allowed us an early check-in and made sure we were taken care of. 10/10 would stay again!
