Luxurious Beachfront Studio with 180° Bay View

This was our third stay at Girasol Sur condos, and Julie's condo is our new favorite. The location of unit 810 is in the middle of the building with the best view, and it's high enough up to watch the sealife in the water. We saw whales, rays, and fish from the balcony during our late November trip. We really enjoyed the onsite restaurant and friendly staff. Everything was always perfect there. The unit itself was very clean and comfortable. Julie is an excellent host who has gone above and beyond in every way to make sure her guests have all of the basics and then some. This was one of the nicest AirBNBs we've been to in many years of traveling. We'll definitely try to book this unit first when we return. Don't hesitate if it's open during your dates - book it!

The location of the property geographically and also the unit location within property were excellent. One thing that we noticed about the complex was that there are MANY units where you couldn't see the sunset from the balcony due to the building orientation. This unit had excellent views of the ocean, sunsets, pools, whales every day. It is a true SUITE which was excellent for my wife and me. It will sleep four with the pullout couch but it would be extremely tight quarters for 2 couples. A family with 2 kids would be good. It was an excellent place and we would defintely stay here again if it was available when we were going to PV.

The location is absolutely perfect, if you want to be close to bars and resturants. The only bad thing is it's on one of the main streets so can be loud, luckily the host had ear plugs to use. Their is also a club a half block away that can be a bit loud. I knew that going into staying there so wasn't a big deal to me. The place is a really nice space, the bathroom is a great size with good water pressure and I always had hot water which was very nice. the unit has nice updates, new appliances and the furnishings are nice. I enjoyed having a little balcony to hangout in. Miriam is a really great host, she always got back to me very promptly and was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying there.

This is a wonderful unit! Every room is gorgeous, the beds are very comfortable, amazing deck and living room and well equipped kitchen. We loved staying at this unit and the building pools were incredible! It was a very quick walk into town, easy UBER as well. We had a masseuse come in one day (ask staff - her name was Lily) and a private chef one day, which was awesome. The only thing we didn't realize when booking was the having a restaurant on site meant we could not take our own snacks and drinks to the pool. It was fine, but it meant we went back to the suite often for food/drinks that were a bit healthier than those offered. The staff at the building were incredible and so helpful! You simply can't go wrong booking this unit.

The condo is prestine with a gorgeous view. Morning coffee and evening sunsets cannot be beat from the balcony. You can hear the waves crashing from the primary bedroom at night. The location is ideal; right above a beautiful beach and several pools, hot tub, gym, sauna, and restaurant onsite. Really close to tons of restaurants, bars, and the pier, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet when you return home. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay again. PV is a beautiful place!

Our stay at Solamar was amazing! The condo was very nice, clean and comfortable. The views from the balcony were exceptional. We spent hours on the balcony watching whales, birds and other marine life. The pool and condo grounds where beautiful and well maintained. We also made friends with the resident cat, Paloma! She was very affectionate and friendly. Most of my communication was with Liz. Liz is very nice and always got back to me immediately when I asked questions. We plan to go back again!

The place was great better than expected and Rosy was fantastic! We want to come back next year! Place is right on the middle of everything in the romantic zone and condo has everything you would need to have a great stay. To top it all off, the roof top with the infinity pool!

PERFECT! Beautiful new modern condo! Loved the balcony. Quality linens and towels. Great location, walkable to everything in town. Well appointed. Kash our reservation coordinator was on point and flawless communication. Helped arrange airport transport ion and local referrals. We had a concierge, meet us at check-in and check out. Sebastian is a wonderful young man. He gave us a tour of the entire facility and our condo was available throughout our stay for any questions. He has awesome communication incredibly helpful. Last but not least is that incredible rooftop experience. Epic is an understatement. It is so flawless. I could live up there. The infinity Pool, the bar, service, loungers and daybeds simply perfection! A 5 star experience.

I had a great time at Maria’s place! The condo is in a convenient location (directly across the street from Sam’s and Walmart) and a walk/quick Uber ride away from anything else you’d like to do. I always felt safe and the courtyard area was always peaceful. I would definitely stay again!
