Super cozy and quaint place. The views were absolutely breathtaking. the place was just as described and felt very home. The property is perfect for quiet and relaxation. the GPS led me to the blue and white house on the corner. I called Roberto and he was so patient hel9ing to guide me find the way. Turn at the blue and white house and go down about 3 houses and you will find it. Roberto was super attentive and had excellent communication. I would definitely stay here again!

Campocosta was a fabulous family-friendly place to stay. Ines our host was incredibly reponsive and recommended some great local spots and even helped us find a babysitter which was fabulous. This place is really great for families with young kids, the pool is beautiful and felt safe and easy even with multiple little ones, also a great location to get some morning and afternoon shade in the pool. The kitchen area and amenities was pretty basic, but provided enough to do some basic cooking/grilling. No issues at all with power or wifi. Only thing we wished for we didn't have was a bathtub, but there's a great outdoor shower and we made it work! The location is awesome, accessible to a family-friendly surfing beach and two other surf locations, the town is really cute and there are some great restaurants very close to the house. Not really walkable, but super easy. We had an excellent time!

Jose was an excellent host and his responses were fast and very helpful! He was very informative about things to do and places to go with details about where the stores and shops were located! I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely do it again myself!! Thank you for absolutely everything Jose!!!

This property was one of the nicest, luxurious properties that I have stayed in in Puerto Rico. We rented this place for our honeymoon and it was just PERFECT!! Very private with our own plunge pool and private outdoor seating overlooking the ocean. Great food recommendations and easy to get in and out of the property. Gabriella had sandwiches and a cake on our arrival which was perfect as we had driven to Ricón from Viejo San Juan. So responsive by text which made us feel comfortable and safe. The canopy bed overlooking the water was to die for!! Huge tub for me and my hubby to relax in. Don't hesitate!! Book this place if you want to have the perfect get-away!!

The perfect place to stay for a couple’s get away. Not in a touristy part of the island but was a very simple/easy 1 hour drive from San Juan airport. 5 min walk to the beach entrance, private pool was perfect, supermarket was 3 minutes away with everything you need. Great Stay!

This place was the perfect couples private getaway. Provided the perfect mixed of being relaxing and secluded while still being close to shopping and restaurants. It was like being in a world of our own. The pool, jacuzzi and gazebo were perfect for that romantic disconnect we all need from time to time, to recharge the romance and unwind the mind and body with that special someone. We are definitely going back!!!

My friend and I absolutely loved staying at Melissa’s condo. It was free of clutter, spacious, large mirrors for fit checks, the bedrooms were nice and cool with great ac’s, the balcony was super cute. Not to mention she supplied us with beach chairs, umbrella and plenty of towels. It couldn’t have been more perfect! Thanks Melissa

The location is convenient, close enough to town yet away from the hustle and bustle. Check-in and check-out were very easy . The place itself is clean and well-maintained with a comfortable bed, reliable shower and well-equipped kitchen that that had everything needed for basic cooking. There are stairs, which are fundamental to the lovely view! ( if you have mobility issues) It is just as described. Solid ,clean, practical, and functional.

It was a great place to stay, clean and had an excellent location. We will definitely stay again.

A couple’s home away from home. Perfectly located 5-7 minutes from the airport, steps away from isle verde beach with a cute view of the beach which allows you to wake up and witness Gods Morning Glory firsthand!! Check in was very easy, gate guard was kind and very helpful as well as the onsite convenient store owner. Rita thought of EVERYTHING: linen, towels, kitchen supplies and seasonings, cleaning supplies, games, beach chairs and the courtesy bottle of wine was very thoughtful. The tv was a smart tv so you can play music and avoid the extra weight of a speaker. The hot water worked great. (The lever goes opposite). Both the children’s pool and the adult pool were clean, and there’s private entrance to the beach. Centrally located to Dowhtown San Juan, Condado, Bayamon and Old San Juan. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

We took a group trip of 6 (3 couples) and Brenda's place was perfect. Each couple had their own rooms/space and bathroom. The back patio area connecting the two villas is amazing - perfect for having morning breakfasts and grilling out at night. The beach is clean and directly across the street - you can see and hear the ocean from the back patio area. Plenty of great food/bars within walking distance. The villas are gated properties which made you feel safe, and felt very safe walking around the neighborhood. The properties were clean and just as described/pictured. Brenda was very communicative when we had questions and gave excellent recommendations. If we travel to Puerto Rico again would DEFINITELY stay here again.

This was our 3rd time staying at this home. Location and property are outstanding! Rick is very attentive and responds to questions very quickly. Wonderful restaurants within a couple miles of the home. Everything is clean and very user friendly. Love the fact that it's not in a touristy area as we have done all that before. If you're looking for a place to relax and just enjoy vacation without the hustle and bustle, this is the place! We love it so much, our 4th week is already booked. Cannot recommend better! The beach is not a great swimming beach but that doesn't bother us. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, this is the place to stay

Excellent place, we loved the area, the house was super comfortable and clean, the host was super friendly and courteous, truly delighted to have chosen that location, hoping on our next trip that he will be available to stay again. Super recommended

Loved this home. Beautiful surroundings, it's truly lovely inside and out. We especially appreciated the screened windows so we could enjoy the fresh air. The pool is an added plus, clean, cool and refreshing.

It was my first time in San Juan & I absolutely LOVE this property! It was beautiful & matched the photos! Spotless clean upon arrival. Instructions were clear & posted throughout the house. I did have an issue with the private gate but Calix was able to come out in no time! Only downfall about the property is the location. It’s about 20-30 mins away from main attractions but very much still worth the stay! I would definitely book again if I want be farther out just for relaxation but wouldn’t book if im coming just for tourist purposes.

Lots of space, simple and clean, comfortable. Sonia is nice and easy to work with and responsive. The location is great, close to things to do and good beaches. Beautiful view, and wonderful balcony to soak it all in. Fully supplied kitchen, very functional. Overall, a great stay for the 7 of us, very happy we chose this place.

I enjoyed my stay here. I was looking to save a little money on this part of my trip but wanted to stay somewhere clean and nice. This home worked well. For the price I feel I chose the right place.

My family and I just returned from our second stay to Mariely‘s, our first day being last year. We spent a week in her beautiful home and we had an even better time this year than last. As always, Mariely was very hospitable and helpful. She would check in with us periodically to see how we were doing and always responded quickly when we had a question. We felt right at home at her house once again. The views are breathtaking, especially from the master bedroom and dining area. I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay and can’t wait to return again in the future!

Saying we enjoyed our stay at Marcos's place would be an understatement! The beautiful and private feel of the neighborhood, the proximity to the beach, the spacious layout and the amenities were just a few of the highlights. On top of that, Marcos was an extremely kind and responsive host. We will absolutely be back. Muchisimas gracias, Marcos!!!
