He's not kidding when he says it's cozy... Place is very small, but it had everything we needed. No kitchen, but there was a mini fridge and microwave and a sink in the bathroom. Shower was good. Quiet spot in the back yard of the house with separate side entrance behind a locking gate. Felt safe and secluded.

This has been an amazing experience!! the place is very comfortable and clean. The location is just perfect, the beach is downstairs, grocery walking distance, bars and restaurants walking distance and everyone is super friendly. The host, Laura and her son Luis are unbelievably kind and welcoming. They get way out of their way to help with anything you need. Communication is first class. I will be back to this place FOR SURE!!

We had a great time staying at Natividad's place. We had everything we needed for our stay. The kids especially enjoyed the pool and TV room. Whenever we needed anything or had questions, Natividad was quick to respond and was very helpful. There was a major power outage on the island during our stay, but we weren't affected by it at all since the house had a generator backup. The house was in a convenient location from El Yunque, Luquillo Beach, and other places we visited. The neighborhood streets are very steep and tight so just be careful driving. We hope to be able to stay again sometime in the future!

Completed another stay at the nautical dream house (lower floor). For anyone looking for lagoon access and amazing food (just down the street from multiple food options in Los Pinones), then this is the place to stay. Zulma was super communicative, and responded quickly to every question we had. The kayak at the location made nice morning and evening paddles around the lagoon a regular occurrence during our stay. It is a much more authentic Puerto Rico feel than staying in other places like Condado or Isla Verde, and the food is by far superior to those locations. Plus, you avoid the traffic in San Juan when headed to destinations like Fajardo or El Yunque. Will be back to stay again for sure!

Definitely. a nices place The only thing that I would complain about is that there are 3 different people in charge of this property, and I have to be honest, they all communicate differently Sixto Has an amazing demeanor The other person she is not so nice. I don't remember her name. The space is great.I would definitely rent it again.

The hosts were excellent. They would always respond back to any questions I asked and fast too. Recommended me and my group a bunch of places to not only eat, but to go out later in the day. Airbnb was clean, all the photos were the same, close to the beach and the residents are friendly as well. I will definitely come back sometime soon.

What a beautiful, magical place! The views from our second floor terrace were spectacular and the sounds of the birds and the frogs were beautiful (note, there are also sounds from the rooster who wakes up before dawn and a ram, so bring earplugs of you are a light sleeper). This is essentially “glamping” but very clean, comfortable rooms with no “critters”. The driveway can be a bit “technique sensitive”, but we were able to navigate it in a little rental car. The young host family are locals of Patillas and were very responsive and flexible. The dogs on property were all mellow / friendly and the cats are aloof but seem to be doing a great job - no rodents were sighted! lol

Great for a family or large group wiken. It has everything you need. If you have a boat, it goes spectacular. It is right on the side of a boat ramp and there is noise early but, at 8pm +/- people are leaving.

A spacious sleeping area features a comfortable bed with soft linens and two bedside lamps. A wooden closet offers storage space, while a wall clock adds a practical touch. Light illuminates the room, creating a peaceful environment for rest.

Iris mini apartment was a great stay for my partner and I! We went on a 4 day trip to Puerto Rico and were going to be out exploring most of the days so this was perfect for us to come back and sleep. Everything was clean upon our arrival and we saw no bugs at all. I loved the sound of the coqui’s singing and appreciated the beach towels to use. The location was away from the city noise and in a quiet neighborhood but because of this, Ubers can be expensive to go into the more touristy areas so renting a car would be best and there’s a spot you can park it at this stay. Overall , I recommend Iris apartment for future stays and I enjoyed my stay here. Thank you!

Great place perfect location near the ocean and less than 50 feet from the resort pool. Well appointed even with a bit smaller space my family of 6 found space to crash at the end of adventures as well as play games and enjoy food brought home from the great restaurants at the main road entrance. I would gladly stay there again close to rain forest the beaches San Juan and a joyride away from many things PR has to offer. Hosts were great and super responsive. Overall great stay!!
