We had a great stay at Olivia. The house was lovely and matched the description and photos. Very walkable to everything downtown, but far enough to be quiet for getting a good night's sleep. We would definitely stay here again. Bonus points for having a full length mirror.

Guesthouse in East Hill
4.94 out of 5 average rating, 162 reviewsCozy 1 bedroom East Hill Garage Apartment
The guest house was exactly like it was in the pictures. I will say outside noise carries into the home easily but it wasn’t too bad. The home was spotless and there were recommendations of places to visit and eat left on the refrigerator.
Cabin in Loxley
4.96 out of 5 average rating, 639 reviewsRustic Rural Cabin
This was the most peaceful place on earth. We went to recuperate from Thanksgiving. It was so quiet. The animals were so amazing. Feeding them was an added bonus. Sure to delight anyone no matter their age. Very family friendly. Toys, games, DVD selection, and books. Took a nap on the front porch swing, and woke up with a chicken staring me down. Quite a delightful and unique stay. Nearby attractions are a plus, but, we didn't want to leave the farm. Definitely want to visit again. And now, I really want a donkey! Amazing host, very responsive. Easy to follow directions.

This is a really nice place! Communication was prompt and very helpful. I was worried about being able to find parking, but it turned out to not be a problem as there was plenty of street parking on very quiet streets. Well-equipped and super clean. I'm looking forward to coming back!

Home in Pensacola
4.81 out of 5 average rating, 57 reviewsNavypoint Beauty 2/2 Whole House
This home is absolutely adorable. The location is perfect and close to everything. The neighborhood is very quiet. This home is pet friendly, we did not bring our fur baby but if you do the back yard is perfect for your pup, good size and all fenced in. Nice back patio to sit and have your coffee on a beautiful Florida morning. We only used the main bedroom and the bed was soooooo comfy, I don't know what you use to do your laundry but the towels and bedding was so soft and smelled amazing. We choose this home because it was close to the Naval Air Station but it is close to downtown and we also traveled over to the famous Flora-Bama which was only about 25 minutes away. Check out the Oar House while you are there too, very cool place to hang out, have dinner, watch sports and have a few drinks.

My family had a wonderful stay here! Everything matched the description, the house was easy to find and in a very good location. The neighborhood is quiet and close to lots of things. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans, utensils, etc. The beds were very comfortable! The living spaces were comfortable and spacious. Nancy is a very kind and helpful host, she gave us recommendations and left wonderful instructions. We fully enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!
Guesthouse in Pensacola
5 out of 5 average rating, 35 reviewsNewly Renovated one bedroom home
This was by far my favorite Airbnb that I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in quite a few. The house was perfect! Everything was organized and clean and we felt right at home. The area was quiet and very close to downtown. What stood out to me the most about this home was the details! We had everything we needed from shampoo to cooking oil to pots and pans to laundry detergent and everything in between, we were even greeted by snacks! If you’re trying to decide which house to book, I promise this is it. We will definitely book here again next time we’re in Florida. Thank you for being an excellent host Christopher! (:

I loved this little place so much! I felt right at home. The backyard was HUGE, so there was plenty of room for the dogs to run. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with all the essential plus more, and there was plenty of space for me to lounge about for a few days. Everything was just perfect!!

This place was perfect for my fiance and I! It had all the amenities that we needed. It was a great location with Palafox Street and its many restaurants within walking distance, and the beach is only a 15-20 drive. Marcella was prompt to respond to all of our messages. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked our next stay in June at this same Airbnb. We highly recommend it!

Your guide to Pensacola Beach
All about Pensacola Beach
Perched on a white-sand barrier island, Pensacola Beach is sandwiched between the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico and book-ended by the Gulf Islands National Seashore. The eight-mile stretch of shoreline is a very different place than its urban namesake Pensacola, offering a more relaxed getaway that’s been mostly shielded from large-scale development. The town is generally known for its parades, festivals, and celebratory vibe. Pensacola Beach is also one of the Panhandle’s most accessible shorelines, with wheelchair rentals and Mobi-mats to help folks easily navigate sand.
The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Pensacola Beach
Students and families descend on Pensacola Beach during the summer months, when the weather is hottest and temperatures range from the high 70s to the low 90s Fahrenheit. For those seeking a quieter time of year, mid-September and October are mild months, with temperatures hovering around the 70s and 80s, and are also devoid of crowds. The temperature drops considerably in wintertime, ranging from the 40s to the 60s Fahrenheit, making this the low season and a great time to visit. Hurricane season stretches from June to November, but it can rain anytime in Pensacola Beach, so remember a coat or umbrella (along with all the sun protection and flip-flops).
Top things to do in Pensacola Beach
Gulf Islands National Seashore
To both the west and the east of Pensacola Beach lies this unspoiled paradise, complete with quartz-sand beaches, sandy dunes, windswept nature trails, and intriguing historic sites. Fort Pickens, an 1834 fort on the west side of Santa Rosa Island, can be visited on a self-guided tour. Maps are available at the visitor center.
Naval Live Oaks Reservation
Another section of Gulf Islands National Seashore, this reservation contains 7.5 miles of hiking trails through maritime hammock (low forest). Knock on the wood of a live oak and think about how this hard timber was once used to build a nation’s warships.
Shoreline Park UFO Spotting
Move over, Roswell, New Mexico. Over the last few decades, hundreds of UFOs have been spotted from this park near the Pensacola Naval Air Station (which may or may not be a total coincidence!). Locals seem permanently camped out here in their lawn chairs with their binoculars, and stargazing is also a popular pursuit.
