Vacation rentals with a pool in Pensacola Beach

Nikos was fantastic and the house was perfect. We were evacuating for a hurricane and were able to very comfortably sleep 5 with more than enough room for everyone. My mom and aunt took an hour drive to visit a casino during the stay and Pensacola FL is a very short drive as well. The house feels like a nice retreat out among fields but the closest town is like 1 mile away. The last few times I’ve rented through apps I’ve felt like there was a bait and switch. Pictures taken in a way to give you an impression of the place that far exceeds reality. This place was not like that at all. It’s a very nice property and it’s very clean, very roomy, and very inviting. Nikos was also fantastic. He was very attentive and you could tell he wants people that stay at the house to have a good experience. Highly recommend.

The owners and on-site manager are awesome at communication and very quickly responsive. They genuinely made me feel like they very much cared about us enjoying our visit. This is a great house for families with kiddos. Lots and lots of games, pool and beach toys for all ages from infant up through teens. One of the lots on the same cul-de-sac is literally a small park! If you're visiting during the winter, go ahead and pay for the heating of the pool. It literally heats it to close to 90°. Was very warm even when the air temperature was chilly. This coming from a family that can never swim in the so-called heated indoor pools of hotels because those water temperatures are always too frigid even though they claim to be heated.

We loved the little “beach house” as my kids called it. The pool was awesome! We came in August and we really expected it to be like a bath tub but it was cool every day. The outside area has so much charm! Marietta was awesome during our stay. The mixer had gone missing and she had one delivered so I could make birthday cupcakes for my son. (Also the person that provides a mixer in their airbnb is legit ) We hope we can return again next year and use the “beach house”

House was just as described. Love the pool and hot tub. The Pac-Man game was a blast. It was a big hit! Great communication. No issues at all.

We enjoyed the amenities of the house, and its central location in a nice neighborhood. We wouldn't mind staying in this property in the future.

Beautifully renovated huge home! Very spacious with multiple relaxation areas to choose from. This house worked out perfectly as our family came together for our son’s wedding weekend in Pensacola!! Halloween fell during our stay and this neighborhood goes all out with decorations and trick or treaters! Seems to be a very popular spot in Pensacola! We highly recommend this beautiful home for large gatherings!

My family and I felt at home. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious and well-equipped the house was. It had everything we could possibly need, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable, cozy living spaces, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The bedrooms were large and welcoming, giving everyone plenty of room to unwind. One of the highlights was the location—so close to the beautiful beaches, which made it easy for us to enjoy the sun and sand every day. Grace is an amazing host and her recommendations made our vacation even more memorable. We can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and family-friendly place to stay in Destin!

My family of 5 adults recently stayed in this condo during the Christmas week. I’d for sure go with a 5⭐️ rating. George was very ‘on it’ with all of our concerns prior to booking and while there. The photos were true to our actual accommodations, He made a pet friendly exception, since our dog was crate trained. When we needed assistance with the Smart thermostat, he immediately sent a YouTube tutorial. He quickly came to air when we needed a Band-Aid when there were none in the First Aid kit. He was quick to respond and we appreciated that! The kitchen was well-equipped with utensils and cookware, etc., and bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. All details made our stay very enjoyable! Great job, George!

We had to find a hotel quick due to pet mix up at previous location. Rob was very fast in answering my questions for my pets (dog and cat) staying. Great location in Destin and the home had all kitchen utensils you would need. My favorite part was how comfy the beds were.

This place was exactly how they described it, it was nice, laid back, and peaceful. They always responded back, and was even willing to stop their day to come help me if I needed further assistance. Great place, and great people that run it. Very Happy with Our Stay.

Best Airbnb we stayed at with friends- will be a place to return throughout the year! Sunny corner unit, 4th floor, amazing balcony, can see the beach and waves clearly. Go to the beach in a minute or the heated pool, park comfortably in this safe and secure area. Publix across the street, many great restaurants in the area. We all loved it!

better than expected and I wish there were more stars to check off. we have stayed at several places up and down the beach and this place was by far the nicest, easiest to get to and from the room, best floor plan, and just felt right at home place that we could of asked for. I recommend this place above any place. thanks

This condo was in a great location, right across the road from the beach. It was clean and in good working order. The view from the balcony was beautiful, which was a nice bonus.

yes , an awesome place ..walkable distance to the beach or 3 minutes drive whichever is good for you, amazing people ..very responsive. we will stay again
