Nice vacation rentals

Standing in the living room is like being in a painting kissed by the sun, every stroke is full of the deep blue of the Mediterranean and the romance of southern France.The silver waves of the French Riviera, this land seems to have a filter of time.The tide laps the shore with lacy white foam, the snow-capped mountains in the distance are suspended in the clouds, the masts of the sailboats on the sea surface are silhouetted in the twilight, and the salty sea breeze carries the scent of champagne bubbles.Here, time is slowly collected by the two large trees at the door, and you can find Van Gogh's brushstrokes or Cezanne's gazing light and shadow at every turn.Staying in this cottage doesn't need any explanation, just lazily lying on the chair on the balcony, watching the stars move, eternal like an unfinished love poem.

Great view and impressive location. Beautiful terraces and balconies. The train passing by hardly disturbed. Two beaches in 10-15 minutes walking distance. Unfortunately, the direct path down to the beach, which used to exist, is unfortunately no longer accessible. Very pleasant stay.

The apartment exactly matches the pictures. The location is very good, right in front of the house is a bus stop with at least an hourly bus to the city. Beach as on the pictures, exactly across the street. Got the phone number of Guy from Didier, who greeted me in person and explained everything to me. He is very friendly and I felt welcome. He was also available for questions. Thanks Guy!The bed couch was prepared as agreed. The sofa bed is amazingly comfortable and you have an unobstructed view of the sea from the bed, just great for inland countries like me. The balcony is protected from the wind. Parking is secured, as is the entire area. As a trip, I would definitely recommend the Esterel Mountains, red rocks at sunset, wonderful. Cannes is amazingly clean and a lovely city. Would love to come back.

Loved staying here!!!! Host was very kind and always available. The room was very clean, large, and absolutely beautiful! The view was spectacular! Great location!!! I would not have wanted to stay anywhere else in all of Cannes.

We stayed with family in Dominique's beautiful studio. Dominique is a superb host , of immense kindness who takes the time to explain to us the whole functioning of the house and the estate. The studio is beautiful and the hot tub a real plus! The exteriors are breathtaking. Thank you Dominique for hosting us, we'll be happy to come back!

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

Everything was just amazing! The house itself was quite big. Enough space for everything! Good pool with great view! And BBQ area was very nice! Only 5 min drive from the centre of Theoule with cafes and beach!

Our stay in Antibes was absolutely perfect, thanks in large part to Bertrand and his accommodation. Everything was there: • Easy and fast communication with Bertrand. • The house matched the description and photos perfectly. • Great location to explore the French Riviera without traffic jams. • Quiet and secure neighborhood • Air conditioning was a real plus for our comfort. • Beautiful garden, very nice to relax. • Perfect pool, never overcrowded, which allowed us to fully enjoy it. • Very comfortable bedding, ensuring good nights of sleep. I recommend Bertrand's rental without hesitating. It's a safe bet to take full advantage of this beautiful area.

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

The contact was very friendly; at the beginning we were shown everything we needed to know. A broken light bulb was replaced immediately. The location is great, a two-minute walk to Aldi or Lidl. It is also possible to walk to the sea and the city center without any problems. Great property with lots of flowering plants.

We had a great stay at Véronique’s place along with our two young children. Walking distance to everything you need and on a quiet private road. We enjoyed our stay and the great local recommendations!

A fairly exceptional place for the French Riviera: quiet, welcoming with an environment without vis-à-vis, very green and full sky. This allows you to distance yourself from the frenzy of the French Riviera during these summer periods. Communication with Joyce is easy and confident, making it easy to feel good. And lots of little touches made us feel like friends. Similarly, the house is very nicely decorated with taste and simplicity (different from photos and even prettier) and it is very well equipped. And, as regulars of the Colle sur Loup for over 30 years, we definitely recommend Maison Joa Terra!

This is a great place to stay if you want to see everything in Nice and the surrounding areas but want to stay in a peaceful and beautiful setting. American travelers should note that there is air conditioning downstairs only and the bedrooms are upstairs; however, the nights were cool enough in early July. Great place to stay and the hosts are very friendly.

We and the whole family had a good time. The house was spacious, appropriate for small children. The swimming pool was great for the children. The surrounding area has many places for walks and views. The host was kind.

Pleasant family stay in a magical place with a superb garden.!!!when you discover the place it's just wow you want to go directly!!! The accommodation is very comfortable nothing to repeat comfortable bedding is a big plus! The owners are very discreet we only saw Sabine on the day of arrival but she is easily reachable;) we feel at home;). We're already thinking about coming back some day.....

Very pleasant stay at Malin's place. The villa is very well located, in a peaceful area both preserved from the tourist hustle and bustle and close to the center, beaches and shops (shopping center, bakeries, pharmacy...). The villa complies with the description, functional, clean and embellished with a well-maintained garden. The pergola was appreciated during this hot season. The salt pool, the most remarkable value of the villa, offers great swimming comfort. Thank you Francoise for hosting us.
