Apartman has an excellent location and parking in the garage, 10 min to Funchal, 5 min to the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, there is everything Elvio says in the description. Very flexible with Elvio, responds promptly. Thanks for a great stay 👍

We spent 20 days there and everything was perfect from start to finish. Maria and her husband were very helpful, generous with their advice, fruits from their vegetable garden and even cake:) We enjoyed the beautiful grounds and the large vegetable garden and sublime sunsets. Everything inspires the calm and sweetness of life. Only happiness:) The location is really perfect: very beautiful beaches and hikes a short distance away and the small village of Arco de Calheta nearby is super pretty, We had the pleasure of attending a beautiful and friendly village party! Thanks for everything:)

What a wonderful way to spend Christmas with adult family. The home is large, well equipped and very comfortable. Communication with Marisela was very easy and she was very helpful. Everything was faultless. We went to Funchal on Christmas Eve saw the lovely lights and Christmas market and sampled Poncha (warning this is lethal). Christmas Day we used the BBQ at the basement level for our meal, watched the sunset and played games (darts, table tennis and pool) - is a wonderful space for keeping everyone entertained. But in quiet times we looked at the lovely views from the balconies and read books. We found many excellent sights to see on the island including Whale and Dolphin watching from Calheta beach (highly recommend). Sadly we were all unwell (virus) during some of our stay and didn't do all of the trips we planned, so that means we will be returning ....Hopefully soon!

Our stay at A Home In Madeira was absolutely amazing. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view on the sea and a large balcony to enjoy the sunshine. Our host was very friendly, always answered our questions and gave great tips for things to do and see on the island. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a wonderful time on Madeira!

The apartment and the view are much nicer in real than the pictures. Very cozy apartment and the hosts are very likeable. We recommend the place to anyone who wants to have a breathtaking view and picturesque sunsets. In addition, the communication was friendly and we quickly felt at home. Kitchen is well equipped and bathroom as well.

We enjoyed a beautiful stay at Kevin's house. Especially the magnificent view and sunny terrace were a big plus. As our car was too tall to park at the street close to the house, we found a spot near the "Bar O Canheiro", where the way to the house wasn't too steep and mostly following a levada. There are some beautiful hiking trails in walking distance from the house.

Really fantastic apartment and really enjoyed the stay at the property was lovely and clean. Carlos is a great host and made the whole experience of staying at the property very easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

We spent a very relaxing week at this house in Jardim do Mar. Susana and Rita guided us with professionalism and availability; they are very responsive and warm. We thank them for the delicate gastronomic touches found upon arrival. Amazing location facing the sea with beautiful sunsets. Very quiet. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped. Thank you for this stay. We recommend it!

A beautiful property we enjoyed enormously. The bar across the street has a very tasty cafe.
