Enjoy walking trails, relax around the fire pit (wood included),soak in the hot tub, or play some golf on a rustic private golf course. Located within 30 minutes of most recreational activities, including Paul Bunyan land, fishing lakes, restaurants, golf courses and Crosby mountain biking trails. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for our multi-generational family stay! I absolutely loved the decor and furnishings...clean, updated and still cozy! The neighborhood was quiet and safe although somewhat off the beaten path (definitely not a complaint, just something to keep in mind when booking a stay in Minneapolis).

We recently made the trek to Aitkin area for some family events and wanted a rental that fit all of our family but also had a view. Even though it was still frozen, the lake was a beautiful back drop. The home was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with anything we needed for a comfortable stay. We cooked our own meals and everything worked great. Would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the lake! Highly recommend.

We stayed for an extended Super Bowl/birthday weekend and had a great time. Super responsive to messages when there was a very small issue and checked in multiple times to make sure all was well. We would love to go back in summer. Very efficient space for a large group and the new hot tub was a hit with everyone in our party. Thank you!

We loved our extended stay at this cabin. It was the perfect place to bridge our move the area. It is cozy and comfortable with everything you need to feel right at home! The sunrises and sunsets are beautiful. You are close to great restaurants, trails, golf courses and shopping! On a rainy day there is a garage full of games and activities to keep you entertained. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to everyone we know coming to the area. Adam was very responsive to any questions we had.

Cute little cabin for 2. The location was perfect. You get the best of both worlds. Close to town and things to do while also giving the desired private cozy cabin vibes. Victoria was the absolute best host. Very responsive and friendly. She made us feel very welcome.

Lobster Lake Lodge EXCEEDED our expectations! We had a fantastic weekend with our extended family- from toddler to great-grandparents. The decks added on are such an easy way to enjoy the lake view. We played games, had a campfire, watched a football game, went out on the paddle boat, walked in the road to enjoy the fall colors- a wonderful extended weekend- and you made it easy. We had a great time! The home is large, lovely and well-stocked with everything, even the perfect amount of toys! This was a good place for an extended family gathering. (The little ones also enjoyed the small playground.) The little bay the home is on is very peaceful; it's nice for kayaking. There is a nearby boat launch, which allowed us to use the home's dock for our boat and easily go out onto the larger part of the lake to fish. We also very much appreciated Jonathan and Jenny's minimal cleaning and checkout rules. Some Airbnb places have ridiculous requirements. Jonathan and Jenny were very prompt in their responses to our messages.
