Jamie and Jay’s place is exceptional! It looks even better than the photos (which says a lot because the photos are lovely). They were extremely responsive and accommodating. The beds are a dream. They included little details that were both memorable and kind and I can’t say enough about their attention to detail and thoughtfulness. I want to come here annually. The pool and beach access were perfect. One of my best hosts and I’ll most certainly book again! They went above and beyond and their love for the island shows and will make sure you leave loving it too! A million thanks to J & J!

The reasons that Mirna is a highly rated host were immediately obvious - very responsive and flexible, generous in her communication and life in general (I suspect) - she even offered to give us a ride to a local place to help us with a transportation issue. The house was spotless, had everything we needed, was not cluttered, and even had those extra touches to make us right at home. Thank you for the bottled water in the refrigerator and the soap in the bathroom (we arrived a little less than fully prepared). Mirna, a personal thank you for making a somewhat stressful trip to Jax - for a major RV repair - less stressful, we are grateful.

I had a fantastic experience. The host was very welcoming and communication with them was easy. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient and close to everything I needed. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy and affordable place to stay. We enjoyed our stay at this beachfront condo immensely. The view is everything! The check-in was easy; Michael is a great host and provided lots of extras to make our stay comfy. The unit was clean and we had everything we needed to make a great cup of coffee to sit on the balcony and watch the waves. The location is not far from Ft. Clinch and a convenience store. We are already planning our next trip with two of our grands.

Would highly, highly recommend. The cleanliness and comfort of this spot was the perfect getaway and remote 'office' for a week. AMAZING oceanfront view. Location was great to get to Neptune Beach for great dining options. LOVED the extended courtesy of renting bikes from Tiffany. Private/reserved parking also a nice bonus given how busy the area gets during peak times.

Very responsive host! Clear directions. Lodging was clean w well equipped kitchen and comfy bed and bedding and well as quality bath essentials. We would definitely stay again.

We were so happy to find this Airbnb as I recently broke my ankle. Being unable to bear weight this home was perfect for us as we just had to navigate one step to get into the home. Our hosts were very friendly and responsive to our questions. The home was perfect for us with a full washer and dryer, office space and very comfortable beds! Each bedroom has a TV so everyone could be in their own space to relax. We will definitely be back when we are in the area!

we had an an amazing time...it exceeded my expectations. it was the perfect combination of fun experiences and relaxation. the bathrobes and the bed were so cozy...the hot tub was perfect...and don't miss out on the sweatshop!

We've stayed in vacation rentals in St. Simons a number of times. This one was by far the best we've found. It was clean, spacious, welcoming, and comfortable. Next time we go we'll look to book here first.

The place was in a great location and the best part was definitely the backyard where we spent most our time while at the house. The fire pit and pool were amazing and we enjoyed watching football on the back deck. I requested to add my dog the week of the trip as our pet sitter fell through and they were very accommodating in getting her added. The only small thing we didn’t like was the upstairs was 10-15 degrees warmer then the first floor so in order to have the rooms upstairs comfortable for sleeping, the downstairs is cold where the kids were sleeping but we made it work.

My family and I had to evacuate Tampa last minute and were grateful to find Ricardo’s home. It was spacious and comfortable and in a nice quiet neighborhood close to everything we could need. There were ample rooms and beds to accommodate us all and my infant daughter loved enjoying the back patio by the lake. His home made a stressful evacuation a lot more enjoyable!

My family gathered here for thanksgiving and had a great time, plenty of room indoor and outdoors. There’s not much parking but the store is not far up the road. We walked to it. There’s also several shopping places near. Adam responded back very quickly to all my questions and was so helpful. It was a great stay!!

Great stay for our family! Everyone had room and the master bedroom even had a closet large enough for a pack n play, which was very helpful! This is a great spot on SSI, as it’s close to everything you want to do. Easy walk to the public beach access, easy walk to several of our favorite restaurants and central to everything else we love to do on the island (pier, village, biking, etc). Definitely want to return here!

This was my second stay at Theresa's. Very cute house and pleasant stay. Very convenient to most amenities in Jax beach and Neptune.

I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay with my two dogs. It was a very short walk to the beach and the neighborhood was safe, quiet and perfect for walking. The house was very clean and spacious. Hope to stay there again in the near future!

Our family had an amazing stay at Jennifer's home! There were 8 of us plus two small dogs, and we never felt crowded at all. The living room felt so open and roomy and had an expansive marsh view. The decor was very tasteful and not overcrowded, which I really appreciated. It felt like someone's actual home and not just a vacation rental staged to remind you that you're at the beach. The teens/ young adults enjoyed having their own space downstairs with a kitchenette to keep snacks and drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor spaces - firepit on the marsh side and hammock tucked away in another part of the yard . The walk to the beach was very easy - a quick walk down to the end of the quiet street and then a trail through a wooded area down to East Beach which was gorgeous and uncrowded. This was maybe a 5 minute walk. We all really enjoyed the trail! My kids thought it seemed like a secret path through the forest. Overall, I would highly recommend Jennifer's home on SSI!

We really enjoyed our stay for Thanksgiving and we had some excellent warm weather. The beach and restaurants were very close by for walking. The dogs liked the fenced back yard. The house looks small from the street but the inside space is much larger than you would think!

I booked this location for a work retreat and it was great. Bob and Janice communicated well and the location is fantastic. I would stay here again.

Michelle & Jim were great hosts and we had a really enjoyable stay at their cottage. Perfect for a small group!

We loved our stay at the BEACH house @ 540 Magnolia Lane. It was spacious, well stocked and convenient to downtown SSI. Many cool extras like the outdoor putting green, plenty of games, a brand new ping pong table and big screen TVs throughout the house. Hope to come back in the future - perhaps in the summer next time! 5 🌟 rating
