We booked for 3 nights for our family holiday gathering with my daughter who lives in Melrose. Loved the house! Old charm, spacious rooms, nice neighborhood. The fenced in yard was a huge bonus for our two dogs as we didn't have to worry about them being off leash. We had about 6 inches of snow fall one evening and Karen was very prompt in letting me know someone would be by to plow and shovel. I had asked for a late check out and Karen was very accommodating which made it a much smoother departure. I will definitely be a repeat customer! Thank you, Karen & Lou

We stayed here with our family for our wedding at castle in the clouds and this was the PERFECT location to get ready and relax before and after the wedding. It’s gorgeous, spacious, and Tamara is an absolutely lovely host and helpful when we had any questions. We booked the house across the street from her too for the wedding party and it was so nice to have a quiet family complex!

My wife is a fine furniture maker and Harvey’s house is about 25 minutes from where she takes classes with her mentor. We travel everywhere with our feline son who enjoys walks outside so Harvey’s place was purrfect for us. We had a family situation and had to cut our stay short. Harvey was very understanding and gracious. The woods near the house are a treasure.

This home is amazing! It was perfect for our group of ten family members that were in the area to celebrate a wedding for the weekend. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating and we were so impressed with their hospitality!! So many nice touches and such a spacious, comfortable home - no detail overlooked. Enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely return.

My wife and I just returned from this property. This was our fourth consecutive annual visit and we have already reserved for 2025. When it comes down to it, there are only 2 things that are important and draw us back time after time. 1. The home and its views: We have had the opportunity to stay at a number of New England Airbnb/VRBO properties, this is the only one we want to return to, over and over again. Its popularity makes it difficult to reserve- please ask yourself why? The home is delightful, comfortable, affordable, well equipped, clean, private and with a view of Sargent's pond that never stops mesmerizing us. If you are an outdoor action or more of laid-back type - no one will be disappointed. 2. Andy and Emily are the quintessential hosts. From the welcoming package, including doggie snacks - they think of everything. They are kind, honest and thoughtful people who want to ensure your needs are met but are never intrusive. We sincerely trust and thank them.

This was a lovely place and stay. It was beautifully furnished, comfortable, with terrific design. We felt so at home, partly because there were supplies such as extra blankets, coffee, and tissues. Thank you so much, highly recommend!

What a little gem in the middle of Portland! The west end is where it’s at! Kathleen was super accommodating with all our questions - we thought the upstairs bathroom was out of hand soap but it turns out it was a refill bottle below the sink. She sent more soap away! You won’t want for anything if you stay here, and the local amenities are great too. 🎉

This house is beautiful and we felt right at home. Spent a relaxing staycation at this house with a large group of family and were very comfortable.

Our family gathered for the week of Thanksgiving. We had a fantastic stay! The house was great, plenty of room for all of us, even though we weren't able to take advantage of the awesome decks and back yard due to weather. Ned was great, very helpful answering questions, making recommendations and assisting with requests. Couldn't have been more pleased!!

LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

Angela was an amazing host. She was very patient with all my requests, as we arrived around midnight to her house. The house was comfortable for our family of 6. We really enjoyed our stay in Portland.

We loved Angel's place, the place was very clean and welcoming! and close to nice trails and the beautiful town of Wolfeboro. We would definitely come back!

Great place to stay for a big family and kid-friendly! We had a fantastic trip and the host was super responsive. The living room area is even more beautiful in person. Highly recommend this place.

We have stayed in many AirBnBs over the years, and this was one of my favorites. We traveled with our two kids (age 3 and 7) and they loved the indoor pool and hot tub. The pool is SUPER warm and lovely and the sauna heated quickly and was terrific. The house is super clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet but there's lots to do in surrounding areas (Beth provided a great list). Beth was also super responsive to questions and accommodated an early check-in which we really appreciated. This is such a special place and we can't wait to go back.

Spent Thanksgiving at the cabin and it was absolutely perfect! Jim met us upon check-in with a welcome basket full of homemade baked goods—they were delicious! Home was stocked with board games and puzzles as well. 10/10 stay.

Beautiful house right near the beach and 15 minutes from Portsmouth. We had a wonderful weekend stay and would happily stay again in the future!

We were in the area for a wedding and wanted a dog-friendly place to stay! The property looks like the photos, was clean, and was a great spot for us to stay with our dog, Penny. Hoang was very responsive and gave great information to make sure we didn't have any issues once we got to the property. We definitely enjoyed our stay :)

This is a snug little place to relax and restore your energy. I could hear and sea the ocean from the balcony. The bed was so comfortable, I slept so deeply. The vibe Gina has created is cozy and natural. I am planning to go there annually. The town is also charming with beach walks and excellent restaurants!

Actually rented both units A & B of this property for my wife's birthday to have some room for additional family (surprise). Unit A was awesome! 2 beds and a bath, BIG kitchen that had everything you would need, dog friendly with a fenced in yard which is always a plus, super comfortable living room/dining room combo that had plenty of room for everyone to gather, private courtyard (shared with unit B) with room for outdoor dining and a grill PLUS hot tub! I could go on but to summarize, it was perfect for our plans. The addition of unit B gave us the whole place and I couldn't be more pleased! Centrally located. Anywhere we wanted to explore, from Kennebunkport to Ogunquit and beyond, was never more than 20 - 30 minutes away. Even the neighbors were amazing (friendly)! 100% I would (and plan to) stay here again!

This was our third stay at Elizabeth’s, it has become our go to place in Hampton when visiting family. As always Elizabeth’s place is clean, quiet, private, comfortable. It is well stocked with every amenity you could need. Elizabeth is a friendly and responsive hostess. Her apartment is highly recommended!

This was the perfect spot for our trip up to NH, and little did I know it would turn into our engagement trip! Susan was incredibly helpful, providing clear instructions and responding to questions promptly. We’ll definitely be back! The yard was secure and ideal for our 7-month-old puppy to play in. We also enjoyed taking walks around the area! Susan went above and beyond by leaving a bottle of wine in the fridge, turning on the lights for us, and ensuring the cabin was spotless. It was truly the perfect place for our stay!

Host was great and friendly. Beautiful neighborhood. Apt was very clean and comfortable. Many extras like Keurig, coffee, tea hot chocolate and water bottles. Cozy extra blankets, fans and fireplace. Bathroom was clean and had liquid soaps, shampoo etc. Not a full kitchen, but all you need. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, spotless clean , comfortable. Most of all it is the beautiful setting in the woods close to lake. Great for adults and families. Highly recommended.
