This is a cute airbnb that is clean, spacious and nicely decorated! It has a good kitchen which is well equipped with all the necessary pots and pans, which we took advantage of to cook some Thanksgiving side dishes. As others have noted, it is up 2 flights of stairs, so make sure you are willing to carry up luggage! It is also on the top floor with an attic feel, and sloped ceilings in places, so a taller person might have to be extra careful to avoid head bumps. We enjoyed our 4 days there!

This is my 4th time staying at Haley's the location is close to lots of attractions but in a quiet neighborhood. The house has a lot of room. We love it.

We really appreciated the option to check in early and the place was sunny and spacious with all the comforts needed for our multigenerational group!

Brian’s place was just what we needed- a quiet retreat away from the madhouse that was the weekend get-together for my friend’s 50th. We visited during the off-season and the weather wasn’t very conducive to outdoor activities, but Brian gave recommendations that would have been lovely to follow through on if the timing were different. He responded quickly and communicated well. I would go back, and would certainly recommend.

Molly is in the right business—warm, personable, lightning-fast responses - always at any hour. The check-in was very easy and the home is as comfortable as it is stylish. Thoughtful touches and amenities throughout including a well-stocked spice cabinet (always appreciated) The neighborhood is extremely safe (even at night) Walkable to the train, to the beach, to quaint shopping and to lively restaurants. It really is the ideal location to see the north shore from. Enterprise is around the corner should you decide to rent a car. The building is tranquil and the other tenants are quiet. The three flights up seem like nothing compared to the views and comfort of the apartment. You won't find better for less. Seriously. Book it!

Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

Great house, lots of room, an en suite bathroom in the primary make this property a great location for families and multiple guests. We had four adults and two toddlers and this comfortable house with a great kitchen and roomy den with vaulted ceilings made it very comfortable. I recommend Peter and this charming home very highly.

From the moment we booked this property the host was communicating and super helpful! She gave us recommendations and also when we told her we were going to Salem she sent us the T station schedule and told us what line we needed to get on! The house was absolutely breathtaking! So comfortable and we felt so at home that we didn’t want to leave. So thankful we found this place and can’t wait to stay again!

Lovely place to stay for a beach vacation, and unusually well-equipped with everything you need for the beach - towels, wagon, toys, chairs, umbrella. Would for sure stay there again! The hosts are close by and super-responsive.

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay in Shawn's Airbnb. The home was recently renovated, and it was great to have three private bedrooms. The location was close to our family on the North Shore and not far from Boston. There are also many grocery stores and restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. Off-the-street parking was great to have as well. The neighborhood is quiet, though the home is on a somewhat busy street. The Amtrak rail runs behind the home--but it was surprisingly quiet! We could hear a whooshing sound as the train came through, but it was not at all disruptive.

We had a fantastic vacation at Lake Winnipesaukee! The lake was stunning, and the surrounding area offered so many activities to enjoy. The accommodations were comfortable, and we loved the peaceful atmosphere. Despite a few rainy days, we made the most of our time and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Always book with a super host because you get what you expect. Honest descriptions no bait and switch. Perfect peaceful place and surroundings. Easy in and easy out. Can’t get any better than this. As a return guest we know we are able to make the most of the unique space, it's rooftop water views, and comfy amenities. If you're looking for a great location with access to all Portland has to offer than this is it. We plan to come back again and have encouraged others headed to Portland to do the same.

Most enjoyable vacation I have ever experienced. The condo was clean and had all the amenities you would ever need. The location was as described, and the scenery was breathtaking. I will be planning on coming and staying here again next year and years to follow!

This was a wonderful place to get away for the new year. It was simple and cozy. The view was amazing. The fireworks were within view. The only con was that we visited in the off season, so not much was open locally. That did not stop us from going to Portsmouth which was a 20 minute drive or parts of Maine.

We’ve stayed at Dave’s condo a couple of times now. Each time we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is in such a wonderful location in South Portland and Dave is very communicative and friendly with anything we may need. Definitely recommend a stay if you’re looking to check out the Portland area and enjoy some beach time while you’re at it!
