House vacation rentals in Rye

This is a wonderful house to stay in with a beautiful pool. It was very clean and you can walk to the beach. Highly recommend it! Thank you Hoang and Michael.

Great property for our family weekend away. Kids and adults alike enjoyed all the of the spaces - would be great to return in winter too. A minor inconvenience was attended to swiftly, which is everything you want when something happens & it’s out of anyones control. Only thing I’d change would be our booking for a longer stay. Big thanks! 😊

We loved staying here, specifically the kids loved the pool - it rained during our stay but the heating in the pool didn’t stop anyone. We were given great recommendations for local spots to eat and enjoy. The home was lovely, spacious enough to not feel like we were on top of each other but cosy enough to enjoy everyone’s company. In addition to it being a stunning property inside and the surrounding grounds of the property, every aspect of the house was well thought out including the cleanliness- kudos to the cleaners. Good facilities, kitchen was well stocked with essentials, perfect layout for our group with plenty of space to spread out and also gather. Can’t fault the place! Our host Tamara was amazing in helping us prepare for our stay and making it a memorable one. We only wished we had stayed longer! We will absolutely be staying here again.

This place actually looks even better than the photos! Spotlessly clean and exactly as described. All amenities at your disposal, fabulous kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Super dog friendly and a lovely touch having dog treats on arrival. The hosts are incredibly easy to deal with and very responsive. Will absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend to others.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautifully renovated and was extremely well equipped. There was a lovely peaceful and private garden to relax in! We will definetly be back!

Had a 1 night stay with my family of 8 and our two dogs. Gorgeous and spacious house with a nice fenced front and back yard. Short walk to the beach that was just down the road. Overall clean place with extremely comfy beds, nice hot showers and enough space to host a crowd! Wish we stayed a few days longer - I'd imagine how restful it would be.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Kristina’s place. Kristina was very helpful and responsive! I appreciate her letting us have a late check out. Everything is provided in the house, the kitchen is equipped with everything one might need. We felt right at home. The place was immaculately clean ! I kept hearing feedback from my family how much they’re loving the place and how it’s so much better than other airbnbs around rye that we’ve been too. Thank you so much Kristina we will definitely book again !!

Beautiful little place for a family. Close to the beach walk for rock pools and an adventure. Quiet area. House was equipped with all the amenities and Angus is a fantastic host.

Our stay here was so relaxing and the arrival package made us feel right at home. All of the dog amenities and beds were such a gorgeous touch to the amazing stay-at-home feel. There was so much this place had to offer - it was just the perfect weekend getaway, just what we needed! :)

We had an absolutely wonderful time here. It’s even more beautiful than the pictures: airy but cozy, with a beautiful yard and lots of tranquil places to sit. The hot tub under the trees was a highlight, as was the amazing and well-equipped kitchen. Our baby and dog both loved it too! This is one of those most special rentals I’ve ever stayed in, and I very much hope we’ll get to spend time here again.

Eileen's place was perfect and affordable for our single night stay in the region. Exactly what we needed, and our 1.5yr old loved the play equipment!

Andrea's house is in a great location, two minutes to the beach and a nice walk to the supermarket or into the Rye Pier. Beds were super comfortable, good linen and plenty of towels provided. Living area is spacious and kitchen is very well equipped with lots of extras supplied. Would certainly stay here again. Andrea is great with communication and offered us an early check in and late check out.
