We were met at the apartment as we arrived, went through all the registrations for seamless fingerprint access with us. Apartment was as described. We had everything we needed. Overall, we are satisfied with our stay.

It is located close to Ciputra mall. The apartment is clean and safe. The host is very responsive and kind. There are a lot warung or restaurants close to the place in the evening. Overall, we are happy during our stay.

Fadi apartment is very comfortable and has a complete amenities that we needed. He even provide snacks for us to enjoy. Fadi is very informative and helpful before and during our stay. We are very thankful for his support and his help. Thank you Fadi !

found this place few hours before i arrive at Surabaya at night, so lucky that they have a fast response service. The room was ok, the apartment was clean. It's enough for 5 people. The staff also friendly, they'll wait for you even you're arrived at midnight.

Good apartment I would recommend. It has a better tv than on the pictures with Netflix and the kitchen was useful.

Affordable place direct access to pakuwon Mall. It's a little difficult for how to chekin because it's here the apartment. Had to pick up the key at a separate boxmail, Ask people for help to open the door.

Clean place. Complete kitchen utensils was a big help.

This apartement is very very clean, tidy and perfect location cause it has easy access to the mall, gym and pool. The host mrs. Weni was very helpful and responed every time very fast.

The property location is great. Its located right behind ciputra world mall. The facilities on the property is great they got pools, lounge and more.

What we liked the most is the warm and fast response everytime we need assistance before and during my trip, they even helped us to find the house location when we checked in at 12PM. The house itself is clean and located in the heart of the city. Thank you for accomodating us!

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It’s close to shopping mall where you can find anything you want from food till mode. Johnathan and his son are very friendly. And provide us with tips for our next destination. A late check out was all inclusive. A point of attention can be the kitchen and bathrooms. They need an upgrade in the coming years.
