Was a totally beautiful place to stay!

We had a wonderful weekend in Scheel. The apartment is very cozily furnished and super equipped - high praise to the hosts. Communication was easy and fast. Everything is great and highly recommended. 😊👍🏼

It was quite easy to find, the host was very kind and met us around 20:30. The place itself was spotless clean and had everything that was listed. Additionally, the kitchen, bathroom and sauna were pristine cleaned. The glass in the bathroom was so clean for a moment we thought that were was no glass. Sauna was excellent and we even started a nice little fire one day. Very peaceful with allot of opportunity for hiking and nature. And very easy connection to Dusseldorf via the train with free parking at the train station in the small town. Would go back again without a doubt.

We wanted to spend a relaxing weekend getaway with close friends and Manfred‘s house was the most ideal place to be. The house is perfectly located - away from the hustle bustle of the city and close to nature. The views from the house are splendid and the proximity to the lake is cherry on the top! Manfred is a great host, was available to communicate when we needed him. The house was clean and cozy and we felt absolutely at home here. We have great memories here and will definitely recommend and love to visit again! Thank you :)

Communication worked great, it was missing bed linen within 15 minutes, it was submitted later. The host is very nice, the house was clean and matched the pictures. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Great little apartment, easy transport links, close to a supermarket and whilst 100 meters from easy transport links very quiet in the evenings. Worth every €

We stayed at Pia's chalet for a relaxing weekend and had a really great time. The house looks exactly the same as on the pictures, so it offers countless places to relax. The sauna & hot tub overlooking nature are also fantastic. We will definitely be back!

The beautiful old Benke house has an incredible charm and is richly, practically and comfortably furnished. The garden is idyllic and the quiet green surroundings invite you to take beautiful walks. The bus from Recklinghausen stops right in front of the property (but we didn't hear anything from the street). The contact with Benjamin was straightforward and warm. He answered all questions promptly and is very helpful. Our children also felt very comfortable. We didn't miss anything at our family reunion and we'd love to come back any time. Highly recommended!!

We used the accommodation for four with two children (12 and 9) as a central starting point for activities in the Ruhr area. Therefore, the location was especially important to us. With about 10 min. walk to the nearest train station, you can get everywhere very well. The apartment is not large, but well suited for a family for a few days. Otherwise, we particularly liked the great view through the balcony and window and the freely usable small swimming pool. All in all it was a nice time!

We enjoyed staying with Kevin very much. We found the apartment as described, everything was clean and well maintained. Sauna and pool were a dream after a long day out on the slopes. Bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Only in the kitchen equipment we missed things such as garbage bags, pot sponge, baking paper, and were also unable to shop on Sundays. I would recommend the place at any time, and would love to come back.

Overall a really perfect stay. The house was exactly as presented and hoped. Plenty of space, plenty of sleeping options, sauna, bathtub, great kitchen and and and... Sabrina also left the pool "open" so that we could take ice baths before and after each sauna session. Simply phenomenal and highly recommended. Note on the four star categories. Here I was extremely petty. The location is on a busy road and not in the countryside - it didn't bother us, but maybe you should know. The apartment was also super clean and tidy but of course you notice that people usually live in it. And that didn't bother us, but it's not a five-star hotel. As mentioned - I was now very petty, so I don't give out five stars everywhere! 😅 But overall highly recommended for six people!

We spent some nice and quiet days with our dog Rudi during the turn of the year. The accommodation is very nicely located in the countryside, a small farm with cows is located nearby. There are beautiful opportunities for walking and hiking. Exactly the tranquility and seclusion we were looking for! Stefanie and her husband were also very friendly! Thank you for everything! Fantastic host, place was very clean and easy to find. Easy to get into town and Henriette was a great host.

I stayed with my 3 year old daughter for a few days in the green oasis of Roland and Marion. The communication with Roland and the team was excellent. The apartment is just right for two people. But the most beautiful thing is of course outside, whether in the garden or the beautiful adjacent nature. The tranquility and the birdsong are simply wonderful for relaxation. ❤️ We enjoyed the time very much and the daily visit with the rabbits, guinea pigs and alpacas was of course a highlight. We will be happy to come back in the summer:)

We had a nice week at Marie-Luise's cottage. The "painting heating" made it wonderfully warm. - From this cottage you can be in Cologne in half an hour by train. - Furthermore, you can also quickly be in nature from the cottage for a nice walk. - We'll probably come back here sometime. My son and I spent a shared W E with a visit to the city of Cologne and a stadium visit. After a long city stay, the quiet location of the apartment was ideal, but certainly not for party people. Easily accessible by train and bus during the day.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The information on arrival was absolutely sufficient and all information necessary for check-in (key box, PIN, etc.) was completely sufficient without any inquiry on my part. The kitchen is very large and lovingly furnished, here you should find everything you need for the (possibly also longer) stay. Shopping is also in walking distance. The living room is comfortably furnished and offers everything you need. Even a fireplace is available. The bedroom is also very spacious and super functionally furnished, nice that the furnishings were thought out here and the guest therefore lacks nothing. The bathroom is accessible by a staircase to the first floor and is just as clean and well decorated. Communication with the host was also top notch. All in all, I highly recommend it and should I stay in the area again, I will definitely come back to the apartment.
