We had an amazing stay. It was clean and it is big enough for a family. Everything in the house was perfectly organised. You can also go to Koln by train from Engelskirchen, or by car is also possible. We would definitely recommend it!

cozy accommodation, nice hosts, good location and beautiful garden. Cabin is spartan but has everything we needed. A little cold in winter, but easy to heat by the fireplace. The proximity to Düsseldorf is great. Highway noise outside perceptible, but still ok. We didn't hear anything in the house (but windows were also closed). Unfortunately, it was not quite as quiet as hoped for on New Year's Eve, a lot of fireworks around it - but the cabin can't help it.

We (group of 8 friends) had a wonderful stay at Olga's over the turn of the year. We enjoyed it very much, everything was just perfect. The sauna was an absolute highlight😊. But also the location was perfect. The train was not far away and you are fast, both by train and by car, in the center of Winterberg. Communication with Olga was also excellent! Thanks for a great stay!

Marcel is very good host. The house is super comfort for big family. Clean and tidy. Kitchen is nice. House surrounding is beautiful. Have a parking spot.

we stayed in this apartment the first week of the new year, we could not have started our year better, it was a warm welcome with the Christmas atmosphere still in it, you immediately felt at home, it was very clean, we eagerly used the bath as we did not have this at home, everything from toys for the children to a blanket on the sofa, hosts are also very nice ! 2nd day there was lego in front of the door, with a note , or that our son might want to play with this, on departure the battery was empty of our car , and we were immediately helped ! We had the bikes with us and were also 10 minutes in movieworld! the bikes fit perfectly next to the car in the garage! ideal! already had a great vacation! We recommend it to everyone! great base for movieworld ! and by car you will be in Oberhausen in 25 minutes

A delightful little cottage with everything you need. Sabine and Andreas were very friendly and helpful hosts. The cottage is equipped with a lot of love for detail, everything you need is there. Highly recommend for two people with dog.

We enjoyed staying with Kevin very much. We found the apartment as described, everything was clean and well maintained. Sauna and pool were a dream after a long day out on the slopes. Bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Only in the kitchen equipment we missed things such as garbage bags, pot sponge, baking paper, and were also unable to shop on Sundays. I would recommend the place at any time, and would love to come back.

The house was great. We had a lot of space and the decor was very well maintained. I recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay for a large group. Thanks Paul, he was also always very quick and easily accessible.

For our JGA we booked this place for one night. We were 13 people, room was more than enough for everyone. Rooms were all clean, there were plenty of towels for everyone. About the location: as already described in some reviews before me, the house is located in a residential area and is a semi-detached house. Therefore, it should also be noted that you cannot/should not make noise until the end of the day. We talked to the neighbors before and were still partying around 11:30 pm. Until then, no one complained about the volume and we were certainly not quiet on the road. The garden is nice and large, the hot tub well maintained. The house itself is also in good condition, the bathrooms in the rooms are "newly" renovated. Check in / check out went smoothly, the hosts are very nice. All in all we had a great time and with the house the perfect accommodation for the JGA, thank you.

Stayed here with my company colleagues for Gamescom convention and it was spectacular. The house is beautiful and modern while retaining the charm of the German countryside. Easily accessible walking paths to the town and forest made this idea for us as we didn’t have a car.

We had a great stay. The house is very nice and the open fireplace is really the best for spending the cold winter evenings. The ski slopes of Winterberg are just a few minutes away, but there are plenty of other things to do in the surrounding area. We simply loved it.
