Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Rowan County

We stayed at John’s rental while we were visiting family for Christmas from PA. Instructions were very clear, we had no issues. We did not see any bugs or spiderwebs as in other reviews. I never know what a kitchen is equipped with, so I travel with many items from home, but it was decently equipped, corkscrew, measuring cups, potato masher, several pots and pans in good condition. We would book here again based on this experience.

We like this area of the lake and enjoy coming during the off season. Lexington is an easy 15 minute drive away. Our main goal is usually just to relax at the water’s edge. This property was great for that. Nice fire pit-with wood provided (that’s one of the many details the owners have seen to). There is also a covered patio off the Master should weather require it. Safe, suburban area. Comfortable beds and nice linens-even some expressly for the pooch. To that point, while pets are allowed, you would never know-his cleaning crew rocks. Todd was a responsive communicator. The Husband and I would definitely recommend this property. It was a good fit for the 2 of us and our fur baby.

This space was quiet and peaceful. Loved looking at the stars from the hot tub. Enjoyed sitting on the back porch and watching the birds over the lake. It was cozy inside and the bed was comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive, and the mart up the road had amazing wings per her suggestion.

We had children in for our wedding and needed some Extra space! We had a few changes and the host was very accommodating! The girls loved the banana bread!! Thanks for a great overnight stay!

We stayed for 2 nights, and had a very comfortable, peaceful stay. The owner (Christopher) made sure we faced no problems, and kindly accommodated our early check-in and late check-out requests. Definitely a 5 star experience for us, and we would like to revisit the property in future !!

Lovely stay meeting some new family in the area! A great space and just what we needed to get away from the Minnesota cold for a few days.

This beautiful home was exactly what our family needed. We got to all be in the same room and play games, while not feeling cramped up. We will definitely be using again in the future.

Our family really enjoyed the stay, just wish we could have stayed longer! It was nice to be able to dock our boat for the weekend and the kitchen had everything we needed including a small ice machine. We loved being able to bring our dog. The kids really enjoyed the arcade games and the fire pit, as well as kayaking. We felt comfortable letting them paddle around in the smaller quieter cove.
