Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Rowan County

Such a wonderful retreat, a lakefront house with a beautiful deck, a long pier and dock with seating. Perfect accommodations for my small grands, my daughter and myself. They almost immediately hit the game room in the basement. I was able to join my church service on Sunday morning via Zoom as I sat and sipped tea on the deck overlooking the lake. John was so kind as to relax the check in and check out times for us, which helped us to avoid that frantic rush of getting everything and everyone out in time. My family and I truly loved and appreciated our stay there and we look forward to doing it again ( during the hot season we can enjoy the swimming and canoeing!). Thank you, John.

We enjoyed a relaxing weekend and Heaven Hill! Everything was spotless and loved the downstairs area. Small things that made it extra- leaving firewood for making s’mores (and keeping warm!), games, and just overall cozy atmosphere with tons of space to spread out. We used this vacation as a landing spot for the polar express train ride and it was a quick 20 minute trip. Highly recommend and would love to return!

We like this area of the lake and enjoy coming during the off season. Lexington is an easy 15 minute drive away. Our main goal is usually just to relax at the water’s edge. This property was great for that. Nice fire pit-with wood provided (that’s one of the many details the owners have seen to). There is also a covered patio off the Master should weather require it. Safe, suburban area. Comfortable beds and nice linens-even some expressly for the pooch. To that point, while pets are allowed, you would never know-his cleaning crew rocks. Todd was a responsive communicator. The Husband and I would definitely recommend this property. It was a good fit for the 2 of us and our fur baby.

check in was very easy to do had no problems. The house was immaculate, clean very peaceful. Everything that we were looking for to spend a good Christmas with our family. She had all the amenities clean bathroom and kitchen the beds and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We had such an amazing time. We did not want to leave. I would recommend this to anyone if you want to have a good peaceful time with your family. Lori is a very awesome host very quick to respond to your messages and very helpful

We had children in for our wedding and needed some Extra space! We had a few changes and the host was very accommodating! The girls loved the banana bread!! Thanks for a great overnight stay!

Blake's lakefront house was the best value I've ever had for a lakefront rental. I was very surprised at how well stocked it was with needed items to make the stay better. My grandchildren stayed outside the entire time we were at the house. It has a very level yard for playing ball while not enjoying lake activities. They loved kayaking with the included kayaks. We brought our own life jackets but were surprised to see the number of jackets supplied. This included multiple sizes. The lakefront firepit was also great. More than enough firewood was available. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Our family really enjoyed the stay, just wish we could have stayed longer! It was nice to be able to dock our boat for the weekend and the kitchen had everything we needed including a small ice machine. We loved being able to bring our dog. The kids really enjoyed the arcade games and the fire pit, as well as kayaking. We felt comfortable letting them paddle around in the smaller quieter cove.

quant and cozy. sheets were soft and clean and views were gorgeous. the pups were an added little perk as they were friendly and oh so sweet.
