Vacation rentals in Rovia

This is a great place to stay. The location is excellent - walkable to town, but a little bit outside of it. There are lovely views from the second floor. The unit and the surroundings are well-kept. Value seemed very good. One thing that was somewhat unclear to me from the listing is that it's a two-unit building. The main downside of this is that I was occasionally able to hear voices through the wall. The pool is shared (which is fine, and I never encountered anyone there). Otherwise the location is quite private. Note: I didn't have any reason to see the second bedroom, which has its own entrance from the outside, but I have no reason to think that it's other than as advertised. All in all, a lovely spot, and a great value. I'd be very happy to stay again.

We are absolutely thrilled that we visited the Olive Grove Cottage in Kalamata. The cottage exceeded our expectations and was even better than in the photos. Every detail in the house has been thoughtfully designed. The host, Leonidas, is incredibly friendly and attentive. Thanks to his recommendation, we visited a wonderful beach with pink flamingos. The house is very close to the beach, so you can enjoy the sound of the waves at night, yet it’s far enough from the city hustle and bustle to feel completely secluded. I would also like to thank Leonidas for the tour of his garden and the delicious treats: you have the tastiest citrus fruits in all of Greece, and it was the first time I saw how avocados grow. We will definitely return in the summer! Thank you!

Beautiful home, well kept and clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. 5 min walk to the bus stop, which was great for our stay because we did not rent a car and went all around the region with day trips with fantastic service from Ktel. A 10 min walk from two plateias / squares with ample food and drink and shopping options. Further from the beach by foot, but only costs 5 euros to get a taxi to the beach and boardwalk and a 10 min drive. Highly recommend this stay!

Great location and near to all beaches and restaurants. We had a relaxing time!

Very well located in Xylokastro, close to shops, restaurants and the sea. Well appointed apartment with large balcony.

Host was responsive and checking in and out was very easy. Place is as described. It's great that all bedrooms have attached bathrooms but a couple of the bathrooms were rather small. We were a group of 10 adult friends but if you have both adults and children up to 10 it will be very comfortable. The villa is located on a little hilltop so the sunset daily was so beautiful...nature at its best. We had 3 days of wedding reception, planned lunches, dinners and drinks nearby so the location is perfect for us. The drive downhill (parts of it along the beautiful coast) is about 30 minutes to town and 45 minutes to the airport. Excellent stay. Thanks Nikos.

Bright, spacious well appointed apartment with incredible view from amazing balcony. Access down the stairs next to the appt is lovely walk along the seafront to the nearby beach and restaurants

Second time staying here, and I will be coming back! This time I stayed for a week in a larger room and it was wonderful. Clean, quiet, and perfect size with beautiful large balcony. Didn’t expect my room to be cleaned every other day throughout the week, very much appreciated! Highly recommend this place. Very close to city center.

We had a great stay in Villa Konstantina ! The place is stunning with its garden, swimming pool and bar. The apartment we stayed in is pretty and well equiped. It's also possible to eat here for cheap price, which is very convenient, the atmosphere of the dinning area is realy bucolic, enjoyable. We appreciated the compagny of cats and dogs, very friendly, especially Booby 😉 The Villa is close to interesting sites like ancient Olympia, beaches and many site for hiking with stunning views. Thank to John, his daughter and the team for their welcomming and kindness !
