Other than some building work to the outside of the property (not the host's fault) this was an excellent place to stay and Max was always very quick to answer any queries.

Great flat - clean, well decorated and close to city centre. Very well-equipped - it had everything we needed for a weekend away - and Hollie was extremely responsive and helpful, answering any queries we had straight away. Highly recommended!

Very clean apartment and we loved that it was only a 15-20 minute walk to the town, which meant we could leave the car behind and really relax. The weather was brilliant and the offer of garden chairs was very kind, even though we didn’t use them as we were out too busy exploring. Would recommend staying here. Very spacious for our little family of 3. We only saw Chris as we were leaving, but we knew that he was only a phone call away and upstairs if we needed him.

Cannot fault the property or host. Absolutely beautiful penthouse apartment located perfectly for nightlife and restaurants. Apartment was spotless and very luxurious. Our host was also absolutely wonderful, very accommodating and understanding and always communicated with us so we never had to question anything. They were very proactive aswell in sorting out a minor problem (no corkscrew) which was swiftly delivered when i told the host. Overall a perfect stay and i would recommend to anybody. We will be choosing to stay here again if we come to Leeds in the future.

What a fab house this is. We stayed for 6 weeks and did not want to leave. Jo was always on hand if we needed anything but the house is so well set up that we rarely did. The location is fab on a quiet back street but a COOP, Indian and nice bar all within a few mins walk. The house is really well presented and has everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. The hot tub is a great addition and the garden feels really private. All the bedrooms are a great size and perfect for couples. I can’t rate this place highly enough! Full 5 stars from us!

Stayed for a couple of nights for a family function in Leeds. He had a lovely stay. The place is quiet and has an added bonus for off-road parking.

Lovely place with great amenities and good quality furniture and furnishings. As it’s over 3 floors it’s well laid out. Bathroom s are heat and beds very comfortable. Parking is a bonus too.

We had an amazing stay, Claire's had everything we could possibly need & more! Location was great, a 1 minute walk to the local pub which was really friendly & great for quiz night on a Wednesday! A 20 minute walk into Holmfirth for a choice of lovely coffee shops & places to eat! Plenty of walks & bike rides straight out of the house! The apartment had everything we could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and well set out. The large bed was very comfy. Bars and restaurants were only a short walk away. The apartment is close to the centre of town but the area is surprisingly peaceful. The welcome pack was a nice touch and was appreciated. We felt at home straight away Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts and Matthew did not hesitate to work with us to retrieve an item we had left behind. it was an amazing weekend and we will definitely return. Our family of 3 (couple with a teenaged daughter) had a very comfortable stay. We were travelling with 3 big suitcases and though the apartment was not big, it was definitely manageable. The apartment is on the ground floor, very easy in and out with the suitcases. The place matches the photos. The shower area was very good, with excellent water pressure and constant hot water. The kitchen had all the necessities. My daughter slept on the sofa and she was comfortable. We used the first washing machine which worked perfectly and there was a drying rack provided. The area was quiet and we did not have any noise issue with the neighbours. The apartment was within walking distance to shops and places to eat. We definitely recommend this place.

Comfortable place with good parking and surrounded by green spaces. Host friendly and helpful. Flat is well kitted out with extra touches of cereal, tea, coffee, milk and butter which were much appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to book again if needed to be in the area. Thank you

The riverside apartment is stunning and prefect setting as described. Patio seating is lovely to relax / chill by river and peaceful. Easy stroll to all amenities and sights. Perfect in every way.

A very good stay at Emily’s. It was clean, comfortable and very quiet. We used the good parking in the side street because the allocated parking is tight. Very good local amenities and easy access to bus routes into the city. We were visiting friends nearby and also spent a lovely time in the local area, including in Roundhay Park. The apartment was just right for us. Communication throughout was timely, clear and helpful. Thank you Emily.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sanita & Dave’s place! The apartment was neat, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a family. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the train station and the city centre. Everything was smooth and well taken care of. Highly recommended!
