Great place to stay to visit Harrogate for the weekend with the family. Easy to walk into town and a quiet and peaceful spot.

Three of us stayed in this apartment for the weekend. The apartment itself is in a fantastic location just minutes from the city centre. It is spacious with good sized bedrooms and a large living/dining space with all the amenities you could need. The balcony gave great views of the river and the surrounding area. We would definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Nadim was a great host and greeted us on arrival and showed us around. The apartment is self contained, has private secure parking and a large garden. The place was lovely and clean and even bigger and nicer than the photos look on the listing. We had our little dog with us and there was a dog bed in the apartment ready for her, Nadim even popped in to check on her when we went out for a few hours (which was our request). Above and beyond. Excellent place, 10/10. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again in the future. Thank you Nadim

We had a great stay at Kelans place ! Very cozy and super spacious! Good transport links into the city centre , will definitely use again when in the area.

very clean. Just like home from home. everything was there what we needed for our. communication with the own was very quick and easy

The property was just right for my wife and I with our two small dogs. Free parking was always available, and the centre of town is an easy walk. Karen’s descriptions of local amenities were very accurate. We would definitely return as this is a great base for touring the Dales and North Yorkshire moors.

Stayed here several times as a group of friends. Joanne is always so helpful and welcoming. We have a great time catching up, brilliant for socialising in the open plan lounge. It’s clean and well equipped and only 15 minutes into Leeds city centre for lots of shopping! We will be back again next year.

Fantastic house with wonderful hosts. We were visiting family for Christmas and the house had been decorated with Christmas decorations, making it homely. There was a lovely welcome package of M&S goodies including an advent calendar which our little boy absolutely loved. Would highly recommend!

We stayed 4 nights, accommodated our daughter and 6 bridesmaids prior to her wedding. Aftabs house was perfect for this, gave space for us to gather and for all the wedding preparations. The kitchen and lower ground floor are a great social space. Kitchen is fabulously equipped and hugely generous supply of treats and drinks for the coffee machine. The beds were really comy and Aftab kindly arranged a mid stay linen change so we could accommodate other relatives on the night after wedding. The house is on a very busy main rd, you'll need a car to go into Baildon but there is a walkable tesco express and a really fab Italian restaurant too. The rear of the house faces quite an industrial area so if looking for scenic hot tub views it doesn't provide that but does mean that the hot tub (super) is very private.Some of the crockery in the kitchen needed to be washed, this relies on previous guests leaving this clean however so not at all Aftans fault. All in all a great stay.

Had a fab time. Place was perfect and we were able to do everything we wanted and needed to do. The Lamb Dopiatza at the Sizzler across the road was amazing, also the chippy over the road was top quality. I Swear they fried it in beef dripping. Beautiful

The location of the flat is really close to some great restaurants. The beds were really comfy and the rooms heated up quickly which is a big bonus in winter. We enjoyed oir stay there.

We were visiting Leeds for an event at the First Direct Arena, this was an ideal location, we left the car parked on the street outside the apartment block and got an Uber into the city to have drinks before the concert. The Apartment was perfect, nothing was lacking, particularly good to have a full length mirror in the bedroom and plug sockets for the hair dryer and my straightners close to the mirror ... the number of places I've stayed where these thoughtful details are lacking! Great little kitchen and huge sofas in the lounge, everything we needed. Would stay again.

Had a nice night at Richard’s. He wanted to know arrival time to show us in and around but was flexible. Flat was clean and nicely furnished with a plentiful supply of book and a couple of puzzles too. There’s no TV on the property but this wasn’t a problem for us. The only thing I would have changed was to have bigger towels- everything else was perfect for our stay.

We had a lovely weekend stay in November. Location is great right next to the river, some very steep hills to negotiate to get into town (we were expecting this). Clive was on holiday and the house sitters did a great job of welcoming us. Everything was sparkling clean and the apartment was fitted out really well. We would love to stay in the warmer weather to take advantage of the outside sitting area overlooking the river. There was some noise from the house above, it didn’t really bother us and wasn’t a problem. Looking forward to returning for another weekend break soon.

Great break, lovely apartment perfectly located in the heart of Harrogate.

Emily and Ryan were extremely polite, friendly and responsive. Their space was very clean, welcoming and the beds and pillows were a dream. We were traveling for a funeral so having somewhere for my mother and I to come back to and relax after a long day was exactly what we needed. Pots and pans were readily available, as well as clean cups, glasses, utensils etc. Nice mirror in the hallway entrance too to make sure you're put together before you leave for the day. Very spacious kitchen as well. They even had a small Christmas tree up which I thought was a nice personal touch. The only tricky thing was parking in the drive but there is street parking readily available. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you again, Emily and Ryan!
