Apartment vacation rentals in Rotherham District

We stayed for two nights at Nick & Rachel's property. We loved everything about our stay in Buxton in Flat 12. The flat is in a lovely old property. Full of character. The flat had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It's located just a few minutes walk from the middle of Buxton and all of it's amenities. If we stay in the area again we would definitely look to stay in flat 12 again if it is available. Thank you, Nick & Rachel.

James is helpful, responsive and understanding! I needed a lot of flexibility and quite a few extensions due to the nature of my stay and James made it so much easier. Whenever something was hard to operate or broke down James would help and fix it on the same day! The flat was exactly as shown and is very comfortable and easy to clean. The location is as central as it gets so the entire city centre is easily walkable and there’s always something to do at a few minutes’ distance. Would recommend to everyone and will definitely be my first choice whenever I’m back in Sheffield!

Abraham was a great host and was very friendly the entire time! He was very flexible with our large (and chaotic) group which was greatly appreciated. Also the flat has an incredible view of the cathedral and is in a great location in the city centre, near a ton of great restaurants. This airbnb was perfect for our stay and was an especially great deal!

From start to finish Richard was so helpful. Went out of his way to offer some travel advice and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. Warm and welcoming we will definitely book Richards plans again 😄

Great location as it was super centrally located and only a 10’ walk from the station, very clean apartment and the host was super responsive. The free Netflix access was definitely a plus after long days of hiking in the Peak District. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend!

Good facilities for staying several days. Gave us the option of cooking some days and eating out on others. Comfortable beds and well furnished. Only a short walk from the Botanical Gardens and has a frequent bus service into the centre of Sheffield. Shops, pubs and cafes all close by.

Jill was a very helpful host and we were extremely happy with our stay. She takes great care to make you feel at home and provided all the basics to start the holiday for us. Everything was just as we'd expect and was ones of the best status we've ever had. We would certainly visit again!

A well-located spacious apartment in a quiet area with all mod cons for a short or long term stay. Close to Scunthorpe centre and a 10 minute walk from a retail park with supermarkets and shops.

A fantastic little flat with a spacious living room, comfy bed and immaculate kitchen. 10/10 would recommend to a friend and we’ll definitely be back!

Everything was perfect!!! Very clean, nice host, very comfortabel bed, a bath… Perfect location for ous to stay one night for our roadtrip.

Spent 2 nights with kids at Margaret’s flat. We arrived late and found the entrance at the back of the building fairly easily, even in the dark. Parking close to flat is tricky as lots of cars and limited spots. Flat is over 2 floors, compact, very clean and has everything you need. We cooked and ate there with no problems. It has a steep set of steps up to top floor bedrooms which were fine for us but could be challenging for some. Area feels safe and is close to Sheffield centre, taking about 10 mins in the car, which is where we spent most of our time. Rivelin valley trail is near which we walked along before stopping in a nearby pub (Blind Monkey) which was welcoming and a great find. Margaret is really helpful and made our stay very straight forward.

Absolutely perfect location for access to Buxton and couldn't be much closer to Pavilion Gardens for a lovely morning walk. Lovely property with plenty of space and character, would definitely stop here again if I was visiting Buxton.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Location and building wasn’t what we expected but still felt nice and private once inside. Room looks exactly like the pics. The hosts were really attentive and got back to me very quickly with any questions I had. Definitely recommend here for someone to stay the night.

Was brilliant from start to finish. Hot tub was brilliant to say it was run from logs got really hot in a short space off time. Kane was fast at responding when asked a question. Would recommend. And we will be returing

Great stay at Simon’s penthouse for a long birthday weekend. A large space with everything you could need. The terrace and hot tub were incredible and a sun trap from morning to evening with great views. A stones throw from Southwell high street and the minster. Simon was very helpful moving the booking forward a week at the last minute and was quick to respond to any requests during the stay. There are a few things that need fixing or updating but all in all a top notch apartment in a great location, and nothing that detracted from the enjoyment of a great weekend with family.

We loved staying at Jane & Andrew’s “cottage” as I’m calling it. It’s so much more than an apartment, it’s so spacious, beautiful and welcoming with a lovely courtyard at the back along with the hot tub. We didn’t visit the farm since my hubby has had hip & knee surgery recently and the uphill climb would have been too much for him but for sure we’ll be back and hopefully he’ll be fit enough to do it then. The local Sainsbury’s is just a 10 minute walk away so I would walk there and then take a cheap 3.50 quid Uber back with heavy groceries…like Guinness, lol The West End pub is also a 10 minute walk away and a cheap 3.50 quid Uber back too. We flew from Toronto to visit family in Wyke and adored staying in this gem of a place for a week. So peaceful and a perfect size for two adults. The owners’ Grandkids were just next door, so if you have a couple of kids there’s plenty of room for them too and I’m sure they’d all get along, but as just us two adults we had loads of room.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The cottage is charming and cozy—perfect for a weekend escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The location is stunning, and we especially loved relaxing in the impressive hot tub while taking in the breathtaking views. It made for a truly special Mother’s Day weekend, and we can’t wait to return in the future. Thank you so much!
