Beautifully refurbished home with great kitchen, coffee maker/k cups, non dairy creamers, 3 beautiful full bathrooms, comfy beds, comfy living room furniture, TV w just about every pay service I can think of and it’s very clean.

Chad home feels like you’re at home. It’s always neat and clean and very responsible host. The house was exactly like the pictures and always there are always available for you anytime you have a question. I would always come back to any of his 🏠 houses they’re very comfortable and lots of room just like their pictures.

Gorgeous stay! Loved the private balcony. Very quiet- even though there were neighbors and homes all around, our stay felt very private. Conveniently located to so many local festivities. Easily walkable street/private drive for furry friends. Host was very accommodating, available, and kind- this stay met all our weekend getaway needs! Highly recommend.

The place was spacious, perfect for an intimate family reunion with kids. Plenty in the house to keep the kids occupied. The big screen was a plus. Tanya was extremely prompt in responding to anything that came up.

The house was in a great location with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable bedrooms! We loved the character of the house! We didn’t love the living room- not great seating and didn’t enjoy that. However, we’d recommend for a great stay in Pittsburgh.

Unbelievable home for the price. It was clean, towels were provided, coffee available, all around a really nice place. The location is awesome, not far from downtown and a lot of bars, restaurants and shopping in walking distance. The best part is the location at the end of the dead end street. There is no traffic, perfect for peace of mind for vehicle safety.

Lovely, warm and welcoming apartment. Everything you could possibly need! Didn't walk anywhere because of the bitter cold but never had a problem finding street parking. Excellent communication. Will definitely stay again since the apartment is blocks from my daughter's home.

This rental was perfect for our family ! The location was so close to home and allowed us to explore Butler street restaurants and shops! Loved the exposed brick, simple decor and the clean, cozy places to sleep! We will be back! The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed!

Don't let the walk up to the porch fool you. The interior is as described and photographed. Clean kitchen and bathrooms, hot shower, and comfortable beds. The heating/cooling system looks like it might be a challenge for some, but we had perfect weather and no need to touch it. Lisa left clear instructions on how to use it however. Staying in this same unit in December and looking forward to it. Pro tip: Best wings, bar, and bar staff in Pittsburgh is an 8 minute walk down Bigham. Don't miss Bigham Tavern when you're in town.

Great place for me and my family. The place was well stocked with all the things I’d hope for in an Airbnb, and was plenty spacious and comfortable, and seemed to have been updated recently. Location was great. Ian provided clear instructions for everything we needed to know. Smooth experience. Only complaint was that the beds in 2 of the 3 bedrooms were a kind of memory foam that was a bit more firm than I prefer, though I still slept well enough.

Peaceful modern carriage house in a quiet neighborhood. We could hear distant trains at night (I think across the river), but they were not disturbing. We could walk to Mechanic Coffee for coffee and great pastries in the morning. Could walk to the grocery store and the river. Near to restaurants and shops.
