Cottage vacation rentals in Rossendale

Me, my partner and kids had a lovely stay here. Place was spotless, nice and big, then with the added hot tub and sauna. All exactly what we all needed after a couple of days at Alton towers. Scott was very quick to respond with any questions we ask. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay.

What a great find this property was! From the initial booking until the time we left Scarlett was responsive to all queries. The property was exactly as described and a lovely place to relax. The hot tub was an added bonus which we enjoyed in the evening sun. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Just returned from a 2 night stay at this lovely cozy cottage in the beautiful village of Addingham. The cottage was nice and clean with welcoming goodies on arrival. Lorraine provided is us with useful information of places to visit around the location and how to access the parking space before we arrived. The hot tub is so relaxing after a nice walk. Lovely place to stay for a getaway weekend, lots of walking and things to do and see in the local area and within a short drive. Really clean and beautiful little place which we would definitely go back to :)

We loved our stay at Wendy's cottage. It was beautifully clean with a lovely comfortable bed and an amazing shower! Everything you could need for a few days away. The little extra touches were really lovely too. The hot tub was the icing on the cake!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kathryn's place. The place is exactly how you imagine it would be by looking at the description and the photos. We will definitely be going back again. Kathryn was very responsive and so helpful with whatever queries we had.

I booked on Friday afternoon and arrived on Saturday, so was all very last minute, Liz kept in touch and met us there to show us around. Place is very dog friendly. Liz also checked in with us during our stay to see if all was ok. We went for lovely walks and spent time in the spa to relax in the evening, just what we all needed, will be recommending to my friends and family 10/10 many thanks 😊

Beautiful little cottage - perfect place to stay for an adventure in the Peak District! Also great for dogs with baby gates installed to keep them downstairs, it’s lovely to have these things already in place!

we had a fantastic stay here. the cottage is beautiful, the garden with pod is perfect to enjoy the local scenery. it was the best sleep I've had in months, so quiet! John was always on hand if neded and very friendly & helpful. we felt very welcome. the cottage has everything you need and more!! I especially loved the history of the house and the way if was decorated/accessorised. my daughter absolutely loved it!! she is 10 and was very sad to leave. I'm certain we will return! the pub up the road was amazing...a lovely walk for tea! food was delicious and very good value. I would highly recommend this cottage and can't wait to come back. thank you John for being a wonderful host and letting us share in the history of this magnificent building.

A spotlessly clean cottage with a secure private garden and just around the corner from a couple of pubs and an Indian restaurant but still a very private location in this lovely village. Nothing to complain about and we felt very good value for money. We stayed for four nights and are very happy to recommend the cottage.

Chimney Cottage was everything we expected and more. A gorgeous cottage in a quiet village with fabulous walks and scenery. The cottage was clean, cosy and very homely. We loved the log fire in the evening and the shower was fantastic! Would definitely recommend.

Beautifully renovated with great detail to warmth and comfort. Fantastic location if you just want to plant yourself and not get in the car again. Endless walks out from the front door. Drop dead gorgeous location high on the hillside at the end of a track.

This cottage is adorable and the surrounding views were amazing. The cottage itself was spotless and the amenities were second to none. So many peaceful walks and walkable restaurants. I had an amazing time staying here! Susan was a fantastic host—so warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She gave us a lovely tour of the place and made everything so easy with her clear directions. It was super simple to get there. One of the highlights was how thoughtful she was—she even gave my son some books to read, which he absolutely loved. I mentioned we were planning a picnic with family, and she kindly provided a picnic blanket for us! The area itself is beautiful—private, quiet, and peaceful. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of London, and we were finally able to get some proper rest. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Thank you, Susan, for making our stay so special!

Had a lovey Easter weekend at The Cottage, exactly what we needed. The Cottage itself was very well equipped and clean. Everything you could need was thought of and provided. The pub is only a short walk away and as we were lucky with the weather spent time in the lovely beer garden after our walks exploring the area, which is beautiful. Kim was very prompt in responding to enquiries both prior to our arrival and after we left. Great host and one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in. We would definitely recommend.

Myself, wife and our little dog Jack had a great relaxing Easter weekend break. Andy was very accommodating, quick to respond and the Nest was just what we expected. I spent three nights at Katie's house which was very comfortable and ideally situated for me catching up with family nearby. The property was well equipped and nicely presented. Katie had provided one or two little extras like milk and cereals which was a welcome discovery after a long journey. I highly recommend Katie's property for a cosy short break.
