Vacation rentals with a patio in Rošini

At Mevlida's apartment, we felt like at home and enjoyed our stay very much. Check-in was easy. The apartment and the house in general were really clean and cosy arranged. Our highlights were pool and our huge private terrace. Mevlida is an easy-going, open, child-friendly and helpful host who welcomed us warmly, was very responsive and provided us with all information and hints to what we can do and where we can go (beach, restaurants etc). If we come to Istria again, we would love to stay at Mevlida's place again. Dear Mevlida, thank you for your plum cake and Croatian delicacies - everything was delicious!

Our stay at Nataša’s apartment was just amazing. The apartment is located in quiet neighborhood, not too far from the beach. Inside there is everything you need even for a longer stay like washing machine and dishwasher. Nataša was really friendly and helpful, she even recommended a place where to buy best seafood in the city. Thank you!

One of my best experience in my travels! The apartment was comfortable and clean. Flexible checkin, very comfortable beds and bedding, spotless clean apartment, friendly host! The apartment was near to everyting that we need: sporthall: 5 minute, supermarket half minute, sea and beaches 2-4 minutes, downtown on a beautiful walk on lungomare is 15 minutes. We stayed with 5 people, there is nothing to complain about very nice apartment, nice and clean and enough space. Also in front of the door you could make nice with a cup of coffee or tea. It was a very nice experience and definitely recommend it! Thank you Veronika also for hospitality!!! :)

Katja is a great host and welcomed us with a shot of a local drink, nice location and everything was clean.

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

We stayed in this beautiful house for 1 week and had a great time with our 2 children and dogs. Ivan gave us helpful tips for shopping and activities. The sea is within walking distance, and very private, away from crowded tourist beaches. A small supermarket is also just behind the corner. All in all, we will definitely come back 👍👍👍👍

Excellent location within walking distance of beaches, old town, and restaurants. We loved the beautiful garden space and the beds were very comfortable. Our hostess was gracious and kind. She went above and beyond in terms of hospitality and human kindness. She even had special toys for our toddler, a fruit bowl, and a welcome aperitif. She reunited my daughter with an item she left behind. Highly recommend this lodging.

It was an unforgettable holiday. The view from the apartment directly to the sea, this mild climate still in October, all very special. We enjoyed being in this small but nice apartment very much. The location is perfect and fantastically beautiful. there is a private parking right in front of the house and has its own access to the sea by stairs, incomparable. The journey directly to the house is daring but doable. Mosquitoes are still very annoying in October. It was not an open supermarket at our time,shopping better in Labin. Gaststätte was an open and a pizzeria in the nearby campsite. Renata was very straightforward to reach and very helpful. The only negative thing to mention is that the description mentions a washing machine. At least this didn't exist for us. Otherwise everything was great and absolutely recommended. Would have liked to stay longer.

We liked this beautiful place from Marina very much. Such a tasteful interior design has made our heart rise. Those who like quiet and like us have a penchant for old houses will get their money's worth in Marina's house. Absolutely recommended... just like Marina herself, a great host 👍🏻

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Apartment complete with everything , located in a strategic position near one of the most beautiful beaches in Pula , the city center 20 min walk , and close to a supermarket and a shopping center. I hope to be back soon.

Lovely little apartment with a beautiful garden and pool area. We were greeted by Alba who was the most welcoming host with the best hugs! She made us feel right at home and went above and beyond bringing extra blankets when the weather turned a bit chilly. Highly recommend a stay here.

Our stay at Zdenko's place in Opatija was absolutely exceptional! The house is modern, spacious, and very practically furnished. We found everything we could possibly need – from a hairdryer, iron, microwave, oven, to even a crib and toys for our one-year-old daughter. The on-site pool was an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our small dog was also warmly welcomed by the hosts and had no trouble joining us on our vacation. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and always ready to help in any situation. They even surprised my wife with a small gift for her birthday, which made our stay even more special. We felt right at home. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

Nice apartement in the outskirts of Porec, at walking distance to the beaches. There is a living room with kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a modern bathroom with shower. There is also a terrace for private use, with a table, facing the direction of the sea. Renata was very helpful, and I spent a great week-end here.

Excellent apartment and very nice host. Mario was always responsive and very quick. He gave us local recommendations as well which were very nice. The apartment has everything what one would need and exactly as in description. We loved the place and all the surrounding beach walk areas pretty close by. Would visit again if needed.
