This was a very clean and safe Airbmb. Kate was very responsive and allowed us to check in early which was great. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful home, close to town but still private. The yard was so appreciated by my two young kids! Constantly traveling with our whole family we love to find a place that feels like home, and this was a perfect home for the week!

A great family and friendly Airbnb this property looked and felt brand new. Also could tell no one was living there. It was strictly used for Airbnb purposes,, which is amazing. Everything was smooth

Very cute small house, we were there for a soccer tournament so this was perfectly located for Folsom. Clean, lots of lovely extra touches.

Was in town for CIM weekend and David’s home was the perfect spot - great location, very walkable, and in a nice neighborhood. David was extremely responsive, helpful, and went above & beyond to make us feel welcome. Would definitely stay here again the next time we’re visiting!

Joy is a wonderful host, easy to communicate. The place is so clean and exactly looks like how it is in the pictures, the neighborhood is so pleasant, and you will be amazed to see palm trees all around the community. The place is so close to most of the Mexican restaurants and 10 mins away from Walmart. I would definitely suggest anyone to go for it. The people around other units are also friendly. If you visit this place, Say Hi to the pet friends around the unit.

This house is gorgeous. Old but updated. The neighborhood is like something out of a movie, beautiful historic homes and giant old trees everywhere you look. The space is also beautiful with all kinds of old touches preserved but there is enough updates especially in the kitchen that make it feel modern as well. The backyard is beautiful. Robert and Luis are very clear with the info on how to efficiently go in and out as it is a big old house and there is a gate to the parking lot that you access through the backyard. I found this very convenient and loved seeing their friendly, quirky car RubyAnne occasionally as I would come and go. Overall it is super comfortable in this home, quiet and peaceful, and Robert and Luis are very friendly and accommodating. The bed is super comfortable and I slept very well every night. I would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend anyone to stay here if you are coming to the Sacramento area. Thanks Robert and Luis!

Glendora's place was everything we hoped for our first time visiting Sacramento. The apartment was exactly as she described with some nice extra touches and mid-mod vibes. Midtown is extremely walkable with lots to do just within a mile or so radius. We recommend this place to others and would stay here again ourselves.

I had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly flexible, responsive, and helpful, providing local recommendations that came in handy. The location is perfect—just a short walk to downtown Sacramento, close to the CIM expo and a bus pick-up spot, which was super convenient. The apartment exceeded expectations—it was even better than the photos. I highly recommend it!

Clear & easy instructions prior to arrival on how to locate the property & retrieve the key. As we arrived, we were welcomed with a goodie basket personalized to our family. There was something for everyone & my children loved it! Dee was super sweet and responsive my entire stay! Listing was accurate & to my standards. Very homey & smelled so good inside. Neighborhood was super quiet and private and it’s pretty cool that there’s a park right behind the property. I felt completely safe being there with small babies. I would definitely stay again, thanks for being a great host for the week Dee! 😊

This was a beautiful penthouse located in a great area with lots of restaurants, bars and stores that are easy to walk to. Great host that responded quickly when needed.

Matt's airbnb is a clean and cozy place. He provided lots of snacks and essentials! On the day of my check-in, he called me to make sure everything was okay. I would recommend staying here.

Simply astonished by the quality and beauty of this property! Mike & Beth were very accommodating, allowed us to book in advance so that we could establish our travel plans without worry. The apartment was phenomenal, brand new appliances and furnishings, comfortable beds, immaculate restroom and kitchen. Plenty of storage space and linens, the location was perfect for DOCO/Golden 1 access, and we felt incredibly safe accessing the property and walking around late into the evening! The balcony is gorgeous, perfect view of the city and the Capitol building. Thank you so much for a reliable, comfortable travel experience. 10/10!!!

Apartment was as described in the listing. Very functional and comfortable stay. Easy to communicate with Susan and the place feels very safe given the location. We were in the area visiting someone at Sutter hospital so the location was ideal, right around the corner. The bed was a bit soft for our tastes, but in reading reviews there's as many folks commenting it was perfect as there were commenting that it was soft so this obviously is a personal preference.
