This was my second stay and it was great! Beautiful area and property and very comfortable accommodation. I will definitely stay again if my travel plans bring me back to Auburn!

I am from the area, but had to leave my home on short notice due to an emergency. I booked my stay within a day of my arrival and Andrea was responsive and understanding. Additionally, I have physical disabilities and Andrea and Todd both made sure the location was as accessible as they could make it even on such short notice (e.g., moved some tables and chairs out of the path ahead of time so I'd be able to get to the entrance with my walker more easily). Throughout my stay, Andrea and Todd were both very accommodating and more than willing to offer help with anything I needed. Additionally, communication is prompt and concise, and they are readily available when needed. Also, they have a tangerine tree, so if you are here in tangerine season, you may find yourself receiving many tangerines! They truly go above and beyond for their guests and I highly recommend their home to anyone looking to visit the Sacramento area.

If you're looking for a nice, clean, and comfortable apartment in an old building, this is the place. The apartment is bright with lots of natural light and has some nice modern features (a full, new kitchen, renovated bathroom) and also has some things that you will typically find in an older building (single pane windows, nice built-in cabinetry, etc.). Midtown is a lively area with plenty to do and is great for walking.

The spot is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. Do bring so close to the heart of town, it is also peaceful and fairly quiet. A great location. Bonnie was friendly and helpful and we loved our stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was so peaceful and relaxing, they were so nice and any problems we had were fixed immediately. Would definitely come back!

This was the perfect crash pad while our family of four was in town visiting family. Though the unit is older, it was very clean, kept up, and had everything we needed. The quiet neighborhood would be great for walking had it not been rainy. And it was easy to get wherever we needed to go in Roseville.

CC's place was perfect for my stay in April. It had everything I needed, super clean, small, cosy and convenient. I enjoyed listening to the birds through the screen door. It is walkable to a lovely riverside trail that was glorious for unwinding after travel or for some fresh air. Johnson Ranch sports complex is only an 8 min drive in you have time for a workout or a swim - or better yet a hot tub soak. CC was a super host - responsive and there if needed. Highly recommended!

Eligio was quick to respond to all requests/needs. Place was as stated. Only con was a little noise as unit is attached to house where owner lives and some smell from kitchen foods. Overall, great place to stay. Nice neighborhood, close to coffee and stores, quiet street and parking in front. Would stay there again. Thanks Eligio...

I had such a nice trip visiting friends and family and the Airbnb was the perfect place for me to unwind and relax. The host was very helpful if I had any extra questions and overall this was a great experience.

This has become my go-to Airbnb when I come to Sacramento — I’ve stayed here multiple times, and every visit has been just as great as the last. The space is always spotless, well-stocked, and super comfortable. Christian is consistently kind, responsive, and thoughtful, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciate the little touches, like the coffee machine and laundry setup—it’s clear a lot of care goes into making guests feel welcome. It’s rare to find a place that’s this reliable and enjoyable, so I’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!

First time staying in a Airbnb. Cosy place in midtown Sacramento. Kitchen and bathroom very clean and tvs in all rooms. Heated pool in backyard. Steve was amazing. Stayed a week. Will definitely be coming back.

"The Apartment" was fantastic for our month stay while our house was having work done. We loved that we could walk to many restaurants and had easy access to highway 80. The place felt much larger in person than it looked from the photos. Heating worked very well and the entire place was very cozy, and stocked well with things like tea and coffee, toilet paper, etc. Negatives as has been stated in other reviews, is that it upstairs on a busy road and can be quite loud at times, especially on the weekends and during trash pick-up and food deliveries for the restaurants across the street. This was not too big a deal for us and the location made those offsets not worth quibbling over. Only other small issue is the parking as there is no designated spot, but for most with stays of just a few nights, this wouldn't be an issue. I would not hesitate to recommending booking this place for your next stay in Auburn. Fantastic location, with a lot of space, and nice amenities.

Charming stay, with all the ameneties I needed for a week stay. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen was stocked with the essentials, and the private single car parking garage attached to the unit was very convenient! The Airbnb is a nice private stay in a beautifu,l quiet neighborhood and very walkable to parks, restaurants and cute coffee shops. Tiffany was very responsive to all my questions and needs, and check-in was self serve and easy to find.

Modern, comfortable space that was well-appointed and clean. Great location and neighborhood. Erica was a good communicator and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Sacramento.

Mike is really what makes this place so special. He is the most accommodating host I have ever worked with and I have been using AirBnB for almost 10 years now. If you need anything, he really wants to make sure you have your needs met. The carpet is really soft. The patio area with fake grass is great for the dogs to run around in while still being able to keep an eye on them. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans. There was only 1 knife and no cutting board, but I'm sure had I asked for more he would have grabbed me some from the main house or went and bought some. The washer and dryer he has are AMAZING! I have never used such an efficient and good-sized w/d. His place really has everything you'd need for an extended stay. I will say, it's maybe not the best decorated or super spotlessly, sparkly clean and updated. However, everything worked out for us during our stay and I would absolutely stay here again. Mike is such a great host!

Everything was great. On extended work trip. Close to everything. I would recommend to stay here. Hosts were responsive.

lovely apartment with a really short drive to downtown Sacramento

We stayed here for almost a month while we did a trial in downtown Sacramento. The location is great: quick, easy route to downtown and just a block away from the shipping mall and several good restaurants. The apartment is comfortable with all amenities. Traci was very easy to work with and was responsive to my emails. There is also a designated covered parking place for the unit.
