I couldn't have asked for a better stay. The room was spacious, private, cozy and very peaceful. Yasmeen was a joy to communicate with and went above to make it a great stay for me. She was also very accommodating and allowed me flexibility that I needed and truly appreciated. I woke up wishing I could stay another day, will be back for sure. 5 stars!

The location was amazing! 3 blocks to Michigan Ave, around the corner from the Red Line, 2 doors from a CVS and a grocery store. So many restaurants! No need for a car. Location is walkable to many of Chicago’s attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is hip! The room is small but perfect for 2 people.

Great service! Staff were attentive and proactive. Checking-in and out was a breeze. They even offered to safekeep our luggages without hesitation when we checked out- a refined touch in service! Rooms were well kept and clean. Very pleased to come back after a long day to a clean and neat room. Hotel staff were swift in their response as well. Called the reception about rowdy neighbours next door and they took care of business within minutes! Definitely recommend staying here. Walking distance to most of the attractions in Chicago, friendly staff, top notched services and reasonably priced!
