House vacation rentals in Rosemont

This house is tucked away and looks much smaller initially! Once you enter and explore it really opens up. The open concept is great for families or larger groups trips. Also the acoustics are pretty great!

We spent 5 days during Christmas with family, so we didn't spend a lot of time at the casita itself. We were very pleased with the property, as it felt like coming home when we needed a retreat from the hustle and bustle of visiting with family each day. The home was spacious, clean and comfortable. Ash was friendly and greeted us when we arrived. The grounds are impeccable and did give the feel of a private retreat. The weather prohibited us from enjoying the outside, but we plan on returning if Fawzia and Ash will have us. And I can't wait to interact with their dog Max! Should you decide to stay here, you won't be disappointed! Thank you Fawzia and Ash for sharing your home with us.

Great location to restaurants, shops etc. Stayed at Ashley’s location for my daughter’s tournament at the Grounds. It was super convenient to drop off and pick up.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cynthia’s house. The house was clean and looked just like the photos and description of the place. It was in a quiet, safe neighborhood and was close to many restaurants. We enjoyed being able to play pool and ping pong. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to visit family!

Everything was perfect for our needs. My husband is in a wheelchair the floors were perfect to navigate. Our large family from the area was able to come and go with plenty of room for socializing. Can’t thank you enough for your home it was perfect for the 90 th birthday celebration!

My family stayed for the weekend and we had a wonderful time! The layout of the house was perfect for our kids, the house had immediate access to nice trails, and there were plenty of grocery stores and restaurants really close by. The nice backyard and the hot tub were the cherry on top. We definitely plan to stay here again the next time we are passing through!

We had a fantastic stay! Our hosts were incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The house was beautiful and felt like it had been recently remodeled—it looked amazing! The kitchen was awesome, perfect for cooking and gathering. My kids especially loved the pool for cold plunges (even in the winter!), and the hot tub was an absolute hit. We’d definitely stay here again.

It was great staying here for New Years! The inside looks exactly like the photos if not better and extremely clean. Nice amenities with plenty of coffee/tea and some snacks too. Walkable distance to nearby bar street and in a fairly clean/safe neighbourhood. Would definitely stay here again, and for a longer time, if I plan to visit Sacramento with friends.

I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The home was super clean and Svetlana pays close attention to detail, providing all the amenities you need plus more. Convenient on-site parking and easy to find. Very safe neighborhood, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. I will stay here again the next time I stay in Sacramento.

Really nice home, everything was what we were expecting and more. Definitely will try to book with them next time we are in town. Always responsive, plenty of space to accommodate, not a single bad thing I can say.

Location makes it easy to get to other places in Davis. It’s not a big place but nicely arranged. Beds are very comfortable. Sun comes in the kitchen window in the morning and is very nice. Our host was really great and responsive to our needs.

I absolutely loved my stay at Kelly’s place. It’s comfortable, beautiful, and peaceful. I especially appreciated the well appointed kitchen, as I like to cook. Kelly was a friendly, respectful, and responsive host. Recommended.

Wonderful house in the heart of Sacramento! Close to downtown (about a 5 minute drive) in a nice neighborhood. Check-in was easy as the host’s instructions were very clear. The house was very clean upon arrival and it made for a comfortable experience. Would highly recommend this house for anyone traveling to Sacramento.

Eli's house was a lifesaver when I had family coming into town and everyone in my house was sick. Eli worked with us to quickly find this clean, comfortable, and conveniently located space so my family could enjoy Davis and not get sick! We are so grateful. Thank you!

It's a wonderful place to stay, nice neighborhood, lots of room inside, everything I needed. Fenced in back yard was the best, especially if you traveling w/pets and loved the fruit trees!! Sarah is fast to respond and proactive in her approach. 2nd time I've stayed here and look for to many more. Oh, garage makes it even better!😁

Looks better than photos, lovely backyard and they left us coffee and treats. We were all very comfortable and felt at home. The master bedroom has a narrow window with no curtain so bring a sleep eye mask if you want to sleep in.

This place is so dialed in!! Decor, colors, lighting, comfortable furniture, good smells, location, curb appeal. Hot tub wasabi that hot, but fine, scything else was perfect. I will 100% want to stay here next time I am in town. Great value for the money. Thank you Jennifer!

We enjoyed our stay at Mike’s Place. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed to prepare meals. The location was beautiful but was close to dining and shopping.
