We had an unbelievable stay at Rose Cottage. Beautiful surroundings, fitting for the exquisitely presented cottage which was both spacious and cozy at the same time. The walks on the doorstep were just what we were after, with the creek for the kids to paddle topped it all off. Great as a springboard for exploring the local breweries and countryside and easily connected to major landmarks and travel requirements too.

My family enjoyed staying here for a fun weekend in Charlottesville. It was a quick, easy drive to Charlottesville and other local attractions. We traveled with our 8 month old baby and our in-laws and everyone felt right at home! The sun room was a perfect spot for family time. The hosts were mindful about having plenty of toiletries and snacks for guests. We definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing place to stay all the way around especially for skiing! Walk right to the slopes and restaurants! The condo was super clean and cozy and great if you want to cook your own meals as it’s fully stocked with everything you need. The host was very kind and quick to respond to any questions we had. My boyfriend and I loved staying here and would definitely book again!

This spot was very convenient for our weekend plans: contra dance in Greenwood, hiking the Afton tunnel, and visiting the Tom-Tom festival in Charlottesville. The Nook was a great space for our weekend. We enjoyed watching hawks hovering and diving close by from the grass behind The Nook. The Blue Mountain Brewery is right nearby and had great food, music, and a lot of people! The driveway into the place is a private right-of-way and you are not allowed to walk it--just drive on it. It's also narrow and hard to turn into at night, but we had no problems. I think there were other guests in the other properties--we occasionally saw cars but didn't see other people really. It was nice and private.

There's so much to say about our stay at HeartRock! You instantly feel at peace when you arrive, and can feel how much love has been poured into this space. Everything about HearRock makes you feel relaxed and ready to connect with your loved ones. We stayed here for a friend's weekend and immediately felt at home. The kitchen is perfect for sharing meaningful meals, the porch is cozy for hanging out, and the grounds are beautiful to explore. We cannot say enough positive things about HeartRock - it is truly a gem and we cannot wait to return.

We really enjoyed our stay! Check in was super easy, Aly gave great instructions. The house was very very clean. Furniture was very nice and house was beautifully decorated. We will definitely stay here when we’re back in Charlottesville.

Our stay was outstanding. There were 6 adults, 3 grandchildren and 3 dogs and we all had plenty of room. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit and the grandchildren loved the jacuzzi.

Perfect location just steps from magical downtown Staunton and the Blackfriars Thester in a very livable, restored and private historic home with a private rooftop deck, full kitchen, lovely views, private entrance, easy parking, charming ambience, and every convenience! One of the favorite Airbnbs we’ve stayed at, with a fabulous hostess who had helpful recs to meet every need. We will be back!

Beverly is a fantastic hostess. Not only is the cabin immaculately clean and cozy, it truly feels like it’s your own space. Plenty of fun toys, games, and books to keep kids and adults entertained when spending time in the cabin, though you likely won’t! Her property offers so much outdoor activity. Walks around the property, time spent next to the river and pond, plenty of flowers to admire, and friendly dogs that come and say “hello.” We were lucky and her goats just had kids! Beverly willingly took our child to pet and hold the babies. We loved our stay. Thank you, Beverly!

Charlottesville is not a big place, so—unless you’re going up Route 29 and dealing with that traffic—the house is no more than 10-15 minutes from Monticello, UVA and / or the Downtown Mall. It’s right off the interstate, so very easy to get going out to the wineries west of town or the Blue Ridge Parkway. It was clean and quiet. I would absolutely use it again.

Monica was a fabulous host and made sure we had everything we needed well before we arrived. The house was everything we had hoped for with a beautiful view and comfortable living room from which to enjoy it. Monica has put so much effort into making the home very inviting and it shows in all of the small details. Hands down we would stay here again.

This was an excellent choice for our stay in Charlottesville! I appreciated that every detail about the cottage was thoughtful and accentuated the stay. The house was nothing short of amazing, it truly surpassed our expectations! The view was absolutely breathtaking. The house itself was impeccably clean and stocked with all the utensils we could possibly need, making it feel like a home away from home. We loved staying at Sweet Darling! It’s a charming little house - great kitchen with everything you need, quiet neighborhood, very comfortable beds, many thoughtful touches throughout including coffee and bottled water, nice location not far from downtown. Annie’s a terrific host - quick to respond and offer any help needed. Staunton’s a fun place to explore, and the countryside around is beautiful. Perfect Airbnb vacation!

We had a wonderful family stay at Glass & Pine! The location is so quiet and peaceful. Every room was neat and clean and the view of the mountains was beautiful. Our sons loved the bunk beds and the loft. One even made the loft his bedroom! Another big hit were the mints. I’m pretty sure my kids would have finished them off if we’d let them. There is also a nice outdoor space with a Solo Stove, chairs and picnic table. The host provides firewood, which is a bonus as most of the Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in do not. They really thought of everything to make our stay stress free and comfortable! We will definitely be back!

I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs and this one is by far one of the nicest with one of the most respectful and responsive hosts. The pictures are great, but don’t do it justice. The property is incredibly peaceful, and well-maintained. You wouldn’t even know that it is pet-friendly!

Spent New Year's with my husband and two Yorkies nestled deep in the woods, and it was everything I hoped for—and more! The property is surrounded by towering trees, offering a sense of tranquility and seclusion that's hard to come by. The bed deserves a special mention— it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! We spent all three days hiking some of the best trails and relaxed comfortably watching TV in the evenings with a nice glass of Malbec. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat where you can reconnect with nature without sacrificing comfort, this Airbnb is the perfect choice. I’ll definitely be returning! Thank you Jerry and Chris.

This was a beautiful home for our peaceful getaway. Check in was easy, we found plenty to do, and the views from the deck were amazing especially from the hot tub. Would definitely recommend.

This was the perfect spot for our trip. A friend of mine and I brought our teenage sons for a quick weekend snowboarding trip, and needed somewhere with three sleeping areas. The loft had 2 beds and a fully bath which was exactly what we needed for the boys. It was super convenient to everything with a shuttle stop right out front. Plenty of parking, great amenities, clean, and easy to find! Also very cozy! We’ll definitely return!
