It is a great apartment and host! I have stayed in the apartment few times and each time I feel like home. It is very cozy and comfortable and June is always there to welcome me and help with questions or recommendations! Thank you again for hosting me June!

Marivic and Makoto welcomed us and made us feel right at home! It was the perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Tokyo and want to be away from the crowds. Overall, we had an amazing stay and I would definitely be back again!

Ko-san was friendly and accommodating, offering flexibility with the check-in time. The apartment is located on the 4th floor, which can be challenging with luggage, but Ko-san kindly carried my bags up during check-in. He provided clear instructions and shared plenty of local recommendations, which added to the experience. The location is highly convenient, being close to Nishi-Ogikubo Station, making it easy to get around. While the proximity to the station means you can hear the trains, the noise stops after the last train of the night, and as a heavy sleeper, it didn’t bother me. The apartment itself is fascinating, with unique architecture and design, making it a memorable stay.

The place is very accessible and there is lift access to the place too from the train station . It is well furnished and the place is very clean.

Perfect place quiet and close to trains to get to activities. Bakery next door is a must visit any time of day. Enjoy

The front desk staff was very kind and had patient instructions, no matter how many times they met, were greeted by a smiley face. The mattresses and pillows were very nice to sleep on, the two days we stayed were very cold and the bath tub water was not hot enough by default (but it was nice to have the machine set on the wall). The sound of the indoor heater was quite loud (but didn't affect my sleeping quality😊) even when it was the weakest. There is a washing and drying machine in the room for your convenience👍 On the day of check out, let's drop off our luggage and come back later to get it ~ really great service👍 Next time I go to Asakusa, or will I book this one

Fantastic location and exceptionally clean environment. The washer was a very helpful commodity and the general room size was quite generous. It was also easy to get a good night’s rest thanks to its private surroundings.

Amazing place for two!!

Everything is great. The host is very responsive and helpful. They tried to help us keep all luggage before checking in for our convenience. The house is not far from Shin-okubo station like 5 minutes by walking. It’s also good and clean.

Loved the house and location! We are a family of 5 with 3 college age kids- everyone had a very comfortable bed! It was like staying in a friend’s house. Very very clean and the massage chair lived up to the hype in other reviews. So close to train stations, markets, grocery stores , coffee shops and good restaurants -we ate within a 20min walk every night. I would highly recommend this house!

We had a fantastic stay! The property was spotless, very comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. Kevin-san was extremely friendly and always quick to respond to any questions, making us feel well taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay.

It was such a great experience and nice place to stay. Keiko helped us a lot and very helpful and attentive. We asked to help lit the candle, air con trouble, and she’s around to help us. It was very cold days and having kotatsu was life saver and thick futon and duvets kept us warm too. She had all small things like tooth paste, tape, seasonings…etc you sometimes need it but you would avoid buying it during the trip. We definitely recommend this place and thank you for all of your help Keiko san!!

Was a good stay with ample space for our group of 6 pax. Living room/kitchen was a nice place to hang out. Rooms were comfortable. The place as a whole was very clean. Host was also friendly and quick to respond to any of our queries.

We stayed five nights here and enjoyed the space, convenience and the very comfortable beds. Recommended.

Yume and Jeni were wonderful hosts, and we greatly enjoyed our stay in their home. The home was very cozy, and easily accessible by two subway stops - it was a breeze getting around Tokyo, being a short subway ride from major tourist attractions, while being able to recover every evening in a quiet, comfortable neighbourhood. Many of the restaurants and izakaya in the neighbourhood were super friendly, and familiar with tourists. The early morning walks along the nearby river is a wonderful highlight, and was so rejuvenating. Yume and Jeni gave very clear instructions and helpful guidance leading up to our check in, and were also super supportive throughout our stay. Their place is a fantastic choice for any traveller who is looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in Tokyo, with lovely hosts. We look forward to staying with Jeni and Yume again the next time we are back in Tokyo!

Excellent location! 1 minute walk from Meguro Station. Great communication, very friendly and welcoming. 11am check out is great too!

My stay at Jun’s Shinjuku apartment was fantastic! The condo was comfortable, impeccably clean, and conveniently close to the station, making it the perfect base for exploring Tokyo. Jun is an exceptional host—proactive, attentive, and great at communicating. I truly appreciated his hospitality and can’t wait to stay here again on my next visit!

Amazing host. Clear instructions on checking in. The place was spotless when we checked in. Very big for Tokyo standards.

The placed was exactly how it was advertised. It’s near ministop so it’s easy to buy water and other snacks. Area is also peaceful and walkable. Walking to the station was easy and there were lots of restaurants and shops near the station (also near Donki!!) you can’t really hear the train when you’re inside the room but the host left some earplugs incase you need it. The stairs was kind of hard to go up in Id you have a big luggage though but that’s expected already. Overall for the price this was definitely worth the penny:)

The host was very friendly and responsive. The location was also good because it was close to the station. The overall condition of the room was consistent with the description and the bedding was clean. I liked the LIFE nearby.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is walkable and located near Ikebukuro, a bustling area with a lot of good food joints.

We stayed at the beautiful apartment with our four year old daughter. She had her own little playroom, which was awesome. We really enjoyed the place that felt like a home. The area is supercool with a bunch of vintage shops and great restaurants. Would come back anytime!

Apartment was spotless and spacious, it is exactly the same as the photos. Mathew was very professional and friendly, his responses were quick and he answered all my questions quickly and honestly. The location was great, walking distance from good restaurants, tourists attractions and the hospital and train stations. If I come back to Tokyo, I will definitely be staying at this apartment again! Side note: Definitely worth the money spent :)
