Vacation rentals with a patio in Roppongi

Numa’s place is a gem. It was very clean and included many thoughtful things for your stay. While compact, it still felt on the more spacious side for a Japanese apartment. It’s conveniently located about a 10 minute walk from Ebisu station making it very easy to access. It’s on a peaceful street, yet with restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores in close proximity. Numa was very responsive and helpful for any needs. Be sure to check out his host book guide for recommendations in the neighborhood. I’d happily stay here again!

This was a gem of a place in the heart of Tokyo . Easy connection to local transport and a really nice quite place for a extended stay We will be looking this up on our next trip to Tokyo as well

Good location. It’s near the train station and very close to GU, Uniqlo, and Don Quijote (open 24 hours). The room is spacious. I think it’s comfortable enough for two people instead of three. A good thing is that they have a washing machine, so don’t bring too many clothes as you can wash them daily. However, the stairs are very narrow, making it difficult to carry heavy luggage upstairs.

Sophie's apartment is located close to Ōtsuka station on the Yamanote line, making it easy to get around to the rest of the city. The neighborhood is fantastic, with many delicious restaurants nearby, and only a 20 minute walk to Ikebukuro. The flat was cosy and furnished very nicely, and I appreciated the amenities available like the washing machine and hair dryer. I didn't find it too noisy at all, as the train stopped running before I fell asleep. Sophie was so friendly and helped us out a lot, and even had someone check if we shut the door when we had forgotten if we did. I would recommend her flat to anyone staying in Tokyo!

Yuki is a great host, always responsive, and easy to communicate with. The place is nice, just like the photo. And the free storage service is pretty helpful. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay for a short term at Shinjuku.

This is a great location, a little off the beaten path but close to a convenient train station. The area was quiet and peaceful. We had a few minor issues during our stay but Katsuo was super responsive and addressed the issues quickly. He was super responsive and very polite and pleasant to interact with. The apartment is cozy yet spacious (by Tokyo standards)

We really enjoyed our stay in Tokyo! The apartment is in Nishi-Shinjuku, which was about a 20 minute walk to the main Shinjuku station. We travelled often to Shibuya and took the 51 bus which was very regular and close by. The apartment itself was very clean, it's not huge but this is Tokyo! We stayed for around 9 nights and found it comfortable and all quite new. The only downside was the WIFI which wasn't great as we wanted to work from the apartment and couldn't, it uses mobile WIFI so we couldn't connect to our work networks - this was a shame as the flat had a nice separate study for working. The host was super responsive and quick to answer and help us will anything. Thanks again!

Super love this homestay, very clean, convenient transportation, the environment is super cozy and comfortable, the host is very considerate, prepared small snacks and small gifts for the kids for us, will also help us to make restaurant recommendations for good restaurants, I don't get tired of answering questions for me, my family is also very happy to stay here, my family is also happy to stay as comfortable and warm as my own home, my daughter said it is our home, she is very happy to stay here,🤣 we must be five stars.

Kiki was an amazing host! Every time my group had a question, it was always answered quickly. The house is amazing and cozy! The house is located near great grocery stores and local restaurants and bakeries. We loved our stay!!!!

We stayed here with three kids. Everyone had their space. Area is nice and quiet and 10min walk to two different railway stations: different lines so more options to go places. The Old Ginza plaza 2min from the house was amazing, so many places to eat. Nice walking routes all around this area, we felt we didn’t need to train anywhere some days.

Lina is an awesome host. She is friendly, extremely helpful, flexible and easy to deal with. Her place is beautiful and very spacious for 8 person. There is 3 room on the 2nd floor and one of it is very large and can act as another living room for the family to spent bonding time together whilst there. The room on the first floor is also very spacious and is very suitable for older people if you have elderly in your group. The place is just walking distance from Koiwa station and the are a lots of shopping places nearby. The host and place is splendid! I will definitely stay here again if i ever come again to Tokyo.

I stayed at Dan’s place for two months, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The apartment itself is fantastic. It’s modern, tastefully decorated, and extremely well-equipped. The location is ideal. I loved the area because it offered an authentic glimpse into daily Tokyo life, giving me the immersive, off-the-beaten-path experience I was looking for. Unlike crowded tourist spots, this neighborhood felt truly local, allowing me to soak up the real atmosphere of Tokyo. It's easy to access all parts of Tokyo, and there were plenty of supermarkets, shops, and restaurants around. Lastly, Dan is an exceptional host. He’s warm, friendly, and made me feel like I was staying with a friend. He was always quick to respond and gave helpful advice whenever I needed it. It was a genuine pleasure getting to know him. Overall, my stay in Tokyo will be unforgettable, and staying at Dan’s place played a big part in that. I highly recommend this accommodation.

We had an awesome 3 day stay. The rooms were just what we needed for a family of 3 couples. Good size shower rooms. Great spacious chill area. Beds were really comfy and everything was spotless clean. Great coffee machine with good supplies which was an added bonus. Location was very good to access everything you need within walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Tokyo.

Loved staying at Eleven’s place! Host was extremely responsive and helpful. The location is very close to the train station and easy to get to. Can also walk directly from shinjuku about 20 mins if you want to skip the hub bub. Elevators in shin okubu station are right at the entrance and easy to find to transport our giant luggage’s. House is spacious and clean. Tatami mats and blankets were super nice to sleep on and the heater worked like a dream.

Very nice place to stay, Maple was very enthusiastic to answer all the questions, the location was good and had some small issues that were taken care of in a timely manner after communicating.The response information is also very quick, and it is also suitable for bringing children together.

I loved Alice’s place, plenty of space for my entire family and the vibe was very cozy. We felt right at home 💕 There were multiple rooms including one tatami-style, and work space. There were multiple toilets, I love that the bathroom, the toilet and the sinks are separate- it made it easy for all of us to get ready in the morning not having to wait for each other. It is also within walking distance to the train and bus station- overall 10/10 HIGHLY recommend ✨

The room was very cosy and clean. Provided all the amenities that I required to feel at ease. The location is nice and away from the busy night life but may get a little noisy during the day, as it’s next to a fuel station. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would consider coming back in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay in Shinjuku. We got a bit worried when we found out the apartmt was near Kabukicho but it was absolutely fine. Kabukicho is actually a busy and fun area. Just dont respond to anyone approaching you. We are a family of 5 with children and felt very safe everywhere. The apartmt is Close to train stations and quick walk to busy Shinjuku. We even walked all the way to Shibuy. Perfect place to stay in busy Shinjuku. Just need to know that it is quite cozy especially when you come from Australia and have a lot of space :)
