Amazing little gem of an apartment, perfect to experience minimalist living in the heart of Tokyo! Very clean space, great attention to details, equipped for longer stays (I lived here comfortably for a month) with access to a shared outdoor space.The building is well secured and peaceful, felt very safe as a solo female traveller. Ebisu is a great neighbourhood, apartment is close to metro, bars & restaurants and convenience stores. Numa was a very responsive and attentive host. Highly recommend!

I was traveling alone and thought Sophie's space was the perfect size! Sophie was a great host and very responsive to any questions I had. I would definitely consider staying here in the future.

This place truly felt like a hidden gem. It’s a beautiful, modern two story apartment in a cool area of Shinjuku. You are also on the top floor of the building so you have nice privacy. The place matched the description exactly and honestly exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend to anyone and if I come back to Tokyo with friends, I would definitely stay here again. The hosts are also very helpful and responsive!

This was a great apartment to stay in - a large living room with great views! Lots of places to walk nearby for food and easy public transit access to get around. The host was super responsive and helpful. I could not ask for a better place to stay for my second trip ever to Tokyo. Special shout out- There is a charming cafe next door called Cafe Ivy that made for great vibes to read a book and enjoy coffee/tea (and commercial grade A/C!).

Absolutely great location, so close to multiple train stations and Akihabara centre. Very spacious unit for a big family and has all the amenities you would ever need. Washing machine is huge bonus. Great restaurants close by and the unit is located in a beautiful quiet alley. Fully recommend this place for you stay in Tokyo, we wished we could have stayed longer! Fantastic host, with good communication.

Lee was extremely responsive (literarily within minutes) and provided good advise throughout the duration of the stay. The location is great, next to Chuo park, 15-20 min walk to Shinjuku station, with 2 other subway stations within 5 min walk. You are in the middle of the Shinjuku's attractions, and close-by to Shibuya. Highly recommend. Would love to come back!

Clean and warm, there is a lot of space

Awesome Airbnb in the middle of Shinjuku with everything in the area within a super short walk from your front door. However, still quiet and easy to sleep. Everything matched the photos/descriptions and check in/out was very easy. Would definitely stay again on my next visit to Tokyo!

It was used by 2 adults and 5 children. The building reminds me of the feeling of returning to my parents' home and grandma's house in the Showa period house.It was very spacious and I was able to relax.Izakaya, grocery store, 24-hour supermarket & laundromat, etc. are also within walking distance, making it very convenient!Anyway, it's close to the station⭕️ The host was very friendly, quick to respond to problems, and I was relieved. I am satisfied to find a good place to stay.I would like to use it again if I have a chance (^ ^)

I found Dan’s place at the last minute, and it was the perfect find. It is about a 10-minute walk to Oimachi station, one stop from Shinagawa, for easy transfers. It was very easy to find his house because of the clear instructions he provided. The roads leading to his house are also flat, so it was pretty easy to roll our suitcases! The house was very comfy and made me feel like I was right at home~ Dan was very responsive and provided many local spots~ I hope to be back 🙏🏼

This stay made me feel very satisfied, the whole house is very clean and feels like home, the kitchen equipment is also convenient to use, I have a problem writing a text message to the host, the host will reply promptly, the service is good, there is a big supermarket and 7-11 near the house, very convenient to buy things, the house is also close to Shin-Shibama station, about five minutes walk, the only place that is too far from Tokyo city, the only place that is too far from Tokyo city, one trip to Tokyo city to take three car trips, but I would strongly recommend this good place, thank you host!

Host was very responsive and very hospitable. Grateful that she allowed us to check-in early because our arrival time was very early. It was very convenient. The house was super clean and all the amenities, as listed were there. The house is ideal for big groups, and very affordable. Something that is hard to look for in Japan airbnbs, especially in Shinjuku. I would love to stay there again if ever i will be traveling with a big group.

Highly recommend this place! Best location (walking distance to station), lots of local good dining options and away from the busy tourist crowd. Our kids love it here as well, quite spacious for Japan and 8 of us were comfortable at this cozy place. The host was nice and responsive.

Kiki was an amazing host! Every time my group had a question, it was always answered quickly. The house is amazing and cozy! The house is located near great grocery stores and local restaurants and bakeries. We loved our stay!!!!

We stayed here with three kids. Everyone had their space. Area is nice and quiet and 10min walk to two different railway stations: different lines so more options to go places. The Old Ginza plaza 2min from the house was amazing, so many places to eat. Nice walking routes all around this area, we felt we didn’t need to train anywhere some days.

Premium was the best host! Incredibly welcoming, communication was fantastic and very kind. The apartment was centrally located in a wonderful location. Surprisingly very quiet home. Would absolutely love to stay here again when I return to Tokyo

Great place to stay when visiting Tokyo. It’s close to a train stop so it’s easy to go anywhere. The Airbnb was the perfect size for us and the host was amazing. He even provided us with snacks and drinks for our stay.

Very good place to stay, very clean room, very responsive host!

It was a pleasure to have chosen here among the many listings, the room's allotment suited our needs perfectly, especially the ground floor room for travelers with small babies.The atmosphere of the living room with the dining room is also good.There are no immediate neighbors (only across the walls) of this property, so it is relatively less afraid of disturbing people (and being disturbed.Of course there were still neighbors downstairs).All in all, a very pleasant living experience!

The room was very cosy and clean. Provided all the amenities that I required to feel at ease. The location is nice and away from the busy night life but may get a little noisy during the day, as it’s next to a fuel station. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would consider coming back in the future.

This place was perfect. Small, but seamed standard for Tokyo and well laid out so it worked well for our multigenerational family staying there. Everything was clean. The host left some food and beverages in the kitchen that was a nice touch and made it easy to settle in.

Erin has been a super responsive and great host since the day I made the booking , giving helpful advices and recommendations. During my stay , she ensures all is good and I love all the little details she has in the cosy home that makes one feel home. Erin’s place is neat and clean, with a tinge of surprise outside the balcony - cherry blossom tree that bloomed during my stay here. We were really lucky! Her place smelled so good, I wish I could buy all the scents home ! Her place is just a quick walk to a few bakeries for easy breakfast, convenience stores and Kugayama station which allows you to connects easily to airport and to the city. Thank you Erin for being such an awesome host!
