The location and the condition of this house is amazing. It's a short drive from the ferry, with buses running from Ryde to various parts of the island, making it super helpful for tourists. We had BEAUTIFUL sea views from our bed (one can fall asleep looking at the colour changing on the sea) or the huge picture window in the living room. Very cosy and sufficient in terms of amenities within as well as around the house. the bedroom and bathroom spaces are wonderful. Our children had a lovely time in the bedroom clearly set up for kids. We went in winter and the place was snug and warm with running hot water and comfy duvets. The hosts are very accommodating and we definitely want to go back to stay again!

On arrival the house was homely and perfect for a family gathering. The open fire and massive dining table were a real bonus! Very well equipped with some lovely personal touches. It was too cold to make the most of the outdoor space but we will be back in the summer for sure.

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

We had a great stay at Belinda’s place. The house is welcoming and just a short walk to the beach. The location is unbeatable for the quieter Bournemouth beaches. Belinda and Matthew checked us in and shared some great tips to make our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the open-plan downstairs and garden area provided a great space for our 4 year old and baby. Belinda was very warm and quick to respond to our queries both before and during our stay. Thank you!

Thank you, Carl, for a fantastic stay. You provided so much more - all those added extras made us feel so at home and made our stay easier. The extras in the kitchen - spices, condiments, dishwasher tablets, detergent, oil, milk, sweet teeats to welcome us! I even appreciated the shower cleaner and extra jay cloths! :) Thanks for the local recommendations, too, for my toddler. I also loved having a smart tv in the bedroom, and how cosy everything was. Its also worth mentioning that i have a physical disability, but Carl's place made everything manageable for me - it was a perfect size, everything accessible and the fact that everything was on one floor, was a real bonus. Thank you.

Great place for a family get together, we had 10 people staying but didn’t feel on top of each other. Location is convenient for New Forest, Bournemouth and Portsmouth. Jordan was great, lovely welcome pack and very quick to respond to any little query we had. Thanks Jordan!

If your looking for a hidden gem you have found it !!! The accommodation is very large, cosy and extremely well equipped. We arrived last minute due to another air BB being sub standard and Sarah was so brilliant, we were checked to house within 30 mins. The inside of the house simply beautiful, spotlessly clean and so convenient to walk to Fordingbridge. The host sarah is absolutely amazing you really could not ask for a better host. Unfortunatly she could only accommodate ourselves for 4 nights, but then she went above and beyond to find us another air BB that her friend had available I would highly recommend this property.

Absolutely stunning penthouse apartment, a home from home. Everything you could need and more. Towels provided, underground private parking space. Wrap around balcony too! We stayed as a family to drop off my daughter to university. 20 minute walk to Chine Beach. A real daily treat to walk to the beach and into Bournemouth. We will definitely be rebooking! Excellent communication with the host, clear directions and instructions. We even asked to check out at 12 noon and they were so accommodating. Couldn’t fault our trip!! Thank you very much.

Tides is an absolutely beautiful apartment with a stunning balcony that has the best sea views! It was spotlessly clean with lots of little touches that made it feel very homely! Debbie was the absolute perfect host who was extremely helpful & friendly, & responded extremely quickly to my communications. Thank you Debbie we had a truly fantastic stay!

Great base for a few days in Portsmouth, we were working in the nearby Kings Theatre, and it was ideal, also just a short stroll to the sea front and shopping streets. Comfy bed, outdoor space a big plus for us. And the hosts were really quick to respond to any questions we had.

He stayed for two nights with our two dogs (small-ish). Everything was perfect for us. The property itself is styled, furnished and decorated beautifully. Exactly as described and more. It's got a modern yet cosy hotel suite feel about it, in my opinion. The location is perfect. So close to the beach and within walking distance to everything you'd want from the area(s). Great pubs and restaurants nearby. PJ and Franny are excellent hosts. From the initial contact and provision of information when we booked, to making things super clear and easy for the check-in, and being available for us should we need them during our stay. Very friendly, professional and unobtrusive. I'd definitely recommend to friends and family & we'd love to stay again!

I would say this flat is charming and very welcoming and very clean and beautiful inside lovely bathroom very comfortable beds ,location perfect walking distance to nice restaurant’s I would recommend the haven on the harbour lovely food and service I would recommend to my friends and would love to come and stay again a lovely relaxing stay in comfort

Lovely to return to this property. Gorgeous location and extremely easy to get to by train & bus or road. this location is perfect for us to catch up with friends from other destinations in the south of England, plus Winchester has enough to offer. With Waitrose nearby for groceries. The property is a home from home. Comfortable, clean with lovely hosts.

The flat was beautifully furnished and clean, the atmosphere calm and peaceful with a view over the park. All the facilities and equipment were easy to use, clean and well maintained, and looked new, the showers were heavenly. It was an absolute joy to stay there. Richard was a wonderful host, so friendly and welcoming, and he even came to find us on the first day when we took a wrong turning. He also helped carry our luggage on arrival and when we left, which I hugely appreciated.

Second time staying. Would 100% recommend for anyone travelling to Bournemouth. Easy check in with parking and facilities as described. Was always nice to come back from a day out to the flat.

Beautiful and private little gem, added bonus was the hot tub. Fully equipped with everything you needed and more, plus a lovely welcome pack. Hosts were friendly and very helpful. Less than 10minutes drive to shops, restaurants and Bournemouth sea front. If looking for alittle nightlife £10 unber each way. For some fun and games Boom battle bar, also plenty of places to eat there and bars. New forest 35 minutes drive roughly, beautiful place for walking and highly recommend The Filly Inn for food especially the Sunday roast. To us this place was perfect in every way and would definitely visit again x

The apartment is perfect, great space, light and airy. Lovely for a communal get together. Samantha was extremely helpful in planning our trip with great suggestions for local places to eat. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Compact and comfortable. Nice and clean. Beautiful garden and nature surroundings, whilst being not far away from cafes and shops. Peaceful. I loved waking up to the morning views out the front window.

Just perfect for what we needed, large and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, small and secure yard to allow dog out in. Quiet area and building, a plus for a fireworks nervous dog on NYE!

A perfect spot to watch the waves and enjoy the sea, even in the middle of winter! Would definitely book again. Fabulous recommendations for places to eat - the best fish restaurant in the south is within walking distance - sobofish 😋 Tara is fabulous host
