I loved staying at Marina’s place!!! The rooftop was perfect for a relaxing evening after a day of exploring. I loved the authentic Mexican decor and the bed was super comfy! Marina also did a great job with explaining the check in process and how to get to the air bnb including photos with descriptions going over everything. The neighborhood is also perfect,super calm and relaxing with lots of cute restaurants and parks ! It’s about 25 minute walk from the center of the city which is perfect because you can avoid all the crowds and noise. The walk to the center is super easy but if you don’t feel like walking,it’s also only a 5 minute uber and Ubers are super cheap in Mexico!

My family and I loved the space. The loft is very nice. Hahaha we struggled a bit to understand the stove, but nothing that spoiled the stay. If I come back, I'll stay in this place again! Someone in a previous post commented that they don't have Netflix as advertised and it's true, there isn't! But there are many channel options to see! Thank you

The place is just as shown in the pictures, it has all the necessary items [iron, towels, kitchen utensils, soap, paper... and clearly not food]. In addition, the area is well known and visited, but when it rains very hard, water gets in through the cracks in the wooden windows.

An excellent place to stay... you have a lot of the essentials for a trip, two supermarkets nearby, Oxxo, bakeries, fruit shops, a market to find food 3 minutes away, the truth is everything is very close, ATMs or a bank, an excellent place, very quiet at night, and during the day because it is on the main street, very walkable. The place where you can leave your car very safely and very attentive. I will definitely be back, since the apartment was very clean upon arrival. Very hospitable.😀😀

Great location outside downtown and away from the crowd - there are plenty of options for food and coffee within short walking distance. The walk to the edge of centro was just about 15 minutes. Vero was very communicative and made check-in smooth. The place is cute and well decorated, just like the pictures. It’s in a courtyard with lots of greenery. But it does get some road noise in the morning so light sleepers be aware - didn’t bother me too much.

The location is about a 15-minute drive to downtown, the apartment is as described and shown in the photos. Pros: - Clean and with everything you need for a short stay. Please note: - the parking space is a bit limited, in case you drive an SUV or a large van it will be difficult to get in and out. -The upstairs apartment neighbor is a bit noisy and apparently has a dog that barks occasionally To improve: -It would help to place a curtain or blackout in the room so as not to wake up with the morning light -Offering a pack of tea or coffee would be a nice touch - Some extra chairs to enjoy the terrace would help complement the experience Overall very good, just those points to improve.

The house was absolutely amazing! Great views, we all had our own bathroom which is always great when traveling with a big group. Only trouble we really ran into was accessing the home, I think the lock was malfunctioning but the host got us in. The pool was a great the kids really enjoyed it, it is in the deeper side so make sure to take flooties. The neighborhood was quiet and it being gated makes you feel really safe. You could practically walk downtown but it is a lot of up hill and down hill so we used uber/taxi to get around which ended up paying 60-80 pesos each time. Also a lot of van transports pass by so easily you can hop on those as well. If I ever get the chance to visit GTO I would book here again.

José Pablo was a great host. When we arrived we had a small problem with the water service, but he arrived very quickly and solved the problem. The place is really very comfortable. I was traveling with an elderly person and she felt quite comfortable during our stay. Thank you for everything!

Ulises has to be the best experience I’ve ever had with an Airbnb host. Not only did he pick up my brother and me from the airport, but he also went to the store for us, getting everything on the list we gave him. He was incredibly respectful and responsive, keeping us informed about what he was doing throughout the day. Ulises didn’t just help us—his wife also cooked meals for us! Even though they didn’t want to accept a tip, we insisted. They are genuinely humble and kind people who made us feel so welcome. They both made life so much easier for us. Ulises and his wife live on the property but usually stay in their home unless called upon. In our case, we invited them to join us for breakfast and lunch, and we had such a great time together. Ulises even helped us by driving our rental car when we went shopping. Overall, it was an unforgettable experienc

Claudia and her husband were super helpful and responded within minutes to my questions. He actually picked me up and took me to the airport in Leon. The place is cozy and well stocked with the appliances I needed. The hike up wouldn’t work for anyone with disabilities. It’s super close to restaurants and shops and theaters, but that also brings the noise of the city. If you’re looking for activities, this is a great home.
