Family-friendly vacation rentals in Rome

This house was perfect for our family over Thanksgiving weekend. It was was clean, cozy, and well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect with multiple neighborhood amenities and the view from the back porch over the lake is stunning - especially if you catch the sunrise. Quick and easy communication with Mike. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed getting away and being around some water all weekend. We fished, kayak, swam in the lake and grilled out ! We loved the porch swing as we even took a nap after a long day in the sun! The details and decor of this cabin were absolutely beautiful & didn’t go unnoticed! We caught several brim, a couple crappie and a few catfish! We definitely can’t wait to go back! Our last day there stormed all day and we loved that we were able to still get some fishing in straight off the front porch thank you so much for having us!

Absolutely beautiful stay, right by the lake, you can walk to the dock. Amazing sunsets. Very safe area, I walked miles and it was all residential surrounding the lake. Steven was very responsive, great host. I showed up to a note with my names & daylilies. The kitchen has everything you need. Bed was extremely comfortable. Even though it's kind of a studio, it felt larger and bigger than that. Laundry in the garage, just such a great stay. I was by myself but didn't feel isolated. Steven also kept a very low profile so I only saw him a couple of times, which I don't mind, but for anyone that wants that privacy. Would stay here again!

Gorgeous and peaceful barn. Lots of games provided, comfortable beds and warm showers. Not too far from Rome, GA. Pictures do not do it justice!

The space is even cuter in person. The woods are absolutely incredible. We did some exploring on the trail and fishing in the creek. It’s a really private serene vibe. We used one bed, the king, and it was super comfortable. Plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking, coffee, etc. I recommend bringing a water jug or filter for personal water. The internet could be spotty at times but worked mostly well on the tv. Honestly, it helped me disconnect from my phone and be present.

The home is very convenient to all things Mentone. So nice that there are two suites! We grilled one night and most nights enjoyed a relaxing fire in the screened porch fireplace. Kitchen is very workable for cooking full meals and wifi, TV and setting are great. Our dogs were able to run off lead as the home is about 1000' off the main road on a small lane. Loved the cabin feel and that there were bathtubs! You must see Little River Falls - take water shoes & play in the mountain water!

House was perfect for our team playing at the Lakepoint Sports Center. Plenty of space for everyone and a short and easy drive to the tournament. House came with everything we needed and more. Not to mention how clean it was. The basement was definitely worth the extra investment!!

Beautiful home located in a private peaceful location. Very clean and had everything I needed and more. Host was very responsive and very accommodating. Will definitely go back!
