Dalia was an incredible host who makes an effort to feel right at home. She’s proactive with all things, friendly, and flexible. The room and home was clean and has the most adorable cat. I’d definitely come back and you really can’t beat the location.

The house was awesome! Easy to find, lots to do in the area, two doors to choose from. We preferred the door to the main street even though there were homeless people back there most days. You could use the front door which has the security guard. We had an issue with the safe when we arrived and the maintenance person fixed it quickly and also checked on an issue with the boiler for the hot water that was a previous issue. So they were proactive with helping us there. Great experience overall.

Everything was perfect during our stay in Mexico City. Communication was quick and easy, check in was effortless, the apartment was exactly what was pictured and described on line. Great location, next to bars, restaurants and tiendas, very walkable. Thanks for a great stay!

Location location location! This neighborhood has it all and is located in a community that has everything you need. The famous panadería Rosetta is only a 10 minute walk through a beautiful tree- lined historic area. The house itself was very comfortable and clean. we found it safe and peaceful at night. Our hosts were very kind and gave us awesome food recommendations that were all layed out in the guest handbook. Overall it was all great, we would definitely return.

Me and my family had a great stay here! The house was much bigger in person. Very close to restaurants and a 7 eleven is just a few steps away. It's also in a nice quiet part of the neighborhood which was definitely refreshing. It had absolutely everything we needed and more. We would love to come back and stay here again!

Everything was perfect

It was so lovely staying at Raul's. Raul is a great host and makes you feel right at home. The best part was being welcomed by his dog Milo every time you returned to the flat.

Great space, well located, we had no difficulties with check-in or during the stay. It is worth noting that there is no space to leave the bags stored after check out. Anyway, highly recommend hosting.

We stayed with Guillermo for a month, during our relocation out of Mexico City. This meant we knew the area and were looking for home from home - and this certainly offered that. The shared amenities such as the pool and cafeteria are the best we have seen in the area , you really have a relaxed , holiday vibe and everything is new and well maintained. The flat itself was well equipped and exactly as described. Fully recommended for anyone looking for a premium stay in Polanco! Thank you!!

Very kind in every way, everything was super clean and tidy, easy to find, close to the metro station, a super bright area to walk in the early morning when leaving the gnp, their treatment was super friendly, always attentive to anything and giving us recommendations on what we could do and where to find restaurants. Without a doubt, if we return to the City for another event in GNP, we will return to you :)

Great location and apartment. Roof with pool and bar was incredible! Walkable to all the cute shops and restaurants in roma norte. Very spacious living room. The building felt very safe. Mauricio was always incredibly responsive to help with any/all of our needs. Had good filtered water to drink as well so you dont have to always rely on buying bottles.

Great location and comfortable place to stay.

We would highly recommend Hector’s place to others. It was clean, cozy, safe, and beautiful. The amenities are lovely and the grocery store below the tower was extremely convenient. Hector was kind and responsive, very easy to communicate with. We felt very much at home and the apartment proved to be a nice sanctuary in such a big city.

The stay was fine, it was just a little smaller than what you see in the photos.
