Push open folding big doors first thing in the morning and step onto a green patio for a blast of fresh air and daylight. The big floor to ceiling doors keeps the apt ventilated and fresh. Thomas and Juan Carlos’ place was amazing! Exactly as the photos show. Very clean, cool and refreshing, very well appointed. Juan Carlos’ art decorated the space and is lovely! Thomas was there to meet us, showed us around the space and provided many local recommendations. He showed us where we could catch a roof deck view of the volcano smoking in the morning, which we did at sunrise every morning-an amazing way to start the day! The pool and roof deck space is absolutely amazing. Ivan, the chef and bartender, makes great food and drink! The neighborhood was lovely-so many restaurants and shops. Avenida Amsterdam is great for walking or running, such a peaceful path in the middle of the Avenue. One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. Absolutely recommend and hope to be back one day!

While a bit away from the main tourist spots, the apartment is in on a quiet street and what seems to be a very safe location. With a Walmart Grocery store only a 5-6 minute walk away, it was easy to stock up on food and water for the day, along with a number of restaurants within walking distance. In addition, CDMX's main park is only a 20-25 minute walk and was a pleasure to run to in the mornings. The apartment itself is very modern and the building staff at the entrance were always friendly.

The perfect retreat from a busy day of sightseeing and hopping around the city — homey, spacious, and clean with charming and thoughtful touches that made this apartment feel like an actual home… from the well-equipped kitchen to the wall of books, cozy furniture and TV with Netflix included, as well as access to the W/D and a couple of lovely private outdoor spaces. It’s a little outside the ‘hot spots’ of Roma and Condesa, so a taxi/uber is recommended but surrounded by a beautiful neighborhood + within incredible walking distance to the museums and Chapultepec. As those areas get pretty busy, loud and crowded, we appreciated coming home to an area that was more relaxed and quiet. Alex was always responsive and super helpful. We felt very welcomed and comfortable - so much so, that we felt so ‘at home,’ and we look forward to returning here in the near future. Highly recommend :)

This is a super great value, the apartment is really new, clean, and well decorated. Very bright and open. The hosts are super proactive and responsive, and very accommodating. She reached out regularly to make sure things are going well. As she mentions in the description, it is Mexico City so it can be noisy, but we put on a fan in the bedroom and generally didn't notice. It's stated as a ground floor apartment, but it's actually one floor up (so people aren't walking by looking through your windows or anything). There are a lot of great restaurants nearby. Literally next door, the Mandrake has some amazing breakfast options. And about a two minute walk away is Los Parados, a Michelin recommended Taqueria (that also has great flan).

Incredible location and very safe. Lots of restaurants, cafes, two grocery stores, and a mall all within walking distance. Metrobus also within a 5 minute walk distance. Host was very kind and communicative, even trying to help find a doctor for me when I was unwell. The space itself is wonderful- lots of thoughtful touches and bilingual signs to make the stay easier. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of spices to cook with. The outdoor patio was lovely and was enjoyed every day. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!
