Great place, clean and organized. Great communication with the person in charge. Perfect location, close to everything.

Very good, the only thing to wish for was the strong smell in the room (it smells of dampness) probably due to the weather in Gramado, but opening the windows improves a lot, in my case it bothered me a little due to my sinusitis. But other than that, the rest is a 1000!

No problem everything is great, when you pick up the key to the apt would have to be delivered to the apt and not pick it up at the office you rent because I arrived at the lawn bus station I had to pick up the keys to and from the apt outside of Cid.

Hostã responds fast, very cozy apartment, flawless cleanliness. Furniture, covers and new towels. It was offered up to available machine coffee. Super complete in utensils.

Great apartment, it's well cleaned up. By car, it is 2 minutes from the main avenue.

The apartment is beautiful, everything impeccable, clean, comfortable, had everything I could need, in short: everything note 1000! It is in a great location, it is very close to the centre of lawn, the black lake, and the main sights! It is less than 1 hour drive from San Francisco de Paula where I went to a beautiful waterfalls park too! The hostess is very sweet, communication was very quiet and she was super available! It was a great experience, congratulations on everything!

Excellent hotel room! Very beautiful and functional decor. Breakfast that was purchased separately should be better. The hotel has some specific rules. Very good.
