Vacation rentals with lake access in Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon

For the price of a hostel bed you get a whole little private apartment with a private entrance . The neighborhood and location was perfect, close to the botanical gardens, parque lage,the lake and public transit right in front that will take you anywhere in Rio. Igor was a good host and always was quick to respond. I hope I am able to return one day.

What a fantastic place to stay! Both Nicolas’ home and the island were absolutely fantastic. Nicolas has been our favorite host so far and is extremely responsive and helps you with whatever you need. Even when the water or power would cut out (not often at all, and we stayed for three months!), he would immediately let us know and work with us to find a solution to the issue. If we are able to make it back to this beautiful region, we will definitely be staying with Nicolas again! The island is beautiful, small enough to walk around, easy to access from every direction, close to the train into Rio center, has some minimal wildlife (adorable family of monkeys), and the people that live / work here are so kind! Also, make sure to get a tattoo from Thayna on the main road when you get to the island, she does stunning work! 🙌🏻

I spent two weeks , it was very quiet , safe place, any time of the night , island of Gigoia has a place in my heart. The house meets all the needs of a family, clean organized, easy access to many places. Thank you in your heart ✨🌹

Casa cozy , very good . For those who want rest is a paradise ! Host responds with agility . Casaeiro Moacir always proactive to assist us. The house exceeded expectations , my family liked it very much !

Words cannot describe this place, amazing. If you are able to stay here you have found a gem. The location was perfect for traveling between copa and Barra and everything in between. The Rio beach club is literally next door and other activities are close by. House is peaceful and comfortable. Very safe area and super clean. We will be staying here again in the near future. Very good place, quite central and close to everything, a few minutes from the beach, high floor, does not give to hear noise at night, it is cômodo for sleeping. The host is very attentive, responds quickly and gave us very useful instructions. The apartment is bastabte Conchegante, with 24 Horas porteiro, quite safe. Would definitely come back smoothly

My experience in this Ipanema apart hotel was excellent. It has a 24-hour reception, which provides tranquility and flexibility, and the staff are very friendly. They offer daily cleaning, pre-arranged with you, and the apartment was spotless, with a fully-equipped kitchen for any meal. It is bright, well distributed, modern and comfortable, ideal for two people, with air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The location is unbeatable: one block from Rodrigo de Freitas lagoon and four blocks from Ipanema beach. The area is full of bars and restaurants of all qualities, accessible by walking, although there are also excellent options further away. Everything is designed to comfortably enjoy the vibrant local life. Anna, the host, was attentive, although there was no need to contact her thanks to the quality of the place. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for a comfortable and well located stay in Rio de Janeiro.

Everything went very well. Very nice and well-located apartment. Dimitry and Ekaterina always answered quickly. We arrived very late and they found it OK. The one and only problem we had is that during the last two days we didn't have hot water. We told Dimitry about it and he immediately intended to fix it, but as it was not an issue for us, we spent the rest of our stay without hot water. Rio is too hot 🥵! we would definitely stay again in this apartment.

Ximena’s apartment was very wonderful and I felt at home right away. I stayed at her apartment for almost 3 months and everything felt easy. Ximena was communicative, very sweet, and responsive to any question or concern. The location is great if you want a walkable distance from the beaches (Copacabana and Ipanema are not far and the walk is easy) and space from the noise of Copacabana or ipanema streets. The front door staff are very nice and I always felt safe there. My friend and I felt like it was spacious enough for both of us and never felt cramped. The Lagoa is gorgeous and easy to get to go. We also appreciated that the cantagalo metro station was close by. I would recommended to anyone and would stay there again. Ximena is an amazing and thoughtful host. We appreciated the attentiveness throughout the many weeks I was there. Thank you!

The apartment matches the photos. Very spacious and with fans in the ceilings of the rooms. The building is well located, so it is easy to order Ifood and also to pick up Uber. It is very close to the bus and barque terminal, which greatly speeds the locomotion. Stevan was always very helpful and always responded quickly, we thank you very much for your attention.

Good place for those looking to be immersed in nature but relatively close to the center and the beach. The house has an interesting architecture, peaceful environment with beautiful kittens and many plants. Mr. Antônio is receptive and we are very comfortable. We had a quiet night.

The house is beautiful, cozy and comfortable. Colonial style enchanted us. The street is calm and quiet, easy access to the beach and supermarkets of the region. Gabriel is extremely polite and kind, he always responded very quickly, giving us all the necessary information. we will return for sure.

Antonio was very helpful and companion, gave tips of the city, always calls for an afternoon coffee and for a domino game at the end of the day. The house is immense, the wonderful garden and a delicious pool next to the hoses and banana trees for a delicious bath. The house is rustic, but with all the amenities. described.
