Very nice, cozy spot for one or two people. Great location in Rio....easy access to Ipanema and Copacabana. Lots of restaurants nearby - but, that everywhere here in Rio! LOL! At least 3 restaurants on every block! I'd come here again.

Our experience at this place was consistently positive! The apartment is spacious, well equipped and perfectly located, just a few steps from Copacabana. There are numerous restaurants, cafes and shopping in the immediate vicinity, so there is nothing missing. Particularly noteworthy is the very good air conditioning, which ensured pleasant temperatures, as well as the complete furnishing of the apartment. The host was extremely friendly, communicative and responded quickly to our messages, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Another plus: Even the porters were super helpful and even organized a private parking space for us so we didn't have to park on the street. Overall a recommendation – we would come back anytime

I had a good stay in the apartment of Stevan. The apto's location makes it much easier to move to other regions of Niterói or to Rio. The building is old and the premises are simple, but all clean. The host is very attentive, flexible and has great communication.

Many thanks to Carlos and his team for the wonderful lodging, which left us a very positive memory. An excellent apartment, perfect location, a very nice building. Also, we forgot some belongings, and Carlos warned us and sent the items back to our friends via Uber. Honest and correct people. It was a pleasure dealing with you. This is the second time we have stayed at Flat in Rio and the experience was excellent again! The apartment has an amazing view. We went with a baby and we had a bathtub, high chair, crib and stroller. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, it even has a washing machine. In addition to being very well decorated. Impeccable towels and sheets. The condo is excellent. They provide an umbrella and lounge chairs, as well as having a supermarket, pharmacy, and bakery, all within the same complex. Maxcinny responds very quickly and is very warm. He left us some delicious chocolates as a gift. I highly recommend staying in their apartments.

Cirla's accommodation is undoubtedly the best accommodation you can find in Barra da Tijuca, not only because of the excellent condition of the apartment, the clean and quiet, but also because Cirla makes you feel at home. She is always attentive that you have everything you need and that you are really having a good time, she becomes your best friend in no time. As for the apartment, it is spotless and you can see the care and love you have in this place. The sheets are clean, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom spotless and the kitchen shines. The electrical and kitchen appliances are clean and in perfect condition. She also leaves you clean towels and totally new personal hygiene items. The view from the wide balcony towards the sea further improves the experience and above all to be able to hear the waves at night. If later I decide to return to Barra this will be the place where I will stay. Thank you Cirla! You are the most! 🌹♥

I stayed with 4 friends to enjoy the carnival and I can say that the host's attention was the big difference. Jorge since the first contact was always helpful and responded very quickly, was flexible with us and was very kind, could not be better. Now about the apartment: Very safe! With two entrances and exits (side entrance with reception and front entrance for better access to the beach). All entries included facial recognition and receptionists. Apart from being very well located, the apartment was very clean and very complete, the only thing I missed was a service area with a sink. No more, comfortable beds, mattresses and sofa bed. More bed linens, well clean and preserved. The leisure area of the building is amazing for having a cafeteria/restaurant, full gym, game room and what we like most, an ice machine available for guest use. Voltaria a thousand times, and once again congratulations to the host Jorge, made the whole difference.

We had an amazing experience. The place is very organized, clean and welcoming. At the corner of the beach, close to everything. We had at our disposal all the utensils we need, the owner Wanda thought in the smallest detail to welcome a visitor. Not to mention that Wanda is a love, very polite and caring. Note miiiillll. I'll be back for sure.

It was an excellent stay. The apartment is in front of the beach and 1 block from the central street of Barra. We love going there. They give you an umbrella and lounge chairs, so it's very practical. It has a gym and games for children. The complex is very nice

Let’s start off with, if you’re reading this book it before it’s gone! This is 10/10 bnb. one of the absolute best Air BNB I’ve stayed in. As we’re arriving from the states we arrived early. John and Charlotte made it possible for us to check in early! Huge help as we’re staying for two weeks and had lots of luggage! At arrival they had snacks, fruits, and cookies for us! First thing you see when you arrive is the beautiful view from the main window in the living room. We got the choice on how to set up the bedrooms! It was perfect as we were a large group. From John’s bnb there so many places to eat and even more as John provided many restaurants on a list for us! John and charlotte are super attentive. Twice we called them by accident and they responded writhin seconds to see if we were okay! Lastly our last day was Sunday and our flights weren’t till 9 pm! John allowed us to stay till we left at 6! Thank you again John and everyone from the door staff to charlotte! Obrigado🙏🏽 10/

We were delighted with the accommodation! The apartment is super well equipped, distributed on four floors, with large and comfortable rooms. The view is simply impeccable!!!! The location is a real privilege, with an exit to a beautiful and quiet beach – undoubtedly one of the most cozy ones in Rio de Janeiro. Our tip for those staying here: pass the market before you arrive and take everything you need after that, just relax and enjoy every moment. We can't wait to go back!

What an amazing place to stay in such a great location that was close to everything. The view from all windows was spectacular especially letting that ocean breeze. This place felt like home. Location was spot on with nearby restaurants, bars, shops and anything else you could think of. Beach is right across the street. Our host was so amazing to communicate with and she was so sweet, patient, understanding and flexible with all my request and needs. Best part of this booking was our communication. We will definitely be back and hope to stay here again!

The apartment was as shown in the photos. All the building staff were very helpful at check-in and check-out. It is located in front of the beach, with many bars and restaurants to discover. The apartment was spotless, the bathroom, the sheets, the refrigerator, etc. The host also sent us recommendations of what we could do and where to shop. At check-in, they gave us the appropriate instructions. Super recommended and without a doubt, if I go back to RJ, I'll stay there.

Inês was very attentive and always provided us with a lot of important information. The house is old, but it has been kept with great affection and has a special charm. The location is simply unbeatable – right in the heart of Copacabana, with everything you need nearby: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants – all great! A small warning: being on the waterfront, it can be quite noisy at night – we recommend ear protectors for light sleepers. Besides that, the stay was excellent!

Wow! Just book it! This is by far the best Airbnb I have stayed at. The pictures of the view don’t do it justice. The art deco and brutalist style are also to die for…on top of the space being beautiful and breathtaking, Adriana was very responsive, and displayed exceptional hospitality. She went as far as cooking me lunch my first day, and walking me to the market! I would absolutely book again.

Great location, close to good restaurants, supermarket, easy access to Copacabana beach. Although there is no vacancy, it has good parking options nearby. Outside that for everyday life, you don't even need a car, to do everything on foot. The apartment is impeccable, renovated, with everything you need for a few days. Air conditioning and TV in every room help at the moment of beach rest.
