Beautiful house, it is huge and has all the amenities it describes. Joaquín is very kind and attentive, he gave us facilities for arrival and departure. No lack of detail to the stay. 100% recommended

We had a wonderful stay at this very nice townhouse in San Jose. We found it to be excellent value for money, and very well equiped, plus it's just a few minutes walk to the lovely blue flag beach, bars and restaurants, too. Juan who hosted us was excellent - polite & friendly, helping us with any little hitches during our stay. So, it's a 10/10 for both Juan & the property too

Magnificent accommodation to visit Cabo de Gata or even not to go out all day and enjoy the pool and barbecue (we stayed for a week and it took us two days). Very well designed the outdoor area ( pool, garden, porch, …). Excellent parking (huge and easily accessible). Comfortable house with very well equipped kitchen. If you have to look for any inconvenience it would be that I only had a bathroom, but it was not a problem with the spectacular showers in the pool. Fernando has been a real host. We have gone to many AirBnB homes over the better or worse years, but very rarely to real homes ( once in Brooklyn and once in Cantabria ). It is very different to stay in a tourist accommodation designed specifically for that purpose, in a family home where everything is lovingly arranged for your own enjoyment. It's from the places we'll try to come back to for the cat rope and the place to stay.

A dream house! Everything was perfect and better than in the publication, a palm for extras, there was no lack of detail, salt, oil, cleaning supplies, personal hygiene, glasses, pots, everything, everything and more, the sensational pool, the spectacular views. Location, communication all good. Nice house with amazing pool, everything you need including pizza oven! Only downside kitchen was a little messy/not very clean.

The house is fantastically located in the middle of the village and in a very nice complex with pool. It is very spacious over three floors with three showers/bathrooms and a total of five terraces or balconies. The roof terrace is unique! Small drawback: the very small terrace on the ground floor can only accommodate a small table with two chairs, so we always had to go to the large terrace on the 2nd floor to eat. A new table for six would be desirable here, as well as a parasol.

We were very comfortable in the house. All phenomenal.

Luisa is a lovely woman. I had a problem and moved everything in his hand until I solved it. The place is privileged. Full nature. Silence. From the salon you see the sea that is a few steps away and connects you directly to a walkway to the beach. For me it is the most beautiful place in Cabo de Gata. The house has everything you need. A comfortable place to disconnect, enjoy, etc. The apartment is very nice. I will do as much as possible pir back. Thank you Luisa for everything.

Great location, very comfortable spot. Quique was very friendly with suggestions for activities. I know Almería well and I would highly recommend this spot.

Modern, aesthetic and cozy accommodation. The host's attention is 10. A/C in every room, the beds are not made upon arrival (you are provided with sheets and towels). Lack of privacy with the neighboring apartment (terrace).

We had a lovely week here. The local beach, which you can walk to in about 30 mins or drive, is wonderful, and on October weekdays we had it almost to ourselves. The house is very comfortable and well equipped, with a good kitchen and barbecue area outside. The outside seating area was really nice with lovely plants and a decent amount of shade for those who prefer to keep out of the sun. It was hot for the time of year when we visited but the house remained nice and cool. Overall a really lovely house and garden to chill out in.

It's been a spectacular stay. Super nice house,clean, quiet, xon all the details super cared for. Carlos was definitely a spectacular host. Experience to be repeated.

It's been a pleasant stay. The house has a great kitchen and the necessary amenities to spend a few magical days in Las Negras. It is also in a very good location. We'll be back.

Great apartment in the little city of San Jose. very quiet now in November it was the perfect place to be our base to explore the National Park. The apartment is very clean and has everything you would need. Host was communicative and helpfull we reccommend staying here.

It is a mountain hideaway just 20 minutes from the sea. A beautiful house, where you can rest, disconnect and charge batteries. Highly recommended.

Rafa's accommodation has been exceptional. Spacious house, with cool patio for barbecue and the perfect community pool and close to soaking. Rafa from minute 1 has been friendly and detailed for questions and suggestions on what to see in the area. The stay was 7 people to get to know Cabo de gata and the location was very good. We totally recommend and will repeat if you have a chance.

When I arrived, I even put a fire on the stove. They were so kind and appreciative. On the way to get there, we have to take two pictures of the navigator. If you ignore it and go at night, you have to deal with a surprise like we do. Hahaha. The sea view and sunshine of this property is truly beautiful.

Comfortable, clean and easy parking house. Very good location to get around to the beautiful beaches and different places of interest in Almeria. Our two frenchies really enjoyed on the terrace and the large patio. Carmen has been very friendly and helpful with us. We will be back!!

Our stay in the house was fantastic, we were comfortable, the house has everything and the most important thing (given the area) has A/A in the two rooms and dining room. Reserved parking at the door of the house. Magnificent location, beautiful views, the beach just below we loved it. We were facilitated to check in before the hour and communication with Indalmar very fluid. I recommend it 100%.

What a find this beautiful house! The house has been done, furnished and decorated with extreme eye for detail and to high standards. Very well thought out. The garden, pool and bar/bbq area is lovely, you really never have to go out, the place in itself is a retreat. I highly recommend the house for a holiday or romantic getaway. 7 stars!
