We had a great stay. Everything was just as the host said. They were extremely responsive throughout the entire process...from booking to check-out. The host checked in on us throughout the stay to make sure everything was going ok and to see if we needed anything. The house was perfect for our family. We appreciate everything and hope to be able to stay again.

We loved everything about Debi's top floor apartment. Great view of the ocean, beautiful sunsets on the rooftop deck. Even when the wind was blowing a bloody gale; there was a great view of the water from the two swivel chairs by the main window. We parked our car at check-in and never moved it until we left. Walked everywhere during our stay. Debi had timely instructions for both check-in and check out. Everything was a breeze. Very clean. No noise; except for the waves. Thanks again, Debi.

What a wonderful place to stay! We loved having 2 balconies. The kitchen was well-stocked and the entire condo was very clean. We will be back.

Our family Thanksgiving celebration was relaxed and comfortable at this well-equipped beach house. We had more than enough space for our party of eight and enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Lots of shells! The pathway that winds through the backyard was magical to our grandchildren, ages 3 and 7. The host was very responsive to our questions, getting back to us almost immediately. Many good memories were made here!

We are so very thankful to have been at Jenn and Ian’s home during our military move and house hunting. We experienced no less than absolute kindness and consideration, and all aspects of our stay were such a respite! We have a large family and pets, and each of us was not only comfortable and easily accommodated in the house layout, but also found plenty to do to occupy our downtime. The kitchen was well stocked, everyday supplies were readily available in ample provisions, and communication with the hosts was seamless and always a pleasure. We would not only highly recommend this home to other guests; we would be more than happy to stay again!

The house is in the perfect location to be able to walk to and from the beach and at a great price! Everything we could have needed was available to us and accurately explained before check-in

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in this beautiful home. The home is located close to many restaurants, stores and beach activities-all while providing a quiet and peaceful location. The only “traffic” that we noticed was a kind neighbor walking his dog and a quiet golf cart that drove by. We were surprised how quiet the location was. We found the house well kept and spotless. It was very inviting and relaxing. Booking this home couldn’t have been any easier. We had a wonderful stay and would love to make a return trip in the future.

This is our third time to Carolina Beach and Cathy’s place made it a great trip! Very clean and spacious, super easy walk to the beach and beautiful neighborhood to walk especially if you are bringing your pup! Would recommend staying here. We will be back!
