One of the best places I’ve stayed at when traveling. It’s and amazing place with a very home feeling. Great place for kids to have fun and enjoy as well as adults. Will try booking again next year!

This listing was exactly as described. House was very clean and was stocked with everything needed for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the games downstairs, beds were very comfortable, and the layout felt very homey. Location of the home is near everything and easy to access. We can't wait for another visit in the future.

Great location and amenities were exactly as advertised on the listing page. The house is older but quaint and spacious inside with updated appliances. We found the location to be central to all our activities and in a low traffic neighborhood. The backyard appeared spacious and private though we didn’t use it due to rain. The host was very responsive to our questions and issues during our stay. The TV’s, wifi and appliances all worked great for our family of five. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The Sunny Oaks Studio Apartment was exactly what we needed! A delightful studio apartment in a beautiful setting! Hosts were responsive to our texts and took care of our needs immediately! My husband particularly enjoyed chatting with our host's spouse! Hopefully, we will be able to return to the area someday soon and will definitely want to stay in the Sunny Oaks Apartment!

Perfect scenic getaway for couples or families with older children. My husband and I went with our toddler. He’s used to not touching breakables so we knew it wouldn’t be an issue, but if your young one does have an issue with that, I’d consider somewhere else. It was a little rainy the morning after we stayed and the lake still looked beautiful. This is the kind of place I expect to find through Airbnb: a home away from home. Not just some hotel getaway. I loved their little snack basket provided by the fridge.

Really loved the charm and vintage details of the space - especially the arches, bathroom tile, and wood details. The location was very accessible to the national park and bathhouse row. Overall it was a wonderful stay for a great price!

This BnB had everything you would need for a wonderful stay. Games, tv's, lots of linens and most importantly, she asks that the guests do very little when leaving! It is wonderful!!

We had a wonderful stay. Scott was a fantastic host— his warm hospitality and quick communication set the tone for an incredible stay. The place was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. The view was a standout feature that made our trip truly memorable. We loved spending evenings browsing through the book collection, which added a personal touch to the space. Scott's local recommendations were spot-on, so don't forget to ask! To top it off, he surprised us with a bottle of champagne to celebrate New Year's, which was a thoughtful and generous gesture. Highly recommend!

We love this condo on the lake!! The views are perfect with a large sliding door and window. The place was stocked perfectly. The linens and towels are amazing! Highly recommend!!

Really enjoyed my stay in Hot Springs, the mountains were beautiful and although the rain tried to spoil the trip, it did create an interesting and somewhat haunting view when driving up to the trails and wandering around within the cloud layer. John's place is nice and comfortable. The apartment is underneath his house so you can sometimes hear people walking around above, but I didn't find it particularly disturbing since it was always at reasonable hours. The Internet is fast and suitable for remote work, the home theater setup is a nice touch with recliners, surround sound and an assortment of players to choose from, including retro formats in case someone is strange enough to travel with vinyl albums and VHS tapes.

Everything was great! They place is so cute and they were so helpful all along. Also, although it was freezing outside it was warm and cozy inside. They even gave us cookies! Thank you☺️

The place was so nice and clean! It also had a lot of extra things like beach towels, floats. Coffee and more! The host was so nice at telling us all the fun things to do close!

The condo was clean and updated. Has a great view of the lake from the balcony porch. Martha provided a booklet with local recommendations and clear check out instructions. They were communicative about construction in the area.

My family and I spent two nights and we love this condo. Everything is new and clean. We will definitely come back.

We booked Steve’s place for a weekend in Hot Springs, so we could go see the lights at Garvin Gardens and not have to drive home afterwards. It is a cute studio cottage on the lake with a great balcony and a beautiful picture window that offers spectacular views of the lake! It was very clean and had nice furnishings and extra touches like a nice Bluetooth speaker(we forgot ours). We liked the place so much we have already booked it for a summer trip.

My family and I came to get out of the routine a little and this was the ideal place. We had the lake in front of us which filled us with a lot of peace and disconnected us from the daily hustle and bustle. My husband and I were able to enjoy our coffee and a good chat without noise or interruptions. The place is quite cozy and Anne was quite friendly...I definitely recommend it!

Brittany’s place was just what I needed—a safe, nice, quiet getaway. I was a woman traveling alone and I felt very safe staying here. She has thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I’d definitely stay again!

Kathleen’s Condo was decorated very well. It had the amenities that we were looking for and the location was excellent for what we were in town for. The price was very reasonable for what you receive. It would be “top notch” for a spring/summer stay
