Great location! Informed us of unexpected maintenance at the unit next to us before we arrived so we could plan. We had a relaxing couple of days at the beach and hardly noticed the maintenance! Highly recommend!

We had no problems, so there was no need to contact Courtney when we were there. The actual condo was good, but the complex outside grounds could use major updating. Slow time of the year, but never a problem parking a large pickup. Thank you!

From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, attentive, and incredibly responsive. Any request or question I had was promptly addressed, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The combination of a fantastic location, well-maintained facilities, and the remarkable service made my time at the Pelican Condominium unforgettable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. I'll certainly be returning!

Dawn has a Wonderful, Beautiful, Absolutely perfect place . Great location , close to town , private walkway super close to beach . Covered deck facing the pool . Highly recommend this wonderful place . Easy to communicate with Dawn . We loved it there .

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and the location within the community is great with the pool being literally at your door. There was plenty of space, though we did not cook there. We ate out all meals. I would definitely say that if you are going to the beach, rent the golf cart! The walk is at least 15 minutes. The patio area left something to be desired, but we used the pool when we were outside on the property. Overall, it was a great stay!! We enjoyed it and would absolutely book again!

We loved the peace and quiet of port A in December. The condo has an amazing location allowing for rapid Beach access. beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped. We would love to come again.

We had the most amazing, peaceful, relaxing time. The place is immaculate. So modern and spacious. Jennifer responded quickly with any questions we had and was so kind to us. We give this place an A+ and will definitely book again soon. We’ve found our home away from home. Thanks again.

William’s place was exactly as described on the listing. The condo is small but we loved the layout and our family of 6 fit very comfortably. The beds and couches were all very comfortable and I loved that dining table fit 6 people nicely as well. The location is the best part, so close to the beach! We had a great weekend at the beach. Would do it again!

The place was absolutely beautiful. Especially the balcony looking out to the water. We even were able to walk to the beach from the place we stayed. The place was great and was an amazing spot for me and my wife to relax a few days with our kids.

It was wonderful to be so close to the water. The space was just enough for me and my girls and my fur girls. It was easy access for my fur girls to go out for restroom breaks or early walks by the water.

This place exceeded our expectations. Lots of extras. Perfect sunrise for coffee overlooking the Bay. Close access to Rockport and Goose Island. Loved the fishing at Copano Bay. Pier at condo was awesome lots of lights. Was too cold for pool so we will have to do that on our next stay. Very pet friendly. Had pet potty stations all over property with poop bags. I think this condo was the best on the property. Host is wonderful and response time was fabulous. And there were soooo many pillows and blankets I was amazed. Wish u could give more than 5 stars. Getting ready to book for July.

We had an amazing stay, it was a short 5-10 min walk from the beach which was exactly what my group was looking for! Sheldon has anything and everything you could think of from a wagon to cooking seasoning. We will definitely be staying again and recommending it to family and friends

We stayed here for our family spring break with our three young children. We loved the smaller size of the overall complex and having a pool for the kids to play in before/after the beach. The condo was only a short walk to the beach; the path was also drivable. This was our first time in Port Aransas but certainly not our last! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Loved the pool, hot tub, easy access to secluded beach. Place had everything we needed, and relaxing on the big deck was so nice. Scott was a very responsive and helpful host, would definitely recommend!

Cozy place in a very convenient spot on the island. The room was tidy and check out/in was a breeze. Hosts were quick to respond and very accommodating. Worth the price and would stay again!

Loved this little condo! Very quiet complex in the spring, I’m sure it gets very busy in the summer but it was perfect for our family before the busy season. 2 pools on site, perfect for kids. Not within golf cart zone, but we were fine with that for a short weekend trip.
