Michael is a great host, he gave us clear instructions about finding parking when we arrived. The apartment is exactly as pictured and we enjoyed our time there immensely

Super clean and cozy. The location is amazing and so convenient although it can get a little noisy especially on weekends since it’s right above a couple of restaurants/bars. However there was a noise machine provided for a restful night. :)

We had an amazing time at Amanda's listing! The location was quiet and peaceful and a close walk to downtown. Amanda was extremely responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay here. It looked just like the photos - clean and orderly - and the bed was comfortable. It's modern and uncluttered, and the kitchen counter is a great spot to set up your laptop and maybe have a beverage - good light in there. Communication was excellent, too. Luke provided us with a link to a feature on must-try restaurants in the area, and he gave us some helpful general tips for Portland. Folding baggage racks and closet space with hangers were provided, and there is a lovely outdoor space with a table and chairs; plus a shed should you want to store your bike or anything else. I would say for a single guest or maybe a couple looking for a simple, uncluttered place to stay while visiting, you don't need much more. Highly recommended - wouldn't hesitate to book this again in the future.

Lovely apartment with plenty of extra touches: hooks upon entry for hanging jackets, a towel to clean dog paws, coffee, etc. The apartment is perfect for a couple (with or without a dog). Easy walk to waterfront. Great having parking spot.

This spot was perfect for a weekend getaway! The Airbnb was clean with spacious accommodations. The apartment has an amazing view of the ocean. Adilah was great to work with! I would highly recommend this stay!

This was a fantastic launching point for our weekend getaway in Portland. Nothing glamorous but close enough to the downtown benefits to walk there (even in April snow) and yet far enough away to be quiet and out of the hubbub of the city. We would recommend Philip's place to anyone else.

Nice for exploring many nearby beaches. Light and airy, relaxing. Great sofa bed downstairs and wonderful bed upstairs. A quiet neighborhood setting tucked off the main road. Lovely attention to details. And, the banana bread is GREAT! Very responsive communication.

This place was the perfect home base for my family during our trip to Portland! We felt right at home, and Haley & Diane were incredibly kind and responsive when we had questions. We loved exploring Evergreen Cemetery right across the street, and it’s a quick 8 minute drive to downtown. We hope to stay here again during our next visit to Portland!

Super walkable and great for a weekend stay!

Sadie and Laughlin are the best Airbnb hosts we have come across. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The apartment is very clean, has lovely furnishings, is nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a very comfortable 3 and a half day stay in Portland. Both bedrooms are a good size and have incredibly comfortable beds. When we needed help with something, our hosts came around fast to help us. If we are ever back in Portland, we shall gladly book again with them. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Wonderful apartment, well decorated, furnished and appointed, felt right at home. Had all the amenities amenities we needed. Great location, close to Washington Ave and walkable to the center of town.

The apartment was fantastic. It had everything we needed- a full kitchen, relaxing living area, and cozy bedrooms. It was absolutely squeaky clean and neat as well! The location was quiet with beautiful forest scenery, and it was not too far from downtown Bar Harbor and Acadia, which we were very grateful for. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Maine!

Perfect location for a short visit to see my mom. Apartment was cozy and comfortable, and Blue Hill being nearby for groceries and restaurants was very handy. If you are planning a trip to the area you should check this place out.

Valle and David were the perfect hosts and we had an amazing stay. We also got to use the hot tub which was such a treat in the cold weather. Dave and Valle went above and beyond - from leaving little chocolates treats for us to enjoy upon check-in, to very thoughtfully offering to extend our stay for a few hours until the roads cleared out from a the overnight snow storm. Thank you Valle and Dave!

Lorraine and David were super friendly, beds were comfortable, had lots of local recs -- was a nice place to stay for a wedding nearby.

Our second stay at this AirBNB in Portland and it definitely won't be the last! The space itself is just lovely. The decor is tasteful, the space is clean and well equipped and the location is truly a dream. The studio is located walking distance to everything the Old Port has to offer. The area around the studio is safe and picturesque. We were able to cook a full meal in the kitchen with no issues. We also thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Dan is an incredible host - communicative, kind, and on top of everything. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful time retreating at the Heron’s Nest. Robin was extremely pleasant and her space provided the perfect environment for privacy and a very “off the grid” (with heat/hot water and wifi) feel <3. i will be returning and recommending this space forever!

We celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary at this location and we had an absolutely amazing experience!! We picked Portland to visit because of the breweries and things to do in the area, and after venturing out each day, coming back to the Hacienda was so relaxing and peaceful! We loved the space, hot tub, surrounding area and overall stay!! We highly recommend, and we already wish we had stayed another few days to experience more!
