Vacation rentals with a patio in Rockingham County

Jennifer was a great host. She recommended a few restaurants in the area, the place was spotless and a beautiful area. We walked out the door in the morning and there were about 10 deer in the field to greet us.

So very clean and simply but beautifully decorated. Broadway is terribly charming and the views out the windows are kind of sad but the place itself was lovely.

Paula’s home was very warm. Great for a family. We appreciated the little extras like puzzles and games for a variety of age groups. She made sure the drive way was cleared when snow came in and was quick to respond to messages. Definitely recommend.

I had an amazing stay at Laurinda’s home! The house is absolutely stunning – spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were by far the best part, with luxurious sheets that made it hard to leave in the morning. Laurinda was a fantastic host – very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The location couldn’t have been more perfect; just a short walk to the Quad, which made exploring the area so easy. I’ll definitely be hoping to stay here again soon! Highly recommend!

We had such a great long weekend at Ashley and Pam’s house by the river. It was a perfect base for some winter fun at Massanutten. Their house has everything you need with a well stocked kitchen, lots of supplies, and plenty of board games. The location by the river is excellent with beautiful views and sunsets. We’d love to return in the warmer months to take full advantage of the river access and boats! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

I grew up within a mile of Tyler and Erica’s place…my wife and I were in the Valley to visit my dad who now lives in Harrisonburg. This farmhouse is exactly what you’d want in this area: two full bathrooms and three bedrooms on a quiet lane, a view of North River, and a peaceful setting for a writer or a group on vacation. Thanks to our hosts for your warm hospitality!

I loved how responsive Mike was. Everything was clean and in order when we arrive. The kitchen was equipped with literally everything you could possibly need to cook and we did a lot of cooking during our stay. It was truly a home away from home. Very cozy and the perfect amount of space for our family. Would definitely recommend!

A really terrific and cozy cabin surrounded by beautiful mountains. Inside boasts a well appointed kitchen and comfortable furnishings. You can tell that the host actually took the time to create a comfortable and inviting environment!

Have stayed here multiple times now but this visit was specifically for my daughter and son in law to enjoy a babymoon getaway. The river is easily accessible so they floated in tubes one day and took their canoe out another. They were able to take their dog as it is dog friendly. They grilled out and enjoyed the beautiful decks around the home. Resturant suggestions were layed out with local menus as well as local attractions. Luray Caverns is close by, Cooters, from Dukes of Hazards store serves a great lunch, and the drive and scenery all around is incredible. Sharon is the best host and always available by text or phone for questions. Check in and out were simple.

We enjoyed bringing our teenagers to Massanutten. Our rental was perfect for our family. Comfortable beds. Just enough of the basics in the kitchen. The balcony was nice to sit out and take in the scenery. We definitely will plan on coming back.

The condo was spacious, cozy, and furnished with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Julianne was funny, welcoming, and very accommodating. My husband and I and our dog had a wonderful stay!
